Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of the Task-Oriented Leader Behavior and Relationship-OrientedLeader Behavior, simultaneously and partially towards Employees Performance at Kantor KecamatanMiomafo Timur. The type of research is survey research with the quantitative approach. Method of analysisis the multiple linear regression. The research found that the independent variables Task-Oriented LeaderBehavior (X1) and Relationships Oriented Leader Behavior (X2) simultaneously influenced to EmployeesPerformance with a value of Fcount (90.309) > Ftable (2.33). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur pengelolaan aset tetap yang berada dalam kewenangan DISPENPORA Kab. TTU. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis data interaktif. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengelolaan aset daerah yang diatur dalam Permendagri Nomor 19 Tahun 2016. Dengan sub fokus perencanaan, pengadaan, penggunaan, pemanfataan, pengamanan dan pemeliharaan serta penatausahaan barang milik daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan pengelolaan aset DISPENPORA Kab. TTU sesuai dengan Permendagri Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 yang meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan, penggunaan, pemanfaatan, pengamanan dan pemeliharaan serta penatausahaan barang milik daerah. Namun masih ditemui kelemahan dalam perencanaan, pengamanan, dan penatausahaan aset tetap milik DISPENPORA Kab. TTU. Dalam siklus perencanaan, DISPENPORA Kab. TTU kekurangan sumber daya manusia pada sub bagian Pusat Data dan Evaluasi yang bertugas menginput Rencana Kebutuhan Belanja Modal Daerah pada sistem informasi keuangan daerah Kab. TTU; siklus pengamanan, belum ada prosedur pengembalian aset milik DISPENPORA Kab. TTU sehingga terdapat oknum pengguna kendaraan bermotor yang tidak mengembalikan dokumen kendaraan berupa STNK; dan penatausahaan, khusus perbedaan pelaporan yang disampaikan oleh sekolah kepada DISPENPORA Kab. TTU dan Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah PEMKAB TTU. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan; Aset Tetap; DISPENPORA; Sumber Daya Manusia.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that there are some Muslims who are trying to manipulate marriage data because they want to perform a nationwide legal double marriage. With this problem that occurs almost in all parts of Indonesia, the Director General of Bimas Islam issued the instruction number DJ.II/369 of 2013 on the implementation of the Marriage Management Information System (SIMKAH) in the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) sub-district The problem in this study is that there are some Muslims who try to manipulate marriage data because they want to perform a nationwide legal double marriage. However, when using the SIMKAH application, there are also recurring server errors caused by dense access to the central SIMKAH server. The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of the Marriage Management Information System Program (SIMKAH) to prevent data manipulation in the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of Kefamenanu City District, TTU Regency. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach, so the technical data analysis is presented in the form of a presentation or overview of the findings in the field, both in the form of data and information from interviews and other documents. The results of the research in the field show that since the use of SIMKAH application, KUA Kefamenanu Municipality recorded as many as 18 data manipulation experiments conducted in 2018-2020. This SIMKAH application is very effective in the effort to prevent manipulation of marriage data, because the SIMKAH application has been linked to the data of DUKCAPIL, so that only by entering the NIK of the bride and groom, all the data will appear automatically, starting from name, birthplace, date, address, parents' name and marital status. Future brides whose dates are married will need to provide a divorce certificate to register a second marriage, which will be uploaded to the SIMKAH application. If the person cannot provide the divorce certificate, the marriage registration process will not proceed.

Abstract

Abstrak: Surat lamaran kerja merupakan dokumen penting yang perlu dipersiapkan oleh pelamar sebagai bentuk promosi diri agar diterima oleh pemberi kerja. Banyak orang tidak meyadari penting surat lamaran sehingga terbiasa menyalin surat lamaran yang sudah ada meskipun belum tentu surat lamaran yang disalin memenuhi tata baku surat resmi. Oleh karena itu, calon lulusan SMK perlu dibekali dengan kemampuan membuat surat lamaran kerja. Untuk mengukur pemahaman siswa dalam membuat surat lamaran kerja maka dilakukan pre test dan post test serta menyebarkan kuisioner. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini berupa ceramah, diskusi dan praktik. Kegiatan ini diikuti 49 siswa SMKS Khatolik Kefamenanu. Melalui praktik dan pendampingan, 49 peserta mampu membuat surat lamaran secara tertulis dengan memperhatikan kaidah-kaidah yang berlaku. Berdasarkan hasil post test diketahui sebanyak 49 peserta memahami pentingnya surat lamaran kerja, membuat surat lamaran kerja sesuai langkah pembuatan surat lamaran kerja dan dilengkapi dengan unsur yang harus termuat dalam surat lamaran kerja.Abstract: A job application letter is an essential document that applicants need to prepare as a form of self-promotion to be accepted by employers. Many people do not realize the importance of an application letter so they are accustomed to copying an existing application letter, although it is not necessarily a copied application letter that meets the official letter standards. Therefore, prospective vocational high school graduates need to be equipped with the ability to write a job application letter. To measure students' understanding ofwritinga job application letter, pre-test and post-test were carried out and questionnaires were distributed. The method used in this activity was in the form of lectures, discussions, and practice. This activity was attended by 49 Kefamenanu Catholic Vocational High School students. Through practice and mentoring, 49 participants were able to make a written application letter by taking into account the applicable rules. Based on the results of the post-test, it was found that 49 participants understood the importance of a job application letter, could write a job application letter according to the right steps that was equipped with elements that had to be included in the job application letter.

Abstract

This service is motivated by the needs and problems of partners. The results of initial observations made by the service team, the service team found various partner problems related to the management of Archives in Naiola Village, TTU District, including the following: First, Lack of knowledge and skills of village officials related to archives; Second, lack of facilities and infrastructure to store existing archival documents; Third, there is no part of the Village Apparatus that specifically takes care of the management of Archives; Fourth, partners only carry out conventional archive management. In fact, the Village Government is asked to be able to document all Village activities both in conventional form or in electronic form because basically archive management that only relies on conventional types is not reliable because it is not effective and efficient enough. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the skills of village officials and equip village officials with additional knowledge and skills of village administration management through modern archive management training to improve public services. This service activity is carried out according to the predetermined plan. This service activity received a lot of support, especially from the village head of Naiola Kab.TTU who also thought that this activity provided motivation and a more modern picture for village officials related to technological advances that must be utilized properly by village officials as an effort to improve public services.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Daerah Barang Milik Daerah (SIMDA-BMD) dalam pengelolaan aset dan barang pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten TTU. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Aplikasi SIMDA-BMD cukup efektif untuk digunakan dalam pengelolaan Aset dan Barang di Kantor Badan Kesbangpol. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari bentuk aplikasi yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dan cukup membantu. Belum ada SOP khusus berkaitan dengan penggunaan SIMDA-BMD dan yang digunakan dalam pengelolaannya adalah buku panduan pengisian. Selain itu juga ada beberapa data yang belum cepat terinput dipengaruhi oleh sebagian asset masih bersifat manual dan masih menindaklanjuti temuan BPK. Aplikasi SIMDA-BMD cukup efektif dalam membantu pengelolaan aset dan barang karena cukup akuratif. Namun perlunya pemutakhiran aplikasi tersebut dari offline ke online sehingga apabila ada perubahan aset dan barang karena adanya perbaikan dapat diperbaharui secara berkala. Aplikasi SIMDA-BMD terbaru cukup lengkap dan memenuhikebutuhan penerapan basis aktualsesuai PP No.71 Tahun 2010 tentang Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan sebagai pengganti PP No.24 Tahun 2005, dan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 64 Tahun 2013 tentang Penerapan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan Berbasis Akrual Pada Pemerintah Daerah. Aplikasi SIMDA-BMD memiliki sistem proteksi data yang baik dan sesuai dengan peraturan perbendaharaan dan keuangan nasional. Selain itu juga aplikasi ini valid karena sering dilakukan pembaharuan sistem secara berkala. Aplikasi mudah dan cepat dalam penginputan serta data yang diinput langsung diberi peringatan apabila tidak cocok agar tidak ada kesalahan dalam penginputan

Abstract

This study employs data analytics to examine the influence of motivation, job satisfaction, and the work environment on employee performance at Glory Industrial Semarang. Using a quantitative approach, the study involved a population of 300 employees, with a sample selected through probability sampling using the simple random sampling technique, resulting in 78 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS, revealing that the variables of job satisfaction, motivation, and the work environment each have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The job satisfaction variable has a regression coefficient of 0.293 with a significance of 0.024, the motivation variable has a coefficient of 0.349 with a significance of 0.002, and the work environment variable has a coefficient of 0.262 with a significance of 0.000. These findings confirm that data analytics is effective in identifying factors that contribute to the enhancement of employee performance within the company

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas kerja dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Malaka. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang didalamnya memuat indikator dari variabel fasilitas kerja, pelatihan dan kinerja. Kuisioner disebarkan kepada 24 responden yang merupakan pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Malaka. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS)/analisis regresi parsial. Dalam pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan bantuan Smart-PLS. Penentuan hipotesis menggunakan t-statistik.  Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa kesimpulan diantaranya fasilitas kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Malaka. Keadaan ini dapat terjadi karena dengan tersedianya fasilitas kerja yang memadai maka pegawai berpandangan bahwa tidak perlu melalukan usaha ekstra untuk mengerjakan dan menyelesaikan tanggung jawab individu Hasil berbeda ditunjukan oleh variabel pelatihan, dimana  pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Malaka. Melalui pelatihan pegawai memperoleh kesempatan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan terkait hal-hal baru yang mendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan organisasi Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengkaji tentang dampak variabel kepuasan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kualitas pelayanan.  Hal ini dikarenakan Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil merupakan satu-satunya instansi yang memberikan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan sehingga perlu dilakukan kajian-kajian khusus terkait masalah-masalah kualitas pelayanan publik.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the main duties and functions of the role of women in the Fisheries Service of North Central Timor Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This type of research is used to describe or analyze the role of women in executive institutions in the Fisheries Service of North Central Timor Regency. Women play an important role in formulating policies in the TTU District Fisheries Service. The role of women as administrators of government affairs has become the duty and responsibility of the department so that those who serve as administrators always support the TTU district community optimally by the vision and mission of the department. The role of women as administrators is very important. Plays an important role in the world of work, especially offices, so that administrative implementation does not deviate from the corridors of the agency. The role of women as supervisors of implementing units is also very important in the world of work because without supervisors the tasks they carry out will not be carried out well. In conclusion, the role of women as administrative implementers plays a very important role in the world of work, especially in offices, so that administrative implementation does not deviate from existing corridors within the agency. Implementing unit coaches are also very important in the world of work because without a coach the tasks carried out will not be carried out well. Abstract

S Service quality relates to conditions related to services, people, processes and the environment where the quality is determined when the delivery of public services takes place. There are many factors that can af ect the quality of public services including leadership, supervision, performance, job satisfaction and employee motivation. However, it is not known exactly what factors consistently af ect the improvement of the quality of public services. This study aims to analyze the ef ect of leadership style and job satisfaction on work motivation and service quality and to analyze the ef ect of work motivation on service quality at Kefamenanu regional public hospital. The research method used is a survey research method. The research data were analyzed quantitatively through the multivariate structural equation model (SEM) technique using the IBM SPSS AMOS program. Hypothesis testing proves that job satisfaction has an ef ect on job satisfaction because the probability (P) value is zero point zero zero seven which is smaller than zero point zero fifty; leadership style has no ef ect on work motivation because the probability (P) value is zero point one hundred and sixty six which is greater than zero point zero fifty; job satisfaction has an ef ect on service quality because the probability (P) value is zero point zero ten which is smaller than zero point zero fifty; leadership style has no ef ect on the quality of public services because the probability (P) value is zero point zero eighty one which is greater than zero point fifty; and work motivation af ects the quality of public services where the probability value (P) is zero point zero zero three which is smaller than zero point zero fifty.
