Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep peserta didik Raudlatul Athfal dalam penerimaan dan belajar serta pengelolaan peserta didik Raudlatul Athfal bahwa kehadiran dibutuhkan di lembaga pendidikan tingkat satuan RA. Peserta didik adalah subjek dan objek dalam proses transformasi pengetahuan dan keterampilan sebagai dasar utama untuk masa awal dan dini. Peserta didik manajemen ditujukan untuk mengatur bagaimana berbagai kegiatan yang mengarah pada peserta didik potensi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan Raudlatul Athfal usia 4 (empat) sampai 6 (enam) tahun ini sehingga kegiatan belajar prategangan halus, tertib dan teratur untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. Manajemen peserta didik didefinisikan sebagai pengaturan bisnis untuk pelajar dari peserta didik tersebut masuk sekolah sampai mereka lulus. Jadi pengelolaan administrasi peserta didik atau murid personel sebagai layanan yang difokuskan pada regulasi, pengawasan dan layanan siswa di kelas dan di luar kelas seperti: pengenalan, pendaftaran, layanan individual seperti pengembangan keseluruhan kemampuan, minat, kebutuhan untuk dilakukannya di sekolah. Tingkat pencapaian perkembangan peserta didik RA meliputi nilai-nilai agama dan moral, kotor fisik dan motorik halus, kesehatan dan perilaku keselamatan, kognitif terdiri dari belajar dan pemecahan masalah, serta berpikir logis dan simbolis. Untuk bahasa termasuk memahami bahasa, mengungkapkan bahasa, dan keaksaraan. Selain itu, lingkungan sosial termasuk emosional kesadaran diri anak, rasa tanggung jawab untuk diri sendiri dan orang lain, serta perilaku prososial. Sedangkan ruang lingkup perkembangan terbaru termasuk seni meliputi anak-anak dapat menikmati berbagai alunan lagu atau suara dan tertarik pada kegiatan seni.

Abstract

Integrative approaches are studies which employ a method or means of view and analysis of fused and integrated, and integrative analysis can be grouped into two. First, integrative between all texts related to the issue that is being shelled or discussed. Second, integrative between nash with other sciences related to the issue being discussed. Sciences to Islamization is the product of ijtihad scientists (scholars/mujtahid). With the placement of such a level, then the sciences to Islamization is known today is not identical to the revelation. Moreover, it is no secret that the practice of education and instruction in Islam has been too much emphasis on textual sources and truth. So forget about the fact that when the idea of thoughts, ideas and beliefs are transformed into the text-based faith that is practised and operationalised in the field, it will automatically appear different understanding and interpretation. Integration between public science and the science of religion is primarily founded on a tauhidiq system, which puts God as the beginning and end of everything. Due to the belief of monotheism and belief in the values of religion can be born from any science, including the science that had been classified in the general sciences. As an academic community would be a challenge to realise that Islam is mercy all nature, which still thinking about the direction of the benefit of the world and the hereafter. Then it is not something impossible if PTAI someday become a center of knowledge on the condition that there is the commitment to hold a substantial change, including a reinterpretation of Islam, reforming the position of some of the terms of his teaching, through development, reconstructed starting with the deconstruction of Islamic studies, and develop science -ilmu Islam.

Abstract

 Dalam proses pembelajaran Al-Qur’an membutuhkan sebuah metode yang diharapkan nantinya akan mempermudah dalam proses pembelajaran. Pembelajaran Tahfizh Al-Qur’an di MIT Ibnu Mas’ud Yogyakarta menggunakan metode Ar-Rabith yang memudahkan siswa dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an. Ke khasan metode Ar-Rabith dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an menjadi keunggulan dan nilai tersendiri di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah karena masih jarang sekolah yang menerapkan metode Tahfizh Al-Qur’an. Permasalahan dalam Penelitian ini: (1) bagaimana penerapan metode Ar-Rabith dilaksanakan di MIT Ibnu Mas’ud Yogyakarta (2) apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an (3) bagaimana hasil penerapan metode Ar-Rabith dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an. Sedangkan tujuannya untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang penerapan, proses dan faktor penghambat serta pendukung dalam penerapan pembelajaran Tahfizh menggunakan metode Ar-Rabith di MIT Ibnu Mas’ud Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Metode Ar-Rabith adalah metode mengikat hafalan yang diharapkan dapat terus membantu siswa dalam menghafal hafalan yang baru dengan yang lama. Faktor pendukungnya adalah motivasi, Lingkungan yang mendukung, Guru yang berkompeten dan Kerja sama antara sekolah dan orang tua.  Faktor penghambatnya ada kemampuan siswa dibawah standar, rasa malas pada diri siswa dan tidak semua orang tua bisa menjadi motivator yang baik. Hasilnya adalah metode Ar-Rabith berhasil diterapkan menurut hasil dari wawancara peneliti dengan guru maupun siswa.

Abstract

Abdolkarim Soroush has emerged as one of the world's leading moderate revisionist thinkers. He and his contemporaries in other Muslim countries formed what might be the equivalent of the Islamic Reformation of Christianity: the period of questioning traditional practices and beliefs that ultimately became an upheaval. Soroush's thoughts include the freedom of Muslims to interpret the Qur'an, the necessity of change in religion, the necessity of freedom of belief, and the compatibility of Islam and democracy. Soroush emphasized the rights of individuals in their relations with government and God, explaining that an ideal Islamic state can only be defined by the belief and will of the majority. The foundation always used by Soroush to explain his political theory is reason. It is the reason behind the modern man to do all his actions. Soroush distinguishes traditional man from modern man is using all his ability to change the world. Traditional people are more passive and deterministic, so they are pessimistic about the life of this world. Reason can not be sustainable if there is no freedom, faith under pressure and compulsion of religion is irrational. One will not be considered religious if he is irrational because it is rational and reason will manifest in the absence of coercion and restraint from religion

Abstract

Tingkat pendidikan, besarnya insentif serta tingkat kompetensi guru/Pengasuh ketiganya dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh status guru Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) terhadap kualitas anak ideal. Status PNS bagi PAUD seharusnya memiliki kualifikasi dan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan standar pelayanan minimum sehingga memiliki peluang yang lebih tinggi untuk menciptakan kualitas anak ideal. Tingkat pendidikan, Besarnya insentif serta Tingkat kompetensi guru /Pengasuh ketiganya dipengaruhisecara signifikan oleh status guru sukarela terhadap kualitas anak ideal, status sukarela bagi PAUD seharusnya memiliki kualifikasi dan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan standar pelayanan minimum sehingga memiliki peluang yang lebih tinggi untuk menciptakan kualitas anak ideal, akan tetapi hampir semua penyelenggara PAUD yang dilakukan baik oleh yayasan maupun masyarakat kurang memperhatikan kualifikasi dan kompetensi Pengasuhnya, sehingga terlihat hanya pada siapa yang punya waktu luang untuk menjadi Pengasuh. Hal tersebut memiliki dampak yang mencemaskan, dilihat dari sudut pandang administrasi pendidikan maka keberhasilan anak ideal menjadi dipertanyakan, dan generasi seperti apadua puluh tahun yang akan datang. Ada beberapa pendidikan yang harus diberikan kepada anak usia dini diantaranya : bersyukur, bertauhid dengan pendidikan jasmani (fisik yang kuat), kesehatan, dan kecerdasan. Abstract

A management capability that can be adopted in nonprofit organizations, a performance appraisal tool called the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a performance appraisal method. This method assessed the performance of a set of performance measures that have been compiled based on. The BSC bases its performance appraisal in four important perspectives: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The performance of RA Teachers is its success in providing efforts to stimulate, guide, nurture and provide learning activities that will result in skills and skills in child planning, implementing and evaluating teaching and learning processes that are based on the mental attitude and professionalism of teachers. The essence of teacher performance is none other than the ability of teachers to demonstrate the skills or competencies they have in the real world of work. The real world of teacher work is to teach children or their students in classroom learning activities, in performance based on pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence, professional competence, and leadership.

Abstract

Karakter dikembangkan melalui tahapan: pengetahuan (knowing), pelaksanaan (acting), dan kebiasaan (habit). Terdapat beberapa tantangan yang menjadi problem utama dalam pengembangan karakter di era global. Penguatan pendidikan karakter (PPK) sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Perpres No. 87 Tahun 2017 adalah gerakan pendidikan di sekolah untuk memperkuat karakter peserta didik melalui harmonisasi olah hati (etik), olah rasa (estetik), olah pikir (literasi), dan olah raga (kinestetik) dengan dukungan pelibatan publik dan kerja sama antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat yang merupakan bagian dari gerakan nasional revolusi mental (GNRM). Desain atau metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan atau library research. Jenis penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kualitatif dimana data-data yang dipakai adalah data kepustakaan yang informasinya diperoleh dari literatur-literatur yang ada seperti buku, skripsi, jurnal, dan artikel yang berkaitan dengan fokus pembahasan penelitian ini. Nilai utama pendidikan karakter merujuk pada Permendikbut Nomor 146 tahun 2014 tentang kurikulum 2013 Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, serta penerapan dalam Pedoman Penanaman Sikap Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini 2018 sebagai berikut : Regiositas, Nasionalisme, Kemandirian, Gotong Royong, Integritas.AbstractCharacater is developed through stages : knowledge (knowing), Implementation (acting), and habist( habit). There are several challenges that become the main problem in character development in the global era. Strengthening character education (PPK) as refered t in Presidential Regulation No. 87 of 2017 is an educational movement in schools to strengthen student’s character through harmonizing the  (ethics), taste (aesthetics), with the involvement of public, collaboration between schools, families and people who are part of the national movement of mental revolution (GNRM). The design or method used in this study uses library research methods. This type or research uses a qualitative approad where the data used are library data whose information is obtained from existing literatur such as books, skripsi, journals, and articles related to the focus of this research to the fokus of this research discuccion. To fill then global challenges, there are 5 main values of character education referring to the Regulation of Minister of Education and Culture No. 146 of 2014 concerning the 2013 curiculum for Early Childhood Education, as well as the implementation in the Guidelines for Instilling Attitudes in Early Childhood Education 2018 as follows : Regiosity, Nationalism, Independence, Mutual Cooperation, Integrity.

Abstract

The implementation of the assessment is the basis in the implementation of the learning assessment. Assessment in RA serves to collect various data and information regarding the growth and development of students in each activity. In conducting the assessment there are appropriate techniques and instruments in measuring child development by the teacher. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the assessment of early childhood language development at RA Ihyaul Qur'an Krandon Guntur Demak. Methods This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Sources of primary data obtained by digging information directly through respondents using interview techniques and direct observation in the field. The primary data sources of this research are the results of interviews with classroom teachers and students. The secondary data source in this study used to support the primary data is the child's assessment document. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that the techniques and instruments for assessing early childhood language development at RA Ihyaul Qur'an Krandon Guntur Demak were as follows: (1) the teacher adjusted the instrument for assessing language development, observation, conversation, anecdotes, performance and work: (2 ) the teacher makes the form of language development assessment techniques and instruments (3) the limits of language development assessment (4) the teacher draws conclusions on the language development assessment for each assessment

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of accompanying teachers and their effectiveness in helping learning during the pandemic at KB IT Insan Harapan. The subjects of this study were classroom teachers and their accompanying teachers. Informants from the Principal, teachers and employees at KB IT Insan Harapan, using qualitative methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study from several respondents indicated that the role of the accompanying teacher was to help class teachers in planning lessons, preparing learning tools and media and being role models for students. The role of the assistant teacher during the pandemic at KB IT Insan Harapan is very effective for classroom teachers because they can carry out their duties and functions professionally. The effectiveness of this accompanying teacher is felt for classroom teachers, because their responsibilities become lighter with the assistance of the role of the accompanying teacher.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the adaptation of the 2013 PAUD curriculum during the pandemic at the Kindergarten in Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. The data collection technique is a questionnaire through Google from several 20 teachers as respondents. The data analysis technique used is Miles and Huberman with three stages to go through. The stages are data collection, data reduction, and conclusions. The data obtained were tested for credibility using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the 2013 PAUD curriculum in Ogan Ilir underwent a significant adaptation. The adaptation includes learning references, learning materials, as well as learning processes and assessments that are used while continuing to use the 2013 PAUD curriculum and Permendikbud 146 of 2014. During the COVID-19 pandemic, learning carried out in Ogan Ilir Regency Kindergarten follows a limited face-to-face learning policy. In practice, students are divided into two groups in two learning sessions. The purpose of this policy is to stop the spread of covid 19. During the pandemic, students are given learning assignments to do at home. Thus, the adaptation of the 2013 PAUD curriculum during the pandemic at the Kindergarten in Ogan Ilir Regency continues to run well but experiences innovation in the learning process. This innovation has a significant impact on the development of early childhood education in the Ogan Ilir Regency, such as giving freedom to children to develop their potential through activities carried out at school
