Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the funding management, development management, utilization management and reporting management of productive ‘waqf’/endowment in Baitul Mal Kudus. This study was a qualitative research and data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that based on productive endowment is part of management system. It can be seen if human resources are skillful and professional in managing endowments, the productivity of endowments funding and development will be increased and can include broader utilization in both usage and distribution of endowment property. Baitul Mal which develops the endowments will have major contributions to the society in education, economy, health or other social helps.

Abstract

Bimbingan dan konseling adalah sebuah layanan yang ada di sekolah dimana tugasnya membantu siswa menemukan karakter dan identitas dalam mengenal lingkungan dan merencanakan masa depan. Selain itu layanan bimbingan dan konseling juga membantu siswa dalam mengoptimalkan pegembangan dirinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan meneliti terkait permasalahan siswa yang sering ditangani guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) dan sekolah menengah atas (SMA). Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, wawancara yang digunakan yakni wawancara semi terstruktur. Wawancara semi terstruktur mengacu pada inti bahasan yang sudah ditentukan oleh peneliti untuk semua responden dalam penelitian. Hasil, a) Siswa SMP memililki beberapa masalah pribadi yakni, masalah pribadi dan sosial yang meliputi: kepercayaan diri rendah dan memiliki kecenderungan memilih kelompok pertemanan. Di sekolah lain ditemukan masalah terkait keluarga, dimana siswa berasal dari keluarga yang broken home. Selanjutnya di SMP terakhir ditemukan masalah terkait kurangnya kemampuan bersosialisasi pada siswa. b). Siswa SMA memiliki beberapa masalah yakni, masalah pribadi dan sosial meliputi, gaya berpacaran yang kurang pantas, siswa dengan kasus broken home, dan masalah pengaturan emosi.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the factors that cause students' low learning concentration and the application of individual counseling with a Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach to increase students' learning concentration. The type of research used is a qualitative case study. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, home visits and documentation. The research results prove that the application of cognitive behavior therapy counseling can help increase students' learning concentration at AY and AMI. Before the counseling was carried out, AY and AMI students experienced low learning concentration because they were unable to divide their time between studying, playing and resting. Therefore, AY and AMI counselees have low learning concentration. After individual counseling for three meetings, students AY and AMI Sudha were able to concentrate during the learning process.

Abstract

Human, in the Qur'anic perspective, is described using various terms, one of which is Al-Basyar. The termAl-Basyar refers to the outward appearance of something beautiful and originates from the word basyarah,meaning skin. This study aims to examine and explore the concept of humans as Al-Basyar from theQur'anic perspective. This research employs a qualitative method with content analysis as the primaryapproach, focusing on the interpretation of Qur'anic verses. Primary data were derived from the Qur'an andcross-checked with secondary sources, including classical and contemporary interpretations. The findings ofstudy reveal that: (a) the word basyar appears 37 times in the Qur'an—31 times without the definitearticle (alif-lam), 5 times with the definite article, and once in the dual form; (b) there are 9 versesdescribing humans as basyar in general, highlighting their physical needs such as eating, having skin,engaging in sexual activity, and experiencing mortality; (c) 5 verses discuss the process of human creationinvolving soil, water, and the infusion of the spirit; (d) 23 verses discuss prophethood, including 13 depictingsocietal rejection and slander of prophets, and 10 emphasizing prophets as ordinary humans (basyar); (e)using a humanistic psychology perspective, basyar represents humans with basic physiological needs such aseating, drinking, sleeping, and sexual relations. This study contributes to Islamic scholarship by providingan integrative understanding of basyar as a term bridging Qur'anic theology and humanistic psychology.Furthermore, the use of content analysis as a methodological tool in exploring Qur'anic conceptsdemonstrates the potential for interdisciplinary approaches in Qur'anic studies.

Abstract

As an educational institution, implementing all activities held by Islamic boarding schools is close to the teachings of the Islamic religion. Students who choose to live in Islamic boarding schools experience what is called academic procrastination behavior. Academic procrastination is a form of procrastination generally carried out in academic areas, such as assignments at school or assignments in study courses so it can be academic procrastination. Students' weak self-control causes academic procrastination. This research aims to determine how students' self-control influences the procrastination behavior of students at Al-Khoiriyah Islamic Middle School. In other words, this research wants to know whether the self-control variable is a variable that plays a positive or negative role in influencing academic procrastination. This type of research is causal-comparative. The population of this study was 122 students. Purposive sampling was used as a sampling technique in this study, with the criteria being junior high school students living in Islamic boarding schools, with a total of 66 students. Meanwhile, the self-control and academic procrastination scales were used as data collection methods to test the hypothesis using a simple regression test. From data processing, significant results were obtained at 0.000<0.05, with a regression coefficient of -0.342 and a value = 0.378. Equal to 37.8%, while other variables influence 61.5%. So, the results of this research show that self-control plays a significant role and negatively influences the academic procrastination behavior of Al-Khoiriyah Islamic Middle School students who live in Islamic boarding schools.   Keywords: Self-control, Academic Procrastination, Students, School, Behavior

Abstract

Tradition is a continuous activity carried out by a social community that has been running for a very long time. Including the traditions of teng- tengan , ketuwinan and weh-wehan in Kaliwungu. This research was conducted to find out the history and implementation of the tradition. First, how the origins and traditions are carried out, Second, the relevance of the study of living hadith with a symbolic interpretive anthropology approach in viewing the teng-tengan, ketuwinan and weh-wehan traditions in Kaliwungu. The method of data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation including references relevant to the study. While the data analysis used is descriptive qualitative with a symbolic interpretive anthropological approach. According to Geertz, the happy expression symbolized in the teng- tengan tradition is because religion affects mood and motivation / creates strong feelings and motivations for its adherents and in the end these feelings and motivations will be seen as a unique reality, a hereditary tradition. Symbols in the form of physical ( teng-tengan / lanterns ) as well as symbols in the form of actions ( ketuwinan and weh-wehan) this tradition is full of actualization of informative and performative values of normative teachings about the virtues of the Prophet Muhammad . Keywords: Teng-tengan Tradition, Ketuwinan and Weh-wehan, Living Hadith, Symbolic Interpretive Anthropology

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa Pop-up Book berbasis permainan untuk keterampilan berbicara siswa sekolah dasar. Pada materi wawancara di kelas IV UPT SD Negeri 18 Gresik. Pengembangan media Pop-up Book berbasis permainan ini menggunakan penelitian model 4D yang memiliki 4 tahap yaitu Pendefinisian (Define), Perancangan (Design), Pengembangan (Develop) serta tahap terakhir yaitu Penyebaran (Disiminate) yang dilakukan hanya terbatas di kelas IV UPT SD Negeri 18 Gresik dengan jumlah 24 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan memvalidasi kepada validator ahli media, validator ahli materi, serta angket respon peserta didik Media Pop-up Book berbasis permainan telah melalui proses validasi untuk menilai kelayakannya sebagai sumber belajar. Hasil validasi ahli media menunjukkan skor rata-rata sebesar 88%, yang mengindikasikan tingkat kevalidan tinggi dan masuk kategori "sangat valid". Validasi ahli materi menghasilkan skor rata-rata sebesar 97%, juga termasuk kategori "sangat valid", menguatkan bahwa media ini sangat sesuai untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Selain itu, hasil angket respon peserta didik menunjukkan penerimaan positif dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 85%, yang menempatkan media ini dalam kategori "sangat baik". untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Abstract

Porositas dan permeabilitas batuan merupakan salah satu sifat batuan penyebab terjadinya tanah longsor. Analisis porositas dan permeabilitas penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui struktur pori untuk memprediksi pergerakan fluida di dalam pori batuan. Citra digital sampel batuan yang digunakan merupakan citra digital sampel batuan DP II, DP III, DP IV, dan DP V dari daerah rawan longsor Desa Prendengan Kecamatan Banjarmangu Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Sampel batuan dianalisis menggunakan citra digital melalui pemindaian dengan Micro-CT Skyscan 1173 dengan resolusi citra sebesar 7,8375 µm/pixel. Data yang didapatkan selanjutnya dihitung nilai porositas dan permeabilitas batuan, agar diketahui pengaruhnya terhadap kelongsoran. Nilai porositas yang dihitung merupakan porositas total, porositas terbuka, dan porositas tertutup menggunakan sofware CT-Analyser. Sedangkan nilai permeabilitas dihitung menggunakan Palabos (Parallel Lattice Boltzmann Solver) dengan bahasa pemrograman pada software Matlab dan teknik grup renormalisasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa batuan DP II memiliki nilai porositas sebesar 6,55%, batuan DP III memiliki nilai porositas sebesar 4,61%, batuan DP IV memiliki nilai porositas sebesar 51,18%, dan batuan DP V memiliki nilai porositas sebesar 60,21%. Permeabilitas sampel batuan DP III memiliki nilai terendah dari DP II, DP IV, dan DP V. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh diketahui bahwa rendahnya porositas dan permeabilitas pada batuan DP III menunjukkan bahwa batuan DP III memiliki struktur yang kompak dan impermeable, sehingga memungkinkan DP III berfungsi sebagai bidang gelincir tanah longsor. Sedangkan sampel batuan DP IV dan DP V memiliki nilai permeabilitas yang tinggi sehingga berpotensi sebagai zona longsoran. Semakin tinggi porositas yang saling terkoneksi satu sama lain pada batuan maka semakin besar permeabilitas batuan tersebut yang mengakibatkan laju infiltrasi yang tinggi dan berpotensi sebagai zona longsoran. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa batuan DP II memiliki nilai porositas sebesar 6,55%, batuan DP III memiliki nilai porositas sebesar 4,61%, batuan DP IV memiliki nilai porositas sebesar 51,18%, dan batuan DP V memiliki nilai porositas sebesar 60,21%. Permeabilitas sampel batuan DP III memiliki nilai terendah dari DP II, DP IV, dan DP V. Kecilnya porositas dan permeabilitas pada batuan DP III menunjukkan bahwa batuan DP III memiliki struktur yang kompak dan impermeable sehingga memungkinkan DP III berfungsi sebagai bidang gelincir tanah longsor. Sampel batuan DP IV dan DP V memiliki nilai permeabilitas yang tinggi sehingga berpotensi sebagai zona longsoran.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyampaikan hasil dari pengabdian sosial yang telah dilakukan. Yang mana pengabdian dilakukan dengan melibatkan sisiwa SMPLB dan SMALB Negeri Wiradesa untuk berlatih literasi dasar menggunakan kartu huruf dan gambar. Hasilnya, siswa masih kesulitan mengeja kata dan menulis. Dengan kartu huruf dan gambar, siswa lebih tertarik untuk belajar membaca dan menulis. Meski begitu, media belajar tersebut tidak langsung mampu mengubah kemampuan membaca siswa menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

Assessment is part of the learning process. As time goes by 8innovation in assessment is also needed so that the objectives of learning are implemented optimally. This is no exception to the innovation of mufrodat assessment or what is also called Arabic vocabulary. Nowadays, the rapid development of technology has become the basis for innovation in learning assessment. LKS, which is one of the teaching materials for Arabic language lessons, of course contains a mufrodat assessment instrument. The existence of conventional teaching materials is certainly less attractive when presented in today's digital era education system. Therefore, the assessment of Arabic vocabulary innovates by presenting audio-visual media packaged in a QR code. So the function of the LKS itself has experienced significant innovation in learning and keeps up with the times. This research uses the library study method, which is a list of references from all types of references such as books, journal papers, articles, dissertations, theses, theses, hand outs, laboratory manuals, and other scientific works. The aim of this research is to provide information about the importance of innovation in mufrodat assessment, so that QR codes emerge as a technology that packages audio-visual learning media and worksheets in one teaching material
