Abstract

Currently, teachers must be able to utilize learning information technology in the form of online exams. This research will implement an online essay exam which is assisted by using a computer as a tool, better known as the Computer Assisted Test (CAT). The author developed a computer-based exam application for students at SMK Negeri 5 Pekanbaru. The exam questions that will be developed are online exam questions that can provide grades automatically. The questions that will be entered into the system are questions in essay form. Automatic scoring is carried out using the Case Folding and Tokenizing, Filtering, Stemming, Analyzing with Cosine similarity assessment stages. Exam participants' answers will also be searched for basic words using the results of extracting the basic words in the answer key and students' answers will be compared using Cosine similarity. The modeling process is carried out by developing existing models by adapting the real-time concept to be planned. The model obtained is the text stemming process and the process of extracting words from the answers carried out on client computers (teachers and students) and processing the answers and comparing the answers with the answer key. The modeling used is Waterfall and the analysis uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). This system was created using the PHP programming language, MySql database

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has made the order of life change drastically. The development of social media is a branch of the development of information technology into an extraordinary phenomenon. Content creators have sprung up from both professionals and amateurs who are still in the curious stage. SMKN 8 Pekanbaru is one of the pioneer schools that has a major that is close to the development of content creators. Training activities make content creators necessary for students as an initial provision. Community Service activities have been carried out at the school on December 14, 2022 for students and have succeeded in increasing student understanding from the results of the questionnaire measurements provided. Students successfully create social media content using https://www.canva.com/. The output of activities is in the form of news of activities published on news portals and scientific journals published in national community service journals.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk upgrade wawasan siswa-siswi terhadap kemampuan pemograman khususnya Pemograman Python Dasar kepada SMKN 6 Pekanbaru. Workshop ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman dasar tentang bahasa pemrograman Python kepada siswa yang mungkin baru terpapar sedikit atau tidak memiliki pengalaman dalam pemrograman. Metode pelaksanaannya melibatkan implementasi workshop dengan menggunakan pendekatan praktis dan interaktif. Peserta workshop adalah siswa kelas XI SMKN 6 Pekanbaru dari jurusan Bisnis Digital. Selama workshop, peserta diberikan pengantar tentang konsep dasar pemrograman dan diajarkan keterampilan dasar menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python, melalui praktek langsung di Labor Komputer Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Lancang Kuning. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan terdapat sesi pengisian kuisioner oleh para siswa-siswi tujuannya untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman terhadap tema workshop. Kuisioner juga dibagikan pada akhir sesi dengan tujuan untuk melihat tingkat serapan materi oleh siswa-siswi selama pelaksanaan kegiatan workshop. Analisis data melibatkan perbandingan hasil tes sebelum dan sesudah workshop untuk mengevaluasi peningkatan pemahaman siswa. Selain itu, tanggapan peserta workshop juga dianalisis untuk menilai keefektifan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan. Hasil kegiatan workshop ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan meningkat tentang pemahaman siswa terhadap pemrograman Python dasar. Tujuannya untuk menjadi landasan awal bagi seoarang Bisnis Digital dalam mengelola laman promosi pada social media atau website. Selain itu temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dasar bagi penyelenggaraan kegiatan serupa di masa depan untuk mendukung pengembangan keterampilan teknologi informasi di kalangan siswa SMKN 6 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Melineal students must understand the basic law and UU ITE which ensnares many people because they do not understand the application of the law to their daily activities. Students become agents of change who can provide an extension of basic legal knowledge and UU ITE in the neighborhood where they live. SMKN 8 Pekanbaru which was chosen because the students here are from those who are close to legal cases because they are in the buffer zone of Pekanbaru city. With this activity students are able to limit the potential for activities that can be charged with the law and the ITE Law. Because the perpetrators on social media are mostly young people who actively surf sometimes forget about legal norms that have the potential to be entangled in legal cases and the ITE Law. The activity was carried out directly to students with Dr. Moh Yusuf DM, S.H, M.H, Phd and M. Fadly Daeng Yusuf, S.H, S.E, M.H. These two resource persons are Riau advocate figures who have been poor in the legal world. Outcomes of service are service journals published in accredited service journals, news on the implementation of activities and material modules.

Abstract

A good and accurate stock management system is crucial in any institution or organization that conducts product buying and selling transactions. This is done to improve stock efficiency, reduce storage costs, be more effective, and meet customer expectations. This research produced three groups of the most desirable products for large stock quantities, moderate stock quantities for products of interest, and low stock quantities for products that were less or not in demand. Data was processed using the clustering method, specifically the K-Means method, which was based on historical sales data that includes the product code, number of transactions, and average sales. This study was carried out using web-based calculations. Testing with the rapid miner application. The research yielded three members of the product group for large stock, 238 large stock, 273 medium stock, and 25 low stock.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan wujud nyata pengabdian tenaga pendidik (dosen) perguruan tinggi. SD Negeri 59 Pekanbaru adalah salah satu dari beberapa sekolah yang ada di Pekanbaru tenaga pengajar belum memahami dan menguasai penggunaan office perkantoran. Padahal dalam pekerjaannya sebagai guru tidak lepas dari penggunaan office perkantoran untuk laporan kepada sekolah, dinas pendidikan dan pihak terkait. Ketika diakhir semester saat pelaporan kegiatan para guru lebih memilih menyewa orang untuk penyelesaikan laporan. Seharusnya guru harus menyelesaikan tugasnya sendiri, berguna untuk menciptakan personalia yang cakap dalam suatu instansi. Kepala SD Negeri 59 Pekanbaru menyambut baik kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh universitas lancing kuning. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan metode seminar, praktek dan tanya jawab. Pelatihan difokuskan kepada penggunaan Microsoft word, excel dan powerpoint. Pelatihan diawali dengan pemaparan materi kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses tanya jawab dan praktek langsung penggunaan Microsoft Office Perkantoran. Diakhir kegiatan dilaksanakan prosesi foto bersama sebagai media promosi dan luaran laporan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat oleh pemateri/dosen dan promosi bagi SDN 59 Pekanbaru.
