Abstract

One product that is in a travel agency is a tour package. In a tour that is carried out, consumers certainly expect the tour package that has been promised according to the what is in the field. This study aims to determine consumers response to tour package at CV. Bilava Tour Riau Pekanbaru. To find out the consumers response to tour package can be measured through 5 components, which are :Tourist Attractions, Events, Transportation, Accommodation, and Meals&Drinks. The research will be measured and known by quantitative methods. This study took 100 people as the samples or respondents by using the Slovin adequacy formula. The technique of data collection in this study uses observasion, questionnaires and documentation. This study uses  the theory of Etta Mamang Sanadji & Sopiah,2010, named the Likert Scale to measure the interval in the quantitative data. Based on the results, the study indicates that consumer responses to the implementation of tour package at CV. Bilava Tour Riau Pekanbaru is in the Very Good category, and it scores 6.413. keywords : Consumer Response, Tour Package, Travel Agent

Abstract

The identification of the administrative area maps is done using the data from boundary mapping conducted by field workers. This mapping was carried out with a process of field survey and renewal of the position of the boundaries of the area. These regional boundaries will be processed by supporting applications (QGIS). Maps are simply presented as a description of the area of information placed in the form of territorial boundaries. This research aims to update the statistical data map used to calculate the population in the research area. The regional apparatuses (District, Sub District,) serve as a starting point for mapping processing and as information on the smoothness of the 2020 population census. The processing produces administrative boundary data that has been updated from the previous map in the form of gender and infrastructure (facilities and infrastructure), the number of residents per District, the area per District and the location of astronomical lines in the region. Based on the mapping identification results, there are several boundaries of the area whose position has been shifted due to two factors, namely changes by natural factors and changes by human activities as well as a discrepancy between Digital Maps and Analog Maps. Then it is necessary to map administrative areas that are in accordance with the application of satellite imagery (SW Maps) which are represented in vector format.

Abstract

Lembar Kerja Praktikum (LKP) merupakan panduan atau pedoman yang digunakan peserta didik sebagai pengarah dalam melakukan kegiatan praktikum. LKP yang digunakan peserta didik hendaknya dapat mengarahkan kegiatan praktikum pada penemuan konsep agar kegiatan praktikum yang dilakukan peserta didik lebih bermakna. Faktanya peserta didik masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengaitkan kegiatan praktikum dengan konsep yang telah dipelajari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas LKP yang digunakan peserta didik berdasarkan komponen diagram Vee. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik. Sampel dari penelitian ini yaitu 3 LKP materi sistem sirkulasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk menganalisis dalam paktikum ini yaitu rubrik keberadaan komponen diagram Vee dan rubrik penilaian kualitas komponen LKP berdasarkan komponen diagram Vee. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LKP materi sistem sirkulasi sudah dapat dikatakan memiliki struktur yang lengkap sesuai komponen diagram Vee, namun komponen-komponen yang ada masih memiliki kualitas yang kurang dan belum mencapai skor maksimum. Kegiatan praktikum materi sistem sirkulasi memerlukan LKP yang dapat menunjang pembentukan pengetahuan dengan langkah kerja yang tepat dan sesuai dengan tuntutan kurkulum, dengan demikian disarankan untuk melakukan rekontruksi pada LKP tersebut.

Abstract

This program will contribute enhancing revenue and purposes reducing the number of poverty. One of kind produktive zakat is Zakat Community Development (ZCD). Program ZCD has purpose to empower community by promoting social and economic aspects, as well for the creation of a prosperous society and independent. This research try to elaborate the factors into benefit and opportunities, cost and risk ZCD with Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, Risk (BOCR) analytic network process approach including alternatives proposed strategies. There are two main problems that led to it, namely the problem of the economic and social side. When viewed in terms of the benefits and opportunities are the increasing of economic productivity, increasing skills, increasing prosperity and reducing poverty. Meanwhile, when seen from the cost and risk, it is found that advisory fees, the cost of strengthening the social leadership, lack of appropriate targets, and failure companion. Human resources assistants becomes the priority strategy for finding supports the sustainability of ZCD.

Abstract

Background: Fatigue is one of the problems with a fairly high prevalence among the effects of hemodialysis which hurt the quality of life. Fatigue can be done with relaxation. Relaxation can be done with autogenic and deep breath relaxation. Objectives: This study aims to compare the effectiveness of Autogenic Relaxation and Deep Breathing Relaxation on the Fatigue Value of Chronic Kidney Failure Patients Undergoing Hemodialysis. Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental two-group randomized pre-post test design. The sample in this study amounted to 40 respondents in total sampling. Bivariate analysis using independent t-test. Results: The results showed that there was no difference in the results between autogenic relaxation and deep breathing relaxation. Conclusion: Autogenic relaxation and deep breathing relaxation are equally effective in reducing fatigue in renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis.

Abstract

Pancasila tidak bisa dipisahkan dari etika. Setiap sila  Pancasila mempunyai makna etika yang berbeda-beda. Etika  sendiri juga merupakan keadaan mampu menilai mana yang benar dan mana yang salah. Tentu saja, setiap orang yang berjiwa Pancasila harus menunjukkan etika yang baik di lingkungan rumah,  masyarakat,  sekolah,  kampus, dan dunia politik. Segala sesuatu yang Anda lakukan harus berdasarkan etika. Oleh karena itu Pancasila mengajarkan hal-hal tersebut agar dapat kita terapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami mengapa penting menerapkan Pancasila sebagai sistem etika dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, khususnya di  masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  kualitatif yang mengumpulkan data berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi di berbagai sumber, dan sumbernya berasal dari masyarakat sekitar dan mahasiswa. Hasil  penelitian ini berupa beragam jawaban dan pendapat para narasumber tentang penerapan dan makna Pancasila sebagai sistem etika.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how the role of interpersonal communication between librarians and users in libraries through the narrative literature review method with four references taken through the Google Scholer and Dimensions database from 2013 to 2023. The results of this study show that librarians have an important role in interpersonal communication between librarians and users in libraries.  Because interpersonal or interpersonal communication is the delivery of information or a message involving two or more people through direct interaction so that it may get verbal or nonverbal reactions that are useful in establishing positive good relationships between librarians and users, avoiding conflicts that may occur due to misunderstandings, and avoiding users from negative perceptions about librarians.  In which there are often obstacles such as misperceptions created by users to librarians or vice versa, lack of librarian sensitivity to user needs, and information that has not been conveyed properly.  however, it can be straightened out by effective interpersonal communication applied with a librarian skill in understanding the meaning of equality, positivity, supportiveness, empathy, and openness. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pustakawan  komunikasi interpersonal antara pustakawan dengan pemustaka memiliki peran penting dalam perpustakaan. karena komunikasi interpersonal atau antar pribadi merupakan penyampaian informasi atau suatu pesan melibatkan dua orang atau lebih melalui interaksi secara langsung sehingga mungkin mendapatkan reaksi secara verbal maupun nonverbal yang bermanfaat dalam menjalin hubungan baik yang postitif antara pustakawan dengan pemustaka, menghindari konflik yang mungkin terjadi sebab kesalahpahaman, dan menghindarkan pemustaka dari presepsi negative mengenai pustakawan. Yang dimana didalamnya sering terjadi hambatan seperti kesalahan presepsi yang diciptakan pemustaka terhadap pustakawan atau sebaliknya, kurangnya kepekaan pustakawan terhadap kebutuhan pemustaka, dan informasi-informasi yang belum tersampaikan dengan baik. namun hal tersebut dapat diluruskan dengan komunikasi interpersonal efektif yang diterapkan dengan suatu keterampilan pustakawan dalam memahami arti dari adanya kesetaraan (equality), Rasapositif (positiveness), Dukungan (supportiveness) Empati (empathy), dan Keterbukaan (openness).Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Interpersonal; Pemustaka; Pustakawan

Abstract

This study aims to find the effect of Think, Talk, Write (TTW) strategy on the writing descriptive text ability of SMK students. The study used a quasi-experimental method with two groups: an experimental class taught using the TTW strategy and a control class using the conventional method. The data collection instrument was a descriptive writing test conducted before (pre-test) and after (post-test) treatment, with an assessment based on the Arthur Hughes rubric. The data were analyzed using independent sample t-test. The results showed that the TTW strategy had a significant effect on students' writing ability. The average value of the final test of the experimental class reached 87.17, higher than the control class which obtained an average of 76.25. This difference was also confirmed through a statistical test with a p value <0.001, which showed that students taught with the TTW strategy experienced a greater improvement in writing ability than students taught with the conventional method. The TTW strategy helps students to think critically, discuss, and organize their writing in a more structured way, thus improving the quality of the text they produce. The findings support the effectiveness of TTW in improving descriptive writing skills. This study recommends the use of TTW strategy in writing learning to create a more collaborative and in-depth learning process. Future researchers are expected to explore the application of TTW on different text types or populations.

Abstract

Dinamika kelompok merupakan proses yang terjadi dalam sebuah tim, yang mencakup interaksi, komunikasi, kerja sama, hingga penyelesaian konflik. Hal ini sangat relevan dalam kegiatan Paskibra dimana dinamika kelompok memegang peranan penting dalam membentuk kekompakan, kedisiplinan, dan rasa tanggung jawab antar anggota. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis survey secara langsung. Sumber data penelitian adalah sumber data primer, yaitu informasi dan observasi diperoleh secara langsung dan berasal dari orang atau situasi yang tengah diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa dalam dalam kegiatan Paskibra SMP Swasta Al-Hikmah Medan, dinamika kelompok yang terjadi tidak terlepas dari berbagai tantangan internal yang mempengaruhi kekompakan dan efektivitas tim. Konflik yang muncul didominasi oleh kurangnya sikap saling menghargai satu sama lain, di mana beberapa anggota sering meremehkan pendapat atau kontribusi teman mereka. Meskipun mengalami beberapa konflik, Paskibra SMP Swasta Al-Hikmah membuat solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi konflik tersebut, yaitu mengadakan rapat evaluasi internal, di mana seluruh anggota diberikan kesempatan untuk menyampaikan pendapat, kendala, maupun saran secara terbuka dan terarah

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation on the competitive advantage of MSMEs in the Culinary Sector in Koja District. This research is causal associative research with a quantitative approach and uses a survey method. The population in this study is MSMEs in Koja District. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique so that the population in this study was 998 MSMEs and the sample was 148 MSMEs. The data analysis technique used in this study uses Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) which is calculated using SmartPLS software version 3.3.9. The results of this study indicate that Entrepreneurship Orientation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage and product innovation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Orientation, Product Innovation, Competitive Advantage ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing UMKM bidang kuliner di Kecamatan Koja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian berbentuk asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan memakai metode survey. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan UMKM di Kecamatan Koja. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 998 UMKM serta sampel berjumlah 148 UMKM. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) yang dihitung menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.3.9. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keugulan bersaing dan inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keugulan bersaing. Kata kunci: Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Inovasi Produk, Keunggulan Bersaing.
