Abstract

This research aims to develop devices based science learning biology teaching model in an effort to teach the meaning of science and foster moral sensitivity on the subject of human respiratory system. This study was classified as research development , ie developing syllabus , lesson plans , worksheets , BAS , and THB . Follow the development of the design of the 4- D models of Thiagarajan (1974 ) followed by the implementation phase of learning in the classroom using a pretest - posttest design. Device developed then validated by experts and tested first at 10 eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Tarik. The results showed the validity of the RPP , BAS , and worksheets categorized very well , and the validity of test questions categorized invalid and valid enough. Readability level device includes worksheets for BAS and 77,2 % to the category of material is too easy , and a description of the difficulties include BAS and LKS was 22,1 % with a fairly easy category . The success of RPP during three meetings very well categorized ; activity levels of students categorized quite active ; better student learning outcomes tests of cognitive abilities , processes , psychomotor and moral sensitivity tests considered complete . Barriers in the PBM especially low student motivation in participating in learning .Based on the analysis of data, it can be concluded that the biology-based science learning learning model of meaning on the subject of the human respiratory system is able to teach science and junior high school students growing moral sensitivity. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran IPA Biologi berbasis model pembelajaran pemaknaan sebagai upaya mengajarkan IPA dan menumbuhkan sensitivitas moral pada pokok bahasan Sistem Pernapasan Manusia. Penelitian initergolong penelitian pengembangan, yaitu mengembangkan Silabus, RPP, LKS, BAS, dan THB. Pengembangan perangkat mengikuti rancangan 4-D  model dari Thiagarajan (1974) dilanjutkan dengan tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas menggunakan rancangan pretest-posttest design. Perangkat yang dikembangkan kemudian divalidasi oleh pakar dan diuji coba I pada 10 siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Tarik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan validitas RPP, BAS, dan LKS berkategori baik; dan validitas soal tes berkategori valid. Tingkat keterbacaan perangkat meliputi BAS dan LKS sebesar 77,2% dengan kategori materi mudah; dan deskripsi kesulitan perangkat meliputi BAS dan LKS sebesar 22,1% dengan kategori tidak sulit. Keterlaksanaan RPP selama tiga kali pertemuan berkategori sangat baik; tingkat aktivitas siswa berkategori cukup aktif; hasil tes belajar siswa baik kemampuan kognitif, proses, psikomotor dan tes sensitivitas moral berhasil melampaui KKM yang ditetapkan. Hambatan dalam  PBM terutama siswa belum terbiasa dengan model pembelajaran pemaknaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran IPA Biologi berbasis model pembelajaran pemaknaan pada  pokok bahasan sistem pernapasan manusia efektif membelajarkan IPA dan menumbuhkan sensitivitas moral siswa SMP.

Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam pembelajaran khususnya pembelajaran kimia adalah dengan melakukan supervisi. Hal ini menggugah penulis untuk mengadakan suatu penelitian terhadap masalah ini di SMA Negeri 5 Kejuruan Muda Aceh Tamiang selama 1,5 bulan dari bulan Maret-April 2016 yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa melalui supervisi akademik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam pembelajaran kimia kelas X pada SMA Negeri 5 Kejuruan Muda Aceh Tamiang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru mapel kimia kelas X Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017, untuk memperoleh data penulis menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Setelah data terkumpul penulis mengolah dan menganalisis data dengan cara membandingkan hasil observasi dan wawancara pada siklus I dan siklus II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan melakukan supervisi akademik dapat meingkatkan kemampuan guru dalam pembelajaran kimia kelas X pada SMA Negeri 5 Kejuruan Muda Aceh Tamiang. Setelah melakukan supervisi akademik kemampuan guru mengalami peningkatan dari kategori kurang baik menjadi kategori baik dibandingkan dengan kondisi awal.

Abstract

This paper explores the role of technology in building competitive advantage in the digital era through a case study on Tokopedia, one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Indonesia. Tokopedia has implemented various advanced technologies such as big data, analytics and the like to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and product innovation. The impact of this technology adoption includes increased sales, user conversion, customer satisfaction, as well as cost efficiency and operational time. Recommendations for Tokopedia include continuing to innovate with advanced technology, optimizing customer experience, improving security and reliability, developing a digital ecosystem, utilizing big data for decision-making, and expanding markets. This paper shows that technology plays an important role in maintaining and increasing competitive advantage in the highly competitive e-commerce industry.

Abstract

The study is specifically designed to empirically test the magnitude of the influence of Non-Performing Loans on Company Value with Good Corporate Governance as an intervening variable in Financing Companies/Multifinance Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The population in this study consists of 15 financing sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2018-2022. By using purposive sampling, a sample of 12 companies with 5 years of observation was obtained, resulting in a total of 60 data points in this study. Classic assumption tests including normality and heteroscedasticity tests, estimation model selection including chow test, hausman test, and lagrange test, panel data regression analysis, goodness of fit tests including partial significance test (t-test), simultaneous significance test (f-test), and determination coefficient (R2), as well as path analysis to test hypotheses using Eviews 12 software. The results of the study indicate that Non-Performing Loans do not affect Good Corporate Governance in Financing Companies/Multifinance Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. Non-Performing Loans and Good Corporate Governance together influence Company Value in Financing Companies/Multifinance Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. Good Corporate Governance is unable to mediate the influence of Non-Performing Loans on Company Value in Financing Companies/Multifinance Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Struktur Aktiva dan Likuiditas terhadap Struktur Modal pada PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan data sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Laporan Keuangan pada PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik dokumentasi dengan Teknik analisis data menggunakan program IBM SPSS yang terdiri dari asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Struktur Aktiva memiliki nilai thitung sebesar -23,485< nilai ttabel 2,262 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 artinya, Struktur Aktiva secara parsial berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal pada PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022. Likuiditas diperoleh nilai thitung -3,158 < nilai ttabel 2,262 signifikan sebesar 0,012 < 0,05 artinya, Likuiditas secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal pada PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022. Secara simultan nilai fhitung 482,625 > nilai Ftabel 4,260 dengan signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 artinya Struktur Aktiva dan Likuiditas secara simultan atau bersamaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal pada PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Chronic kidney disease, also known as CKD refers to an irreversible decline, in kidney function. It affects the bodys balance, electrolyte levels and metabolism. Elevated urea levels are an outcome of this condition (Desfrimadona, 2016). Chronic renal failure is when kidney function deteriorates for than three months. Patients undergoing hemodialysis typically have sessions lasting from twelve to fifteen hours per week or three to four hours per session. The aim of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of hemodialysis and changes in blood pressure among patients undergoing hemodialysis at RSU Royal Prima Medan in 2024. The study examined how blood pressure fluctuates in individuals with failure both before and after hemodialysis, through an observational study design. Based on respondent data and haemodialysis procedures in the haemodialysis unit of RSU Royal Prima Medan, it shows a Z- score of -3.464 and a P-value of 0.001 because 0,001 < 0.05, it can be concluded that haemodialysis at RSU Royal Prima Medan affects changes in blood pressure in patients with chronic renal failure.                                                                       Keywords: Haemodialysis, Kidney Failure, Blood Pressure  ABSTRAK Gangguan ginjal kronis, juga dikenal sebagai GGK mengacu pada penurunan fungsi ginjal yang tidak dapat diubah. Ini mempengaruhi keseimbangan tubuh, kadar elektrolit dan metabolisme. Peningkatan kadar urea adalah akibat dari kondisi ini (Desfrimadona, 2016). Gagal ginjal kronis terjadi ketika fungsi ginjal memburuk selama lebih dari tiga bulan. Pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis biasanya menjalani sesi yang berlangsung antara dua belas hingga lima belas jam per minggu atau tiga hingga empat jam per sesi.  Maksud riset ini ialah guna melihat keefektivan hemodialisis dan berubahnya tensi pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis di RSU Royal Prima Medan pada tahun 2024. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana fluktuasi tekanan darah pada individu yang mengalami kegagalan baik sebelum maupun sesudah hemodialisis, melalui studi observasional cross section. Berdasarkan data responden dan prosedur hemodialisis di unit hemodialisis RSU Royal Prima Medan menunjukkan Z-score -3,464 dan P- value 0,001 sebab 0,001 < 0,05 hingga bisa dibuat simpulan jika hemodialisis di RSU Royal Prima Medan berpengaruh terhadap perubahan tekanan darah terhadap pasien GGK. Kata kunci: Hemodialis; Gagal Ginjal; Tekanan Darah.

Abstract

Abstrak - Pemanfaatan Drone pada saat sekarang ini telah banyak membantu dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu salah satunya dalam bidang pemetaan dan identifikasi tata guna lahan. Penggunaan Drone sebagai sarana sarana monitoring dan evaluasi lahan mempermudah manusia untuk mendapatkan data-data dari foto udara dengan cepat dan bisa didapatkan kapan pun.Pemanfaatan Drone dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana penggunaan lahan diKomplek Perkantoran Pemda Aceh Tengah yang berlokasi di desa Belang Bebangka Kec. Pegasing Kab. Aceh Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan disini adalah interpretasi secara digital menggunakan aplikasi Agisoft dan Avenzamap. Dari hasil interpretasi foto udara drone tersebut kemudian diolah menjadi peta kelerengan, peta kontur, peta tutupan lahan dan peta foto udara penggunaan lahan komplek perkantoran Pemda Aceh Tengah. Setelah dilakukan identifikasi lahan berdasarkan peta yang dihasilkan diketahui bahwa lebih dari 50 % lahan sudah digunakan dengan baik yaitu sebesar 57.14 % sedangkan sisa lahan sebesar 42.9 % merupakan lahan terbuka yang masih bisa dimanfaatkan untuk hal lain. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan lahan Komplek Perkantoran Pemerintah daerah Aceh Tengah tergolong sudah optimal.Kata kunci: Drone, Lahan, Identifikasi, ArcGis Abstract - The use of drones at this time has helped a lot in various disciplines, one of which is in the field of mapping and identification of land use. The use of drones as a means of monitoring and evaluating land makes it easier for humans to get data from aerial photos quickly and can be obtained at any time. The use of drones in this study is to identify the extent of land use in the Central Aceh Regional Government Office Complex located in Belang Bebangka village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh District. The research method used here is digital interpretation using the Agisoft and Avenzamap applications. From the results of the interpretation of drone aerial photos are then processed into slope maps, contour maps, land cover maps and aerial photo maps of land use of the Central Aceh Regional Government office complex. After identifying the land based on the resulting map, it is known that more than 50% of the land has been used properly, which is 57.14%, while the remaining 42.9% of the land is open land that can still be used for other things. Thus, it can be concluded that the land use of the Central Aceh Regional Government Office Complex is considered optimal.Keywords: drone, land, identification, arcgis

Abstract

Pakcoy plants have an economic aspect and the business is worth developing or cultivating to meet consumer demand which is increasing over time. Increasing the production of pakcoy plants can be done by improving the fertility of the planting medium by using FertoMax biofertilizer and cow dung fertilizer. This research used a Randomized Block Design with 2 factors and 3 replications to obtain 48 research plots. Factor I of FertoMax Biological Fertilizer (S) which consists of 4 levels, namely: S0 = 0 ml/polybag, S1 = 5 ml/polybag, S2 = 10 ml/polybag, S3 = 15ml/polybag. Factor II Cow Manure (P) which consists of 4 levels, namely: P0 = 0 g/polybag P1 = 100 g/polybag, P2 = 200 g/polybag, P3= 300 g/polybag. The parameters observed in this study were plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width, tuber diameter, sample plant weight, plant weight per plot. The results of the study showed that the use of FertoMax biofertilizer with the best growth and production was at a dose of 15 ml/polybag while giving The best dose of cow dung fertilizer is 300 g/polybag. Keywords: pakcoy, fertomax biological fertilizer, cow manure

Abstract

The aim of this research article is to determine the trend of non-Muslim patients and the level of service satisfaction for registration officers at RSU HMC, Rantaprapat. The problem formulation in this research includes (i) How many non-Muslim patients are there at HMC General Hospital during 2021 to 2023? (ii) How does the registration officer provide services to non-Muslim patients? The research methods used. Next, a quantitative method using secondary data to collect information regarding the number of patients and using a questionnaire to measure satisfaction of non-Muslim patients. The results of this study show that the number of non-Muslim patients has increased. In addition, the results of the questionnaire show that the overall service of registration officers at RSU HMC is 85%, which means that the majority of non-Muslim patients are satisfied with the service. This research also provides practical implications that can be directly applied by hospital management to improve service quality and internal policies. The novelty of this research relates to experiences and attitudes towards non-Muslim patients which have not been studied much before.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the partial influence of servicescape on customer satisfaction, to find out and analyze the partial influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and to find out and analyze the simultaneous influence of servicescape and service quality on customer satisfaction at The Cups Co Iskandar Muda Branch. The population in this study is 1,426 customers visiting The Cups Co Iskandar Muda Branch. The sample in the study was 93 people who were taken using the slovin formula. The data collection technique used in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression, partial test (t-test), simultaneous signification test (F-test) and determination coefficient. The results of the study show that servicescape has an effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction and servicescape and service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction at The Cups Co Iskandar Muda Branch.
