Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of entrepreneurial culture on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs. This research uses quantitative research. The population in this research is MSME actors in Yogyakarta. Sampling uses purposive sampling, resulting that the sample for this research is 101. The data is analyzed using analysis regression. The results of this research show that entrepreneurial culture has an influence on business performance. The results of this research contribute to business actors paying attention to entrepreneurial culture in order to improve business performance. In addition, this research from a theoretical aspect becomes an additional reference regarding the relationship between entrepreneurial culture and performance business for MSMEs

Abstract

Abstract[English]:There is an interesting phenomenon in Tana Toraja about the halal product label. Countless businessmen put a halal label on their business without having any legal halal certificate. This article has some objectives. It aims at conveying the understanding level owned by businessmen, elaborating whether the understanding affects the decision on having halal certificate, explaining the understanding construction of halal product of Muslim businessmen and informing the factors that cause malpractice of halal product. The finding result proved that; (1) the lack decision of businessmen to make halal certificate; (2) some stakeholders such as MUI, KEMENAG Tana Toraja  and preachers had conducted understanding reconstruction; (3) the result also showed that malpractice of halal product was caused by haram materials that were cheaper than halal ones, halal label was solely marketing strategy and halal certificate spent lots of money. Abstrak[Indonesia]:Ada fenomena menarik di Tana Toraja tentang label produk halal. Tak terhitung banyaknya pengusaha yang memasang label halal pada usahanya tanpa memiliki sertifikat halal yang sah. Artikel ini memiliki beberapa tujuan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menyampaikan tingkat pemahaman yang dimiliki oleh pengusaha, mengelaborasi apakah pemahaman tersebut mempengaruhi keputusan memiliki sertifikat halal, menjelaskan konstruksi pemahaman produk halal pengusaha muslim dan menginformasikan faktor-faktor penyebab malpraktik produk halal. Hasil temuan membuktikan bahwa; (1) kurangnya keputusan pengusaha untuk membuat sertifikat halal; (2) beberapa pemangku kepentingan seperti MUI, KEMENAG Tana Toraja dan para mubaligh telah melakukan rekonstruksi pemahaman; (3) Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa malpraktik kehalalan produk disebabkan oleh bahan haram yang lebih murah dari yang halal, label halal semata-mata strategi pemasaran dan sertifikat halal menghabiskan banyak uang.

Abstract

-Purpose Conceptual understanding is an ability to receive, absorb, and comprehend materials or information acquired through a series of events that can be directly observed or heard, stored in the mind, and later applied in daily life. This research aims to describe the level of conceptual understanding of Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) among students majoring in Animal Husbandry at Politani Pangkep. -Method The research employed a descriptive analythic method with a survey approach. The data collection technique used in this study involved an objective test consisting of multiple-choice questions with four alternative answers which was distributed to senior undergraduates students on animal science department State Polytechnic of Agriculture Pangkajene Kepulauan, The data analysis technique using descriptive qualitative.. -Result The research results indicate that the overall average scores of Animal Husbandry students at Politani Pangkep fall within the sufficient or less category when assessed against standard criteria. Consequently, it can be concluded that the low level of conceptual understanding among students is caused by several factors, including the omission of Fiqh animal husbandry lessons from the curriculum, lecturers predominantly using lecture methods in teaching, a lack of learning resources, and students' insufficient interest in the field of Fiqh. -Implication a robust understanding of livestock fiqh has significant implications for ensuring the authenticity, quality, and integrity of the Halal industry. Individuals with this knowledge can contribute to effective certification processes, quality assurance, oversight, and community trust, ultimately supporting the growth and sustainability of the Halal market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of government expenditure on education and health on enhancing the quality of human resources in developing nations that are members of the OIC under maqasyid sharia. This study employs panel data and spans eight emerging nations (upper middle-income countries) from 2011 to 2020. The panel data model employed is the random effect model. The findings reveal that the variable of government spending on education has no effect on the growth of human resource quality. Government health investment has a considerable beneficial impact on the development of human resources in OIC emerging nations. When examined concurrently, government investment in education and health has a considerable beneficial effect on human capital development. Thus, long-term and coordinated investment in these two areas can bring significant rewards in terms of boosting human capital quality.
