Abstract

Today, many companies have taken advantage of the use of technology to help their business processes. One of Indonesia's companies engaged in Test and Measurement, Network Monitoring and Telecom Professional Services is PT Telemedia Mitra Erajaya which uses applications to help its business processes, especially in inventory. This study aims to evaluate and produce a recommended application design based on the evaluation results using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to measure application usability. In usability testing, there are five components: Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Errors, and Satisfaction. After the Usability evaluation is complete, the results will be used as recommendations for the design of the Serviceapp application. The results of usability testing on existing enterprise applications get the results of 54.75 points. The framework for designing the Serviceapp application is Laravel with the adminLTE template. This research results from a website-based Serviceapp Inventory application that can help companies enter data and are easy to access. The usability testing results obtained are 74.75 points. With the new application, test results increased by 20 points.

Abstract

Most Indonesian businesses need help with business alignment with information technology. COBIT is one of the frameworks controlled by IT Governance. COBIT 2019, the most recent COBIT framework, assesses information technology governance and capability levels at PT Kwadran Lima, Indonesia. Capability is measured by interviews regarding COBIT operations using a specified process domain. The COBIT Design Toolkit was used to establish the process domains. The process domains acquired were APO12-Managed Risk, BAI10-Managed Configuration, and DSS03-Managed Problem. These three domains solve challenges at PT Kwadran Lima in Indonesia. The process domain was assessed through interviews using the RACI Chart. Following the collection of measurement results, suggestions are made based on the findings of the evaluation results. According to the findings, PT Kwadran Lima Indonesia is still at level 2 to reach level 3. As a result, a proposal is made to develop or design a team whose tasks and responsibilities are to plan and execute ways of collecting categorization and associated data analysis of Information Technology risk for the Company to achieve level 3.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of social support (supervisor, peer, and family support) on teacher performance in five private elementary schools in Tangerang. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling to 102 primary school teacher populations. The results of the questionnaire were valid and returned as many as 92 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that all social support factors consisting of supervisor support, peer support, and family support had a positive and significant effect on performance. While the support supervisor has no significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers. This new research proposes a model for building performance among private primary school teachers in Tangerang through increasing social support for teacher employment.

Abstract

Abstract

Non-playable Character (NPC) is a prominent terminology within the gaming domain. While players do not directly control NPCs, their role significantly influences the gaming experience. Enhancing NPC responsiveness becomes imperative as NPCs' passive nature can lead to monotonous gameplay. To address this concern, a computational model, namely Finite State Machine (FSM), is implemented to elevate NPC responsiveness during interactions with the main characters, whether as adversaries or allies. This research uses the Game Design Document (GDD) methodology to design a survival horror-themed game. The resultant Survival Horror Game undergoes Alpha testing to validate its overall functionality and the successful integration of the FSM computational model. Findings indicate that enemy NPCs can pursue the main character from any position, with an average arrival interval of 68 seconds. Additionally, allied NPCs promptly respond when the main character approaches. Subsequently, the Beta testing results reflect an 80% average score interpretation based on percentage responses, implying the game's favorable suitability and acceptability on the Likert scale.

Abstract

In the current industrial era, clothing companies face increasingly complex challenges in maintaining the quality and sales of their products. To overcome these obstacles, companies must have a good vision, mission, and decision-making capabilities supported by efficient data management. Data is becoming a valuable asset in Industry 4.0, pivotal in process management, increased productivity, and competitive advantage. This research explores the implementation of Data Warehouse (data warehouse) and ETL (Extraction, Transformation, and Load) processes on star schema for PT Golden Flower Tbk. A data warehouse is a container for storing company data, supporting decision-making, and providing business insights. Meanwhile, the ETL process ensures that the data entered into the warehouse is clean, structured, and ready for analysis. PTA garment manufacturing and exporter company, USPT Golden Flower Tbk, uses the Pentaho application to carry out the ETL process. Pentaho, a Business Intelligence tool, facilitates easy data processing and analysis. This research also explains the use of dimension tables and fact tables in star schemas, which form the basis for more in-depth data analysis. Through visualization and analysis using star schema, Mondrian, and schema workbench, companies can identify sales patterns in each branch and understand which products are most in demand by consumers. The results of the star schema, moMondrianand schema workbench provide a better understanding of the company's sales performance, enabling more informed decision-making and more effective strategies.
