<![CDATA[The use of the cap "Songkok Recca" is believed to have begun in the reign of the 31st Bone King named Andi Mappanyukki. The "Songkok Recca" hat used can show the social strata of the wearer. This study aims to look at public perceptions in the use of these hats associated with the social stratification of the Bugis community in Bone Regency. The study was conducted in Awangpone District, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi Province, using a qualitative approach, with a purposive sampling technique in determining informants. The method of collecting data using observation and interviews, with the number of informant’s as many as ten people. Data analysis techniques in this study are qualitative data analysis techniques. The results show that there a shift in the use of "Songkok Recca" hats today. In terms of social stratification, the use of the hat "Songkok Recca" no longer shows the degree of someone, but nowadays it is more described as a form of local wisdom of the Bugis community in Bone Regency. ]]>

<![CDATA[Pada era pandemic Covid-19 ini, kehidupan ekonomi masyarakat semakin menurun, sehingga menimbulkan kesenjangan di masyarakat, terlebih lagi semakin menambah jumlah pengangguran akibat pemutusan hubungan kerja. Socialpreneur merupakan salah satu strategi atau kegiatan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat, dalam rangka mendukung upaya pengentasan kemiskinan pedesaan melalui pendekatan gender, yakni pemberdayaan perempuan melalui ibu-ibu penerima bantuan PKH dengan maksud terbentuknya semangat berwirausaha sebagai wujud memberdayakan ibu-ibu melalui pembuatan sabun cuci, jajanan tradisional, dan kegiatan konveksi. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Cina Kabupaten Bone, dengan membina 8 ibu-ibu penerima bantuan PKH. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan motivasi, pengenalan kewirausahaan, melihat kebutuhan pasar, desain produk, branding produk dan pemasaran produk berbasis teknologi informasi. Luaran dari kegiatan ini berupa terbentuknya socialpreneur di kalangan ibu-ibu yang mampu memberikan penghasilan tambahan kepada keluarga, dan terciptanya produk barang kebutuhan rumah tangga yang layak dipasarkan secara luring dan daring.]]>

<![CDATA[Pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi telah mendapatkan landasan hukum melalui penerbitan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 81 Tahun 2010 tentang Grand Design Reformasi Birokrasi 2010-2025. Salah satu agenda Indonesia pada reformasi birokrasi adalah menciptakan Good Governance di Indonesia. Pada hakikatnya merupakan upaya untuk melakukan pembaharuan dan perubahan mendasar terhadap sistem penyelenggaraan pemerintahan terutama menyangkut aspek-aspek kelembagaan (organisasi), ketatalaksanaan (business prosess) dan sumber daya manusia aparatur. Perubahan pengelolaan sektor publik tidak hanya bertujuan memodernisasi institusi negara dan mengurangi biaya pelayanan publik, namun juga diharapkan untuk menghasilkan kerjasama yang dinamis antara pemerintah dengan masyarakat sipil dan sektor swasta. Salah satu usaha pembaharuan untuk menunjang reformasi birokrasi adalah menggunakan teknologi informasi. Usaha ini dinilai efektif untuk memperbaiki birokrasi di Indonesia. Information Technology didefinisikan sebagai penyampaian layanan dan informasi dari pemerintah kepada publik menggunakan sarana elektronik yang mempermudah masyarakat berkomunikasi dengan pemerintah dan ikut berpartisipasi dalam proses pembuatan keputusan, mengekspresikan kebutuhan nyata masyarakat. Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan manajemen perubahan dalam reformasi birokrasi dengan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk pengembangan sistem informasi yang berdampak tercapainya efisiensi dan efektivitas manajemen pemerintah daerah.]]>

<![CDATA[Efektifitas pengelolaan kewirausahaan ditentukan oleh beberapa aspek berhasil atau tidaknya suatu usaha yang dijalankan, yaitu aspek modal, pengelolaan, dan pemasaran. Profit suatu usaha bergantung pada strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh wirausahawan. Di era globalisasi ini, salah satu strategi pemasaran yang sangat efektif dilakukan adalah penggunaan infrastruktur digital dalam hal ini digital marketing melalui jejaring sosial. Namun penggunaan jejaring sosial seyogyanya didukung dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh wirausahawan yang disebut dengan kognitif personal. Sinergitas antara kognitif personal wirausahawan dan pemanfaatan digital marketing berimplikasi terhadap kinerja suatu bisnis. Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan efektifitas pengelolaan usaha melalui penggunaan infrastruktur digital berbasis kognitif personal seorang wirausahawan. <![CDATA[The influence of globalization and economic growth in business activities, the existence of buying and selling rules is a new paradigm for the implementation of the law in Indonesia. In business activities, it is never separated from the problem of an agreement. Actually, buying and selling agreements can be made online that are made on the basis of mutual trust. But the fact is that if a problem occurs in the future, we cannot do much to solve is related to the problem of the agreement that has been done before. This research was conducted in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi Province. This study uses a normative approach combined with a sociological approach to see the reality in the field. The research informants consisted of 10 online traders and 10 consumers, data collection techniques used questionnaire and interview systems. Based on the results of research on the effectiveness of buying and selling agreements by online traders in Bone Regency, they are considered effective. <![CDATA[This research was conducted to determine the application of social entrepreneurship; this will be one solution to revive the country's economy, especially the business sector, which has had a huge impact due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The number of informants in this study was 10 mothers who received assistance from the Family Hope Program (PKH). The data in this study were obtained from the results of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study describe the existence of social entrepreneurs that were carried out on PKH beneficiary mothers who have given positive results to revive business groups in Indonesia which have an impact on COVID-19, especially which will contribute to the surrounding community for transformation by seeing business opportunities carried out with a social spirit in this era of COVID-19. <![CDATA[A country can be called upholding the values of democracy if, in that country, there is a guarantee in freedom of thought and opinion. And, of all of that, one of them was realized by the existence of elections. As a country that adheres to the principle of democracy, it is important for Indonesians to have a process for selecting people to fill certain political positions. 2019 Election becomes a new chapter for Indonesia in holding general elections, more than 187 million voters both domestically and abroad for the first time will elect simultaneously legislative and vice-presidential candidates. This study illustrates political reform in elections in Indonesia, In the 2019 Election, the competition of political parties to qualify for the House of Representatives was increasingly difficult. The parliamentary threshold that must be achieved by political parties to place their cadres in the House of Representatives rose to 4 percent in the 2019 Election. That number rose 0.5 percent compared to the 2014 legislative elections of 3.5 percent.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify the implementation of bureaucratic reforms, as well as to offer several solutions for the improvement of licensing administration services. This study used a qualitative approach with the type of instrumental case study research. The location of the research was conducted at Integrated Licensing Service Agency (BP2T) in Kabupaten Bone.Teknik data collection used, namely: in-depth interviews, document studies and observation. Data are analyzed through data reduction stages, data presentation, conclusion and verification. The results showed that the implementation of bureaucratic reform in the administration of licensing services, from the Institutional aspect that the licensing service of Bone Regency has been in the form of One Stop Service; Human Resources aspects that the existing employee qualifications are not in accordance with organizational needs, discipline and responsibilities of employees is still relatively low; aspects of the System and Procedures that generally permits are completed beyond the prescribed timeframe, the existence of discrimination and inconsistency. Through this research, verification of several concepts and theories, namely formalism as one of the characteristics of prismatic society proposed by Fred W Riggs on justified in this study, which in the phenomenon the author calls it by the term "Regulation of the Tongue.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the inherent duality in poverty policy, analyzing the discrepancy between the goals established by policies and the actual outcomes of their execution. The study employs an analytical methodology to examine diverse poverty programs implemented in various countries, emphasizing their accomplishments and shortcomings. The paper begins by providing an overview of the historical development of poverty policy and elucidating how economic and social perspectives have influenced strategies for poverty management. The study subsequently explores the implementation of these rules, encompassing the frequently encountered issues and obstacles. Emphasis is placed on examining case studies that demonstrate effective poverty reduction measures and cases when expectations were not fulfilled. Using data and case studies, the paper examines the crucial aspects that impact the efficacy of poverty initiatives, including the political framework, economic resources, and community participation. In addition, the topic encompasses the influence of technology and innovation on developing more flexible and receptive poverty policies. Ultimately, the study thoroughly examines the interplay between theory and practice in poverty policy. This indicates that a more all-encompassing and inclusive strategy may be required to tackle poverty concerns effectively. Hence, the article's objective is to offer valuable perspectives for policymakers, practitioners, and academics concerned with addressing poverty in a constantly evolving global environment.]]>

<![CDATA[This research scrutinizes the array of strategies deployed in managing waste banks across Indonesia, highlighting the nation's efforts to tackle the growing challenge of waste management. By analyzing data from existing literature and documentary sources, the study aims to understand how waste banks operate within the Indonesian context thoroughly. It reveals that the success of these waste banks varies significantly across different regions, pointing to a complex interplay of factors influencing their effectiveness. The findings of this research are particularly revealing, uncovering three main factors that influence the effectiveness of waste bank management: the availability of human and financial resources, the quality of organizational communication, and the organization's overall structure. These factors are crucial in determining how well waste banks function. Regions with adequate resources and efficient communication channels better manage waste effectively.]]>
