Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor PLN Kota Metro-Lampung. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan alat bantu aplikasi JASP 0.18.3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi finansial dengan kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,266 yang berarti jika ada peningkatan sebesar 1% dalam kompensasi finansial, maka akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sebesar 26,6%. Nilai R2 sebesar 0,366 atau 36,6% menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi finansial memiliki korelasi yang baik dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan, kompensasi finansial berperan sebagai variabel prediktor positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor PLN Kota Metro-Lampung.

Abstract

Work discipline is a reflection of good human resources and is able to encourage the development of the agency or company it manages, so in this study the researcher examines the work discipline of employees at PT. Cipta Niaga Semesta (Mayora Group) in Central Lampung. The aim of this research is to examine both partially and simultaneously the relationship between work motivation and employee performance regarding work discipline. The design of this research uses a quantitative method that is refined with selected indicators that are described by the researcher into a questionnaire that is distributed to 50 representative employees based on formula calculations and sampling techniques using Stratified Random Sampling. And data analysis techniques use instrument validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression tests with decisions using partial t, simultaneous f test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research prove that work motivation and employee performance can form the basis for strong work discipline in an organization. Organizations that motivate employees, provide recognition for good performance, and support skill development can create a positive work environment that fosters work discipline. On the other hand, employees who are motivated and have good performance tend to be more disciplined in carrying out their duties efficiently.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the most appropriate marketing strategy for Budi Utomo 1 Way Jepara East Lampung Vocational School between market development strategy (MDS), product development strategy (PDS), brand image strategy (BIS), and market penetration strategy (MPS) using the approach Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection in this research was interviews, observation, and document study. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research show that Budi Utomo 1 Way Jepara Vocational School has implemented a fairly good educational marketing strategy, several programs and services offered can attract the tastes and interests of the community, promotional activities carried out by the school are running quite well and are managed centrally by the foundation and assisted by the headmaster. Based on AHP on the 4 marketing components at Budi Utomo 1 Way Jepara Vocational School, it was found that the best factor component for improving marketing was school accreditation with a priority vector value of 0.35. The best actor component for improving marketing is students with a priority vector value of 0.36. The best objective component for improving marketing is producing quality graduates with a priority vector value of 0.33. The best alternative strategy component to improve marketing at Budi Utomo 1 Way Jepara Vocational School is Product Development Strategy (PDS) with a priority vector value of 0.37.

Abstract

This study aims to test and determine the impact of products, price influence, location influence, promotion influence, on the purchase decision of NASA products at Stockist Unit 2 Tulang Bawang Regency. The approach used in this research is a type of quantitative research, the data used in this research is secondary and obtained from a questionnaire or questionnaire distributed to consumers of NASA products at Stockist Nasa Unit 2 Tulang Bawang Regency. The sample was selected by giving questionnaires to people who were met and obtained 100 consumers as a research sample and then measured using a Likert scale. The data was processed using SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are (1) Products have no impact on purchasing decisions, (2) Price has an effect on purchasing decisions, (3) location has no effect on purchasing decisions, (4) product promotion has an impact on purchasing decisions, (5) the results of the study show that product, price, location, and promotion simultaneously affect purchasing decisions for nasa products at stockiest nasa Tulang Bawang Regency
