Abstract

The aim of implementing integrated real work courses (KKNT) is to provide experience for students, broaden their horizons, improve their skills, independence, responsibility, ability to solve problems in society and be able to practice the tri dharma of higher education. The methods used are observation, interviews and documentation methods. This KKNT activity is carried out for approximately 4 months, during which time it is hoped that students will be able to mingle with the community and be able to harmonize what they have received in college with what is happening in the field. In this KKNT, many programs have been successfully completed, including making rubbish bins, making boundaries and mosque name boards, community service, planting trees and so on.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media kinetic sand terhadap perkebangan motorik halus anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Bhayangkari 06 Salido. Media kinetic sand adalah media yang bersifat lembut, bersih, berwarna, lebih aman dan praktis bagi anak, dengan menggunakan media kinetic sand dapat meningkatkan kemampuan otot-otot kecil pada anak seperti keterampilan jari-jemari anak, mengepal, menggenggam, menekan, meremas dan menghimpit. Kegiatan konvensional yang dilakukan di Taman Kanak-kanak Bhayangkari 06 Salido seperti menulis, mewarnai, menempel, menggunting, menebalkan huruf dan menggunakan media plastisin, pensil, pensil warna selain itu belum ada menggunakan media kinetic sand dalam mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus pada anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang berbentuk Quasi Eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh murid Taman Kanak-kanak Bhayangkari 06 Salido, dan teknik pengambilan sampelnya Purposive Sampling, yaitu kelas B1dan B2 masing-masingnya berjumlah 10 orang anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes perbuatan, berupa pernyataan sebanyak 5 butir pernyataan dan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis alat pengumpulan data digunakan lembaran pernyataan. Kemudian data di olah dengan uji perbedaan (t-test) menggunakan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistic Data Editor.Hasil darii penelitian terlihat  bahwa varians data N-Gain untuk kelas eksperimen dalam menggunakan media kinetic sand dan kelas kontrol media plastisin adalah sama atau homogeny. Kemudian berdasarkan tabel di atas diketahui nilai sig (2-tailed) adalah sebesar 0,028<0,05. Maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara perkembangan motorik halus anak di kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, sehingga menunjukan penggunaan media kinetic sand sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan motorik halus anak.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada tahun 2023, Ketua Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI) menyatakan bahwa estimasi jumlah orang tua yang mendapatkan edukasi parenting di Indonesia hanya 23%. Selain berkontribusi terhadap kecemasan orang tua, kurangnya edukasi parenting juga dapat berdampak pada tumbuh kembang anak di masa depan. Kurangnya pengetahuan dalam pengasuhan anak berpotensi menyebabkan anak tumbuh kembang tidak sesuai harapan. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang pengasuhan anak dan menilai tumbuh kembang balita di Desa Sungai Batang Ilir. Metode pelaksanaan adalah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, memberikan edukasi dan skrining tumbuh kembang balita dengan tahapan pelaksanaan yang terdiri dari persiapan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini adalah 14 orang ibu yang memiliki balita. Kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu balita, dan pada skrining tumbuh kembang anak ditemukan 8 anak dengan status tumbuh kembang sesuai, sedangkan 5 anak lainnya berada pada kategori ragu-ragu. Kegiatan psikoedukasi ini dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pola asuh, dan diharapkan untuk kedepannya dapat dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan dan disertai dengan kegiatan skrining secara berkala untuk menilai luaran kegiatan jangka panjang. Kata Kunci: Pengasuhan, Psikoedukasi, Anxiety, Growth, Skrining Tumbuh Kembang  ABSTRACT In 2023, the chairman of the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) stated that the estimated number of parents receiving parenting education in Indonesia was only 23%. In addition to contributing to parental anxiety, a lack of parenting education can also impact a child's future development. Lack of knowledge in parenting can potentially cause a child to grow up not as expected. The purpose of this community service was to improve mothers' parenting knowledge and assess toddler development in Sungai Batang Ilir Village. The implementation method was a community service activity, providing education and toddler development screening with implementation stages consisting of preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The number of participants who participated in this activity was 14 mothers with toddlers. The results of the activity showed an increase in knowledge of toddler mothers, and the child development screening found 8 children with appropriate developmental status, while 5 others were in the doubtful category. This psychoeducational activity is considered effective in increasing knowledge about parenting, and it is hoped that in the future it will be carried out continuously and accompanied by regular screening activities to assess long-term activity outcomes Keywords: Parenting, Psychoeducation, Anxiety, Growth and Development Screening

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of employee performance on job satisfaction of Raja Ampat Regency Transportation Service employees. The methods used are observation and literature study. This Field Experience Program (PPL) was carried out for two months, namely from 09 October to 09 December 2023. At that time we were assigned to the personnel section which had the task of managing all administration and documents for employees working at the Raja Regency Transportation Service Ampat. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that employee performance in the Transportation Service can have a significant impact on the success of the organization's mission

Abstract

Background: Anemia in adolescent girls is a global and national public health problem that is receiving increasing attention due to the high nutritional needs during growth and iron loss during menstruation. Preliminary data from wetland areas, particularly in Sungai Alang Village, Banjar Regency, shows a prevalence of anemia of 23.54%. This study aims to analyze risk factors associated with anemia in adolescent girls, including age, education level, nutritional knowledge, dietary behavior, and nutritional status based on Mid-Upper Arm Circumference (MUAC) and Body Mass Index (BMI). Method: This study used an observational analytical design with a cross-sectional approach in 50 adolescent girls aged 12–24 years selected through purposive sampling. Data were obtained through questionnaires and hemoglobin level measurements using an Hb meter. Analysis was performed using Spearman's rho correlation test and multivariate linear regression. Result: The results showed a prevalence of anemia of 34%, exceeding the threshold for a moderate public health problem according to the WHO. Bivariate analysis found a significant negative correlation between age and Hb levels (r=-0.405; p=0.004) and a significant positive correlation between MUAC and Hb levels (r=0.373; p=0.008). Meanwhile, knowledge, BMI, and dietary behavior did not show a significant correlation. Multivariate analysis identified age (β=-0.459; p=0.000), MUAC (β=0.599; p=0.000), and BMI (β=-0.354; p=0.033) as significant independent predictors. Conclusion: The results confirmed that anemia in adolescent girls is influenced by physiological factors and anthropometric status, while knowledge and dietary behavior do not play a direct role. Therefore, preventive interventions need to be carried out holistically through supplementation, targeted nutrition education, and other supporting health programs.
