Abstract

Background: Menstruation is bleeding that comes out of the vagina periodically and cyclically in the corpus uteri accompanied by progestational endometrial desquamation as a sign of the process of maturity of the reproductive organs and fertility in women. Not all women have normal periods. Menstrual disorders are one of the gynecological problems affecting women of childbearing age with a global prevalence of 30-70%. In Indonesia, as many as 13.7% of 68% of women experience irregular menstruation, and 30% of women experience changes in menstrual patterns. The increasing prevalence of gadget use globally with a high level of mass media exposure results in disruption of menstruation supported by various factors. Aim: Identify and measure the influence of gadgets on menstrual disorders. Method: Probability proportional to size sampling through the provision of questionnaires with certain criteria to all female students of the class of 2020, then from 200 samples, research subjects who met the inclusion criteria were obtained as many as 134 people. Results: The highest duration of gadget use is 9-16 hours / day (weight) while menstrual symptoms (p = 0.876), length of menstrual days (p = 0.891), menstrual rhythm (p = 0.849), and menstrual distance to the next period (p = 0.651) so there is no significant relationship between the use of gadgets and the menstruation of female students. Conclusion: There was no significant relationship between the duration of gadget use and the menstruation of female students.

Abstract

This study discusses the understanding of the traditional philosophy of "adat besandi syarak, syarak besandi kitabullah" in the community of Kampung Sakti Rantau Batuah, Mukomuko City District, Mukomuko Regency, Bengkulu Province. Aims to know and understand the Philosophical Values of Islamic Education "Adat Bersendi Syarak, Syarak Bersendi Kitabullah" in Kampung Sakti Rantau Batuah. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Data were obtained using semi-structured interview methods related to indigenous philosophies and implications of Islamic Education philosophy. The informants of this study consisted of traditional leaders, religious leaders, community leaders, and tribal leaders. The informant technique was carried out using a purposive sampling technique conducted by the head of the BMA (Customary Consultative Board) of Mukomuko district. The results of the study found that the philosophy of adat besandi syarak, syarak besandi kitabuallah, has two meanings, namely: first, adat bersandi syarak means customs that are by Islamic sharia and do not contradict the teachings of Islam, Sharak besandi Kitabullah means sharia sourced from kitabullah (Quran and hadith). Among the existing educational philosophy, values including Honesty and a clean heart are the characteristics of the leadership of Rasulullah SAW. This is the same hope desired by the Mukomuko Community in the leadership in the Mukomuko area. The higher a person's degree, the more burdens and responsibilities he will face. He needs patience and should not be arrogant. Every Mukomuko community is a brother who is attached, and a strong brotherhood symbolizes kinship, and strong kinship is evidenced by the brotherhood between indigenous people who are bound together.

Abstract

This article aims to find out how the existence of alkhairat media and its role as a da'wah communication channel in the city of Palu. This study used qualitative research methods. The type of data to be collected in this study consists of primary data and secondary data. The primary data in this study were in the form of words or verbal utterances and the behavior of the subject or research informant related to the Alkhairat Media in the city of Palu. The primary data of this study were sourced from informants who were directly related and knew clearly about the problems studied, namely the editors of the Media Alkhairat daily newspaper, Palu City and stakeholders in the city of Palu. While secondary data is data sourced from documents in the form of notes, reports and other forms of documents. Data collection techniques in this study using observation and interview techniques. data analysis techniques using data reduction techniques, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study indicate that the existence of alkhairaat media as a propaganda channel in the city of Palu has the main characteristics, namely; Editorial guide policy Prioritizing local content enriched with regional content, national content, international content, Da'wah content that is more inclusive, tolerant, washatiyah and moderate, has a vision for alkhairaatan as a means of education and empowerment of the community and has a semi-Republican style, meaning mainstream content, but cannot be separated from the corridor of Islamic values. The role of Media Alkhairaat as a propaganda channel in the city of Palu is as a communicator, motivator, reference source and public education.
