Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan hurdle jump untuk meningkatkan kemampuan blocking dalam permainan bola boli pada klub ALVC di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan metode “the one group pre-test post-test”. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 35 orang dan yang digunakan sebagai sample penelitian ialah 25 orang. Teknik pengambilan data ialah tes kemampuan blocking bola voli. Dari data yang diperoleh nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 23,6 dan nilai rata-rata post-test sebesar 27,08 dengan selisih 3,48. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa selisih mean antara pre-test dan post-test siswa setelah mengikuti program latihan selama 16 kali pertemuan menunjukan presentase peningkatan 14,74% terhadap kemampuan blocking. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai thitung=1,722 > ttabel=1,711. Berdasarkan uji statistik dengan α=(0,05) dimana hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada latihan Hurdle jump tehadap kemampuan blocking permainan bola voli klub ALVC Bengkulu Utara. Kata Kunci: Blocking, Bola Voli, Hurdle Jump, Kemampuan.   ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of hurdle jump training methods to improve blocking ability in boli ball games at the ALVC club in North Bengkulu Regency. Quantative is the type of research used by this research with a quasi- experimental research design with the method "the one group pretest posttest". The study population was 35 people and the study sample was 25 people. The data retrieval technique is a test of volleyball block ability. From the data obtained, the average pre-test score was 23.6 and the average post-test score was27.08 with a difference of 3.48. The results of this study showed that the mean difference between pre-test and post-test students after participating in the exercise program for 16 meetings showed a percentage increase of 14.74% in blocking ability. Based on the results of the study, the value of tcalculate = 1.722>ttable = 1.711. Based on the results of the study, the value of tcalculate = 1.722> ttable = 1.711. Based on statistical tests with α = (0.05) which shows that there is a significant influence of Hurdle jump training on blocking ability in the volleyball game of the ALVC North Bengkulu club. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan motorik kasar anak-anak SLB Negeri 4 Kota Bengkulu penyandang tunagrahita ringan. Memanfaatkan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dalam penyelidikan ini. 31 sampel siswa dari SLB Negeri 4 Kota Bengkulu kelas V dan VI dengan populasi 72 yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Tes melibatkan berlari 40 meter, melempar bola sejauh yang Anda bisa, melompat dari balok 15 cm, lompat jauh tanpa awalan, dan berdiri selama 10 detik dengan satu kaki.. Hasil dalam penelitian ini ialah 31 anak tunagrahita ringan kelas V dan VI. menunjukkan bagaimana anak-anak dengan disabilitas intelektual berbeda dari anak-anak yang biasanya berkembang dalam keterampilan motorik kasar mereka sebesar 3% (1 siswa) memiliki keterampilan motorik kasar yang sangat tinggi, 26% (8 siswa) memiliki keterampilan motorik kasar yang tinggi, 42% (13 siswa) memiliki keterampilan motorik kasar sedang, dan 23% (7 siswa) memiliki keterampilan motorik kasar rendah, dan 6% (2 siswa) memiliki keterampilan motorik kasar yang sangat rendah. Kata Kunci :Anak, Kemampuan Motorik, Tunagrahita Ringan ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to evaluate the gross motor skills of children of SLB Negeri 4 Kota Bengkulu with mild intellectual impairment. Utilizing quantitative descriptive research in this investigation. 31 samples of students from SLB Negeri 4 Bengkulu City's grades V and VI made up the population of 72 used in this study. The tests involve sprinting 40 meters, tossing the ball as far as you can, jumping from a 15 cm beam, a long jump without a prefix, and standing for 10 seconds on one leg. demonstrates how children with intellectual disabilities differ from typically developing children in their gross motor skills by 3% (1 student) having very high gross motor skills, 26% (8 students) having high gross motor skills, 42% (13 students) having medium gross motor skills, and 23% (7 students) having low gross motor skills, and 6% (2 students) having very low gross motor skills. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perangkat Pembelajaran Guru PJOK SMP Negeri di Kepahiang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitataif. Metode penelitiannya yaitu menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala atau wakil Kepala sekolah SMP Negeri di Kepahiang. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, display data, kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil dari Penelitian ini didapat bahwa RPP Guru PJOK SMP Negeri di Kepahiang berada pada kategori “Baik Sekali” dengan persentase sebanyak 92%. LKPD Guru PJOK SMP Negeri di Kepahiang berada pada kategori “Cukup” dengan persentase sebanyak 60%. Bahan ajar Guru PJOK SMP Negeri di Kepahiang berada pada kategori “Baik” dengan persentase sebanyak 78%. Penilaian Pembelajaran guru PJOK SMP Negeri di Kepahiang berada pada kategori “Baik Sekali” dengan persentase 94%.dan Keseluruhan Komponen Perangkat Pembelajaran Guru PJOK SMPN di Kepahiang berada pada kategori “Baik Sekali” dengan persentase sebanyak 83%. Kata kunci : Guru, Perangkat Pembelajaran, PJOK. Abstract This research aims to determine the Learning Tools for State Middle School PJOK Teachers in Kepahiang. The type of research used is qualitative research. The research method is using a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects were the principals or deputy principals of state junior high schools in Kepahiang. Using observation, questionnaire and documentation data collection techniques. Data analysis used in this research is data reduction, data display, conclusions/verification. The results of this research showed that the RPP for Public Middle School PJOK Teachers in Kepahiang was in the "Very Good" category with a percentage of 92%. The LKPD for State Middle School PJOK Teachers in Kepahiang is in the "Enough" category with a percentage of 60%. The for teaching materials for Public Middle School PJOK teachers in Kepahiang is in the "Good" category with a percentage of 78%. The Learning Assessment for State Middle School PJOK teachers in Kepahiang are in the "Very Good" category with a percentage of 94%. And the for Overall Components of Learning Tools for State Middle School PJOK Teachers in Kepahiang are in the "Very Good" category with a percentage of 83%. Keywords: PJOK ,Learning Tools, Teachers.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kekuatan otot lengan dan otot perut terhadap kemampuan gulungan pinngang atlet gulat Provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan tes untuk mengetahui kekuatan otot lengan, otot perut, dan kemampuan gulungan pinggang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Atlet gulat Provinsi Bengkulu yang berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik analisis data melalui uji prasyarat normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan linearitas yang kemudian dilakukan uji korelasi product moment dan korelasi ganda. Hasil uji korelasi product moment diperoleh nilai korelasi antara kekuatan otot lengan (X1) dengan kemampuan gulungan pinggang (Y) sebesar 0,552 atau kategori cukup kuat dan korelasi antara kekuatan otot perut (X2) dengan kemampuan gulungan pinggang (Y) sebesar 0,637 atau kategori kuat. Dan untuk hasil uji korelasi ganda diperoleh nilai sig. f change 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yaitu ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot perut terhadap kemampuan gulungan pinggang atlet gulat Provinsi Bengkulu. Dari hasil uji korelasi juga diperoleh nilai R sebesar 0,686 atau nilai keeratan hubungan pada kategori Kuat. Abstract The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between arm muscle strength and abdominal muscle strength on the rolling ability of wrestling athletes in Bengkulu Province. This study used tests to determine the strength of the arm muscles, abdominal muscles and waist rolling ability. The sample in this study was 30 Bengkulu Province wrestling athletes. The data analysis technique uses the Kolmogorov-Smirnovnormality and linearity prerequisite tests, which are then carried out by product moment correlation and multiple correlation tests. The results of the product moment correlation test showed that the correlation value between arm muscle strength (X1) and waist rolling ability (Y) was 0.552 or quite strong category and the correlation between abdominal muscle strength (X2) and waist rolling ability (Y) was 0.637 or strong category. And for the results of the multiple correlation test, the sig value is obtained. f change 0.000 < 0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, that is, there is a significant relationship between arm muscle strength and abdominal muscle strength on the waistrolling ability of wrestling athletes in Bengkulu Province. From the results of the correlation test, an R value of 0.686 or a value for the closeness of the relationship in the Strong category was also obtained.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan variasi zig-zag dengan metode bermain terhadap kelincahan pada siswaektrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri 2 Bengkulu Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa yang mengikuti ektrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri 2 Bengkulu Utara berjumlah 40 siswa. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one-grouppretest-posttest. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan tersebut adalah random sampling. Dengan demikian jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 30 siswa ektrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri 2 Bengkulu Utara. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu latihan variasi zig-zag dengan metode bermain. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan metode tes secara langsung yaitu menggunakan tes Illionis Agility Run sebanyak 2 kali kesempatan. Uji persyarat statistik memenuhi syarat homogen dan data berdistribusi normal berdasarkan hitungan statistik didapat hasil dari data T hitung = 6,58 > T tabel = 2.045 dengan taraf α = 0,05 jika dibandingkan maka ha diterima. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh antara latihan variasi zig-zag dengan metode bermain terhadap kelincahan menggiring bolapada pemain ektrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri 2 Bengkulu Utara, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan variasi zig-zag dengan metode bermain mempengaruhi peningkatan kelincahan menggiring bola pada tes Illionis Agility Run dan dapat dijadikan metode latihan untuk meningkatkan prestasi siswa. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of zig-zag variations of training using the playing method on agility in futsal extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 2 North Bengkulu. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were 40 students who took part in extracurricular futsal at SMA Negeri 2 Bengkulu Utara. The research design used was one-group pretest-posttest. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Thus, the number of samples in this study was 30 futsal extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 2 North Bengkulu. The treatment given is a zig-zag variation exercise using the playing method. The data collection technique in this research was a direct test method, namely using the Illinois Agility Run test on 2 occasions. The statistical requirements test meets the homogeneous requirements and the data is normally distributed. Based on statistical calculations, the results obtained from the data are T count = 6.58 > T table = 2,045 with a level of α = 0.05. If compared, ha is accepted. The results of this study show that there is an influence between zig-zag variation training and the playing method on ball dribbling agility in futsal extracurricular players at SMA Negeri 2 North Bengkulu, so it can be concluded that zig-zag variation training with the playing method influences increasing ball dribbling agility in the Illinois test. Agility Run and can be used as a training method to improve student achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dengan menggunakan metode Variasi Pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran PJOK dapat meningkatkan gerak dasar passing atas siswa kelas X.A. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek dalam penelitin ini adalah 30 siswa dan siswi kelas X.A di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 01 Rejang Lebong. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, dimana pada setiap siklus memiliki 4 tahapan yaitu : (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) pengamatan, (4) refleksi. Adapun hasil pengamatan terhadap proses belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan metode variasi pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran PJOK pada kegiatan awal yaitu pra siklus memperoleh rata-rata 42%, sedangkan siklus I memperoleh rata-rata 64%, dan siklus II memperoleh rata-rata 84%. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya dengan menggunakan metode variasi pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran PJOK dapat meningkatkan gerak dasar passing atas peserta didik. Abstract This research aims to find out whether using the learning variation method in PJOK learning can improve the basic passing movements of class X students. In this research the researcher used the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method. The subjects inthis research were 30 students in class X.A at MAN 01 Curup City. This research was carried out in 2 cycles, where each cycle had 4stages, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, (4) reflection. The results of observations on the teaching and learning process using the learning variation method in PJOK learning in the initial activities, namely the pre-cycle obtained an average of 42%, while the first cycle obtained an average of 64%, and the second cycle obtained an average of 84%. Based on theresults of this research, it can be concluded that using varied learning methods in PJOK learning can improve students' basic passing movements.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran fisik siswa di SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu Selatan. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif adalah proses pencarian pengetahuan dengan data. Penelitian ini mencakup semua siswa di SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu Selatan, yang berjumlah 805 siswa. Dalam penelitian ini, jumlah sampel adalah 20 orang, 10 laki-laki dan 10 perempuan, karena metode sampel rekomendasi digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen TKJI, yang terdiri dari lari 60 meter, angkat tubuh (60 detik pa), baring duduk 60 detik, loncat tegak, dan tes jarak jauh (1.200 m pa dan 1.000 m pi). Hasil tes kebugaran jasmani dari lima item di SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu Selatan, yaitu keterampilan lari 60 meter, diklasifikasikan sebagai berikut: pada laki-laki, kurang 10% (1 peserta didik), sedang 30% (3 peserta didik), dan baik 60 (6 peserta didik). Pada perempuan, kurang 20% (2 peserta didik), sedang 60% (6 peserta didik), dan baik 20% (2 peserta didik). Tes Loncat Tegak pada laki-laki kurang dari 10% (1 peserta didik), kurang dari 40% (4 peserta didik), dan kurang dari 50% (5 peserta didik). Tes Lari 1.200 Meter pada laki-laki kurang dari 30% (3 peserta didik), kurang dari 40% (4 peserta didik), dan kurang dari 50% (5 peserta didik). Pada perempuan kurang dari 40% (4 peserta didik). tes TKJI yang mencakup lima item menunjukkan bahwa dua belas siswa dan siswi, atau 60%, lebih kebugaran jasmani setelah melakukannya. Abstract This study is to find out the level of physical fitness of students at SMA Negeri 7 South Bengkulu. Quantitative descriptiveresearch is the process of searching for knowledge with data. This study included all students at SMA Negeri 7 South Bengkulu,which totaled 805 students. In this study, the number of samples was 20 people, 10 men and 10 women, because the recommendedsample method was used. The five-item TKJI test showed that twelve students, or 60%, weremore physically fit after doing so.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kondisi fisik atlet pelajar kelas olahraga SMP N 2 Kota Bengkulu dan SMP N 18 Kota Bengkulu. Kondisi fisik dibatasi pada otot lengan, otot perut, otot kaki, daya tahan, kecepatan, power, kelentukan, dan kelincahan. Jenis penelitin ini yaitu deskriptif komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet pelajar kelas olahraga SMP N 2 Kota Bengkulu dan SMP N 18 Kota Bengkulu. Instrument dalam penelitian ini yaitu (Push Up), (Sit Up), (Standing Board Jump), (MFT), (Sprint 30 m), (Vertical Jump), (Sit & Reach), dan (Illinois Run Test) sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 siswa maka teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji t taraf signifikansi 5%. dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan kondisi fisik atlet pelajar kelas olahraga SMP N 2 Kota Bengkulu dan SMP N 18 Kota Bengkulu” diterima. Selisih kondisi fisik atlet pelajar kelas olahraga SMP N 2 Kota Bengkulu dan SMP N 2 Kota Bengkulu sebesar 0,88. Artinya bahwa kondisi fisik atlet pelajar kelas olahraga SMP N 2 Kota Bengkulu lebih baik dari pada kondisi fisik atlet pelajar kelas olahraga SMP N 18 Kota Bengkulu. The population in this study were student athletes in sports classes at SMP N 2 Bengkulu City and SMP N 18 Bengkulu City. The instruments in this research are (Push Up), (Sit Up), (Standing Board Jump), (MFT), (30 m Sprint), (Vertical Jump), (Sit & Reach), and (Illinois Run Test) samples in This research consisted of 120 students, so the sampling technique used in this research was total sampling. Data analysis used a t test with a significance level of 5%. "It can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the physical condition of student athletes in the sports class at SMP N 2 Bengkulu City and SMP N 18 Bengkulu City." The difference in the physical condition of sports class student athletes at SMP N 2 Bengkulu City and SMP N 2 Bengkulu City is 0.88. This means that the physical condition of student athletes in the sports class at SMP N 2 Bengkulu City is better than the physical condition of student athletes in the sports class at SMP N 18 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The Class II Bengkulu Juvenile Correctional Facility is the only rehabilitation center in Bengkulu Province that provides guidance and development for children and adolescents who have committed criminal offenses. The institution focuses on character building and equipping its residents with skills that can be utilized after their release. Therefore, this community service activity aims to develop English literacy among the children at this facility. As an international language, English literacy is considered essential for these children, as it provides them with the opportunity to acquire foreign language skills—specifically English—which they may have missed or been unable to complete during their formal education. Consequently, the children are expected to gain foreign language competence and the ability to communicate in English. Moreover, English proficiency can open up future job opportunities once they have completed their rehabilitation period. The implementation of this community service activity involved several strategies, including structured classes, interactive learning, and the introduction of digital literacy. The program was attended by 20 resident children. The learning materials provided were still at a very basic level, such as the English alphabet, self-introduction, and identification of everyday objects and daily activities. Overall, this community service activity showed significant results, as indicated by improvements in participants’ English competence based on post-test scores. Thus, it can be concluded that the activity has made a positive contribution and provided tangible benefits for the children at the Class II Bengkulu Juvenile Correctional Facility.

Abstract

Background: This study aims to determine the effect of Interval Training on VO₂Max ability in pencak silat athletes fostered by Al-Azhar Martial Arts Bengkulu Branch. Improving VO₂Max is essential for achieving optimal performance, especially in endurance-demanding martial arts such as pencak silat. Methods: This research employed a pre-experimental design with one group pretest–posttest. The population consisted of pencak silat athletes fostered by the Al-Azhar Martial Arts Bengkulu Branch, and 26 pre-teen athletes were selected as the sample. Data were collected using the Multistage Fitness Test. Statistical analysis included normality test, homogeneity test, and paired t-test. Result: The findings revealed that the calculated t-value (11.38) was greater than the t-table value (1.708) at a significance level of α = 0.05, indicating a significant effect. After 16 training sessions, the VO₂Max of athletes increased by 22.58%. Conclusion: Interval Training significantly improves VO₂Max ability in pencak silat athletes fostered by Al-Azhar Martial Arts Bengkulu Branch. Therefore, interval training can be considered an effective program to enhance aerobic endurance and support athletic performance in pencak silat.
