Abstract

Background: Dysmenorrhea is a phenomenon that often occurs in young girls when menstruation. Non pharmacological therapies that are usedninclude acupressure and hypnotherapy techniques. Objective: To determine differences acupressure techniques and techniques hipnoerapi in dysmenorrhea in adolescent in SMK Muhammadiyah Salaman. Methods: The study is a Rancanga quasy Experiment with the design of the study two group pre post test design, which consists of two intervention groups, one group was given acupressure intervention and the intervention group was given hypnotherapy. Results: The results of acupressure group Wilcoxon test showed that the value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05) and in the hypnotherapy group showed that the value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05), so disimpulakan H0 rejected and Ha is accepted that there is a difference significant between before and after the act of acupressure and hypnotherapy. The second difference is marked by the results rereta techniques decrease in pain in the acupressure group mean value is $ 1.47 less than the decrease in pain in the hypnotherapy group mean value is 2.42 with a significant p value = 0.014 (p <0.05). Conclusion: Hypnotherapy techniques are more effective compared with acupressure technique in dysmenorrhea. Suggestion: With the results of this study are expected adolescent girl can do acupressure techniques and hypnotherapy in dysmenorrhea

Abstract

Education at the elementary school level should carried out within a school scope and environment that provides a sense of security, calm and fun for each student. Various things that can cause the scope of learning in elementary school to be less enjoyable and feel unsafe are due to bullying towards students. The main aim of this research is to see what impacts bullying behavior has on students. The research show that the impact of bullying behavior covers a fairly broad impact. The impact of bullying is on both the perpetrator of the bullying and the victim of the bullying. Victims of bullying experience feelings of inferiority, difficulty in social relationships and experience a decline in learning outcomes and there are also students whose self-confidence decreases and is afraid when meeting other people. For the perpetrator of bullying, the perpetrator becomes a person not have empathy and can become arrogant towards friends or other people if it is not addressed immediately; (2) the factors that cause bullying consist of various factors including: family, peer and environmental factors as well as gadget factors.

Abstract

Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia yang terdiri dari berbagai pulau ini memiliki hutan yang begitu luas, hutan yang luas ini juga terdapat di Pulau Kalimantan khususnya di wilayah Kalimantan Timur.  Pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Kawasan Hutan dengan Tujuan Khusus Samboja (KHDTK Samboja) pada tanggal 11 Desember 2024. Pengabdian masyarakat dengan kunjungan langsung ke KHDTK Samboja dengan metode diskusi dengan pengelola KHDTK Samboja. Potensi keanekaragaman hayati di KHDTK Semboja flora dan fauna yang unik yang mewakili hutan hujan tropis dataran rendah kalimantan. Berdasarkan tutupan lahan, kawasan hutan primer dan hutan sekunder dapat digunakan untuk membedakan secara umum keadaan komposisi dan struktur vegetasi di KHDTK Samboja. Hutan sekunder muda dan tua merupakan mayoritas kawasan hutan KHDTK Samboja, dengan sebagian kecil hutan primer terletak di dekat pionir Wartono Kadri. Kami berharap agar KHDTK Samboja tetap lestari dari illegal loging dan kebakaran hutan agar tetap terjaga untuk generasi mendatang sebagai laboratorium lapangan hutan tropis basah Kalimantan

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of the Team Games Tournament learning model as a cooperative learning strategy in teaching negotiation texts to Grade X students at Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational High School Pasuruan. The research was motivated by initial classroom observations indicating low student enthusiasm and passive learning behavior, particularly regarding negotiation texts. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach, involving 33 students. Data were collected through classroom observations, teacher and student questionnaires, and documentation of learning outcomes. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model: data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the Team Games Tournament model significantly increased student engagement, collaboration, and confidence. Approximately 90% of students actively participated in role-play activities and demonstrated improved comprehension of negotiation texts. Teachers also reported enhanced classroom interaction and ease of implementation. The Team Games Tournament model fostered a dynamic, competitive, and cooperative environment, aligning with vocational education's emphasis on practical and interpersonal skills. These results suggest that Team Games Tournament is a viable alternative for promoting active learning in language subjects, particularly in vocational school contexts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of tax avoidance and institutional ownership on stock prices with dividend policy as a moderator in companies operating in the non-cyclical customer sector for the 2019-2023 period partially. The research method uses a quantitative method. With a sample of 127 companies, the objects used are financial reports and annual reports for a period of 5 years. Data analysis uses classical assumption tests, regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis using hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that tax avoidance has no partial effect on stock prices, the results of institutional ownership have no effect on stock prices, while using moderation tax avoidance and dividend policy mutually have no effect on stock prices and institutional ownership with dividend policy together produce significant results partially on stock prices.
