Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar spiritualitas berpengaruh di Islam saat memutuskan membeli makanan halal. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menguji dimensi spiritualitas dalam konteks Islam guna mengidentifikasi pengaruhnya saat memutuskan membeli makanan halal. Berdasarkan penelitian ini membeli makanan halal dipengaruhi oleh spiritualitas dalam konteks Islam. Dampaknya pada industri makanan ini mereka memproduksi berdasarkan kehalalan serta bisa bersaing di pasar global. Citra produk halal dalam konteks Islam sangat penting untuk dipertimbangkan disamping makanan yang dianggap berkualitas oleh konsumen agar bisa di terima di pasar dalam negeri maupun global.  Kata Kunci: Produk Halal, Spiritualitas dalam konteks Islam, Pengambilan keputusan

Abstract

Kajian ini dilaksanakan pada usaha Wedang Rempah MBAH KUNG Pedurungan, Semarang. Kajian tersebut bertujuan dalam rangka mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh Wedang Rempah MBAH KUNG dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan serta tatacara untuk   berhadapan didalam kompetisi bisnis yang setipe. Strategi yang digunakan oleh Wedang Rempah MBAH KUNGialah penggunaan campuran pemasaran 4p berupa product, price, promotion, place.Kajian tersebut memakai metode penelitian kualitatif serta desain penelitiannya yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Didalam penentapan responden, penelitinya memakai metode purposive sampling dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Informan yang dipilih ialah pemilik, 2 karyawan, serta 2 konsumen di Wedang Rempah MBAH KUNG. Metode pengumpulan datanya digunakan lewat wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Teknis analisis datanya dilakukan lewat tehnik triangulasi.Berdasarkan pada hasil kajian tersebut bisa dideteksi dimana strategi pemasarannya memakai   4p ialah product, price, promotion, place, strategi yang dipakai dari pengusahanya telah dijalankan dengan baik. Dimana keempat variabelnya tersebut saling mendukung serta melengkapi, agar bisa melakukan peningkatan terhadap volume penjualannya dari Wedang Rempah MBAH KUNG.

Abstract

The problem in this study is motivated by the decline in customer satisfaction and loyalty which is marked by the decline in sales turnover and from some of the results of the research gap that results in different research results. The purpose of this study is to find out how to improve employee quality to increase customer satisfaction. This study uses qualitative methods, using triangulation of sources with interviews and triangulation of methods namely interviews, observation and documents as evidence. The object of research is Binatu Semarang Laundry. There are 6 informants in this study consisting of owners, employees and customers. From the results of this study indicate that there are still some problems in the quality of Human Resources (HR) such as not obeying procedures. workloads are too heavy, work stress, old or damaged machines and tools that hinder work causing quality problems. This ultimately affects customer satisfaction so there needs to be improvements

Abstract

MSMEs in the Bugangan sub-district area engaged in food processing business, most of them have not been able to make simple financial statements. To facilitate the recording of business transactions, the service team will introduce a Smartphone-based SME Application. Most business actors still lack understanding of SME applications and cannot use them. The purpose of the service activities carried out by the Lecturer Team of the Faculty of Economics, University of Semarang is to introduce Smartphone-based SME Applications and socialize the features of SME Applications and how to use them. The service activity will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023. The implementation of service activities at Balai RW 07 Building Jl. Serayu I, Bugangan Village, East Semarang District.The activity was carried out for one day from 13.00 to 15.00 (1 x 2 hours). Service activities are carried out using lectures, training and discussion/question and answer methods. The work procedure for service activities is carried out through several stages, including the identification stage, preparation stage, implementation stage, monitoring and evaluation stage, reporting and publication stage. The material presented was to introduce the features of the SME Application and how to use it. SME Application features consist of journals, general ledgers, balance sheets, profit and loss, balance sheets, periods, debts, receivables, excel exports and income tax returns. Abstract

This research aim to determine and analyze influence  spiritual motivation, management time and entrepreneurship on independence economy based santripreneurship (study at the LP3iA Narukan Islamic Boarding School). Type research used is method study quantitative with use tool data processing in the form of SPSS version 26.Research use variables bound that is independence economy and 3 variables free that is spiritual motivation , management time And entrepreneurship . Data in study This in the form of primary data with 34 respondents as sample of the 55 populations which are students active in the entrepreneurship unit Islamic boarding school . Retrieval sample use non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling technique.Previously research related the same variable there is gap, then need done study update. Results study This show that spiritual motivation And entrepreneurship own influence positive And significant to independence economy. Meanwhile management time own influence positive However No significant to independence economy.
