Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Islamic work ethic, principal's leadership style, motivation on teacher performance at junior high school teacher. The total of 82 respondents as sample selected using purposive random sampling techniques. Data collection method in this study uses questionnaire and processed by SPSS Statictics 24. Data are analysed by multiple linear regression analysis, goodness of fit test, and coefficient of determination. Determination coefficient shows that teacher performance at junior high school teacher isriati Ngaliyan Semarang is 87,2% affected by Islamic work ethic, principal's leadership style, motivation. The rest 12,8% is explained by other variables outside this study. Then, Islamic work ethic, principal's leadership style, motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at junior high school teacher isriati ngaliyan Semarang either simultaneously or partially. Furthermore, among these three variables, the most dominant effect is Islamic work ethic.

Abstract

Di balik peran besar usaha mikro terdapat tantangan pembangunan, sebagian besar pemilik usaha memiliki peran sebagai pemilik usaha dan bertanggung jawab penuh atas proses pengambilan keputusan, sehingga diharapkan sejumlah besar usaha mikro dapat beroperasi dengan baik. Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah dituntut untuk melakukan proses produksi dengan produktif dan efisien, serta dapat menghasilkan produk yang sesuai dengan frekuensi pasar global dengan standar kualitas. Kondisi UMKM secara umum di Jawa Tengah memperlihatkan bahwa setiap tahun produk UMKM Jawa Tengah mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan baik pada jenis, desain maupun bahan baku, yang tercipta dari kreativitas dan inovasi para pelaku usaha, akan tetapi disisi lain terdapat kelemahan yang dialami oleh para umkm, yaitu pada unit pengelolaan keuangan.Pengelolaan dan penyajian keuangan UMKM yang dilakukan secara baik dan terstruktur akan memberikan dampak positif terhadap keberlangsungan usaha. Dampak positif pengelolaan keuangan inilah, yang menjadi suatu faktor kunci keberhasilan UMKM dan dapat digunakan untuk mempertahankan keberlanjutan usaha. Sehingga berdasarkan kondisi ini perlu dilakukan pendampingan mengenai penerapan akuntansi dan mengevaluasi perputaran siklus keuangan pada UMKM dan dipermudah dengan pembukuan melalui aplikasi sederhana.Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini meliputi kegiatan edukasi dan pelatihan. Kegiatan  pelatihan  yang  dilakukan yaitu melakukan pendampingan pengenalan akuntansi dasar dan penyusunan laporan keuangan UMKM berbasis aplikasi. Peran kedua mitra adalah sebagai obyek dan subyek. Sebagai obyek, mitra merupakan sasaran untuk ditangani permasalahannya dalam keberlanjutan usaha.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi dan inklusiusia produktif terutama usia milenial pada pasar modal terutama saham. Pasar modal Indonesiamasih banyak tergantung kepada investor asing. Hal ini terlihat ketika investor asing mengurangisejumlah besar investasi pada pasar modal maka gejolak penurunannya akan sangat terasa.Haltersebut salah satunya dikarenakan tingkat keterlibatan penduduk usia produktif di Indonesiaterhadap investasi di pasar modal masih sangat rendah dibanding negara maju lainnya.AngkaRasio Indonesia masih dibawah 5 % dibanding dengan negara Asia lainnya yang sudah diatas 5 %bahkan negara maju seperti Amerika rasio keterlibatan hingga diatas 50 %. Kondisi di atas memperlihatkan bahwa masih terbuka ruang cukup lebar untuk meningkatkanrasio keterlibatan usia produktif di pasar modal salah satunya kelompok usia milenial. Bermitradengan klub kemanusiaan milenial Rotaract,metode literasi dan inklusi pasar modal kali inidilakukan dengan cara yang lebih mudah dipahami dan menyenangkan dengan tehnik simulasimenggunakan aplikasi Virtual Trading IDX. Penggunaan aplikasi virtual trading IDX terbukti dapat meningkatkan pemahaman lebihcepat. Mitra dapat menggunakan user id nya masing masing saat melakukan simulasi jual belisaham. Pelatihan juga mengundang pemateri dari sekuritas dan juga dari IDX sehingga pelatihanberjalan interaktif. Peningkatan pemahaman tentang pasar modal meningkat dari hanya 10 persenmenjadi 80 persen. Mitra juga secara aktif meminta informasi lebih lanjut dengan pihak sekuritastentang pembukaan rekening pasar modal.Peningkatan literasi mitra dalam pasar modal inidiharapkan akan turut meningkatkan inklusi pasar modal terutama investasi saham.

Abstract

Youth is a human resource asset that continues to be fostered and explored to become a superior resource according to the character of the Indonesian nation. Educated students who have an understanding of leadership and management should be able to continue and change the world level later. The purpose of the service activity is to provide an increase in leadership and management knowledge for students as the younger generation in shaping their character so that they can become superior resources and have Indonesian personality. The problem that arises is that students are a young generation that does not easily live under pressure, tends to get bored easily and is identical as a reclining generation that is accustomed to advanced technology such as gadgets in daily life so that they are less able to manage their own lives and their organizations. The method of implementing community service activities will be carried out in the form of providing learning to the management of the Student Council MA NU 03 Sunan Katon Kaliwungu in the form of lectures in class about leadership and management knowledge, discussions and questions and answers. Abstract

The tighter the competition between similar products, companies compete with each other for consumers. The purpose of this study was to find out whether Product Quality, Price Perception, Customer Loyalty to Samsung Mobile Purchase Decisions on Sinar Mas Mobile in Semarang City.The population in this study was all customers or consumers who used or made mobile phone purchase decisions at sinar mas cells that found 185 customers. The purpose of sampling is the selection of samples based on the specific characteristics of 100 respondents. Data analysis methods use multiple linear regressions, coefficients of determination and hypothesis tests.The results of this study showed that with a product quality regression co-effectiveness meaning the quality of the product had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Variable the price perception has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision. Wheres variable customer loyalty has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product Quality, Price Perception and Customer Loyalty together both positively and significantly affect purchasing decisions, this is evidenced in the F test.Based on the results of research that the decision to purchase Samsung phones on Sinar Mas phones in Semarang City in the medium category, and it is advisable to improve the Quality of Products offered, so that consumers against samsung phone brands in the cell space in Semarang City.

Abstract

This study was conducted at Golden Voice Online Store Semarang. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of consignment sales and the recording method used in Golden Voice Online Store. This study uses qualitative method of case study by using triangulation of data sources, namely observation, interview and documentation. The sources of the data taken were the data from Golden Voice Online Store. The results of this study indicate that in the financial statements, Golden Voice Online Store has not recorded the consignment in accordance with the applicable Accounting Standard. The method of accounting recording for consignment sales used is inseparabled method.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of Brand Image and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions through Word of Mouth as an Intervening Variable (Case Study Grilled Chicken Arto Moro Pekalongan). The method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS version 3 software with a total of 91 research respondents. The research results show that Brand Image and Product Quality positively and significantly affect Purchasing Decisions and Word of Mouth. This research found that Word of Mouth positively and significantly affects Purchasing Decisions. Furthermore, this research examines the mediation of Word of Mouth in the relationship between Brand Image and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions. The research results show that Word of Mouth can mediate the relationship between Brand Image and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the factors that influence teacher performance, namely the influence of technology,work motivation and implementation of supervision by school principals in improving teacher performance at the Husnul Khatimah Foundation. The method used in this research is quantitative research with data collection techniques through questionnaires with a sample of 48 respondents and using purposive sampling. The results of the analysis show that the variable knowledge of technology has no positive and significant effect on teacher performance. High or low technological knowledge possessed by a teacher cannot affect the results of teacher performance at the Husnul Khatimah Foundation. The variables of work motivation and principal supervision have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. In improving teacher performance, it is necessary to provide guidance by the principal in the form of coaching activities and training programs on a regular basis and build the motivation of each teacher. The coefficient of determination (Adj R²) is 0.777 which means that the teacher's performance variable can be influenced by the variables of technological knowledge, work motivation and school principal supervision by 77.7%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the model studied.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri parfum, khususnya di sektor refill, menarik minat konsumen yang mengutamakan variasi aroma dan ketahanan. Abna Parfum, salah satu toko yang menyediakan layanan refill, menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi harga (X1), kualitas produk (X2), dan lokasi (X3) terhadap keputusan pembelian di Outlet Abna Parfum. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan 96 responden, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi harga (X1) dan lokasi (X3) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara kualitas produk (X2) tidak berpengaruh. Temuan ini diharapkan membantu pemilik usaha merancang strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif.
