Abstract

AbstractThe general objective of this research is to improve of narrative essay writing skills using the take and give model in class V.this research uses descriptive method with the form of classroom action research, and was collaborative. This research took place at school 37 southeastern pontianak with research subjects are students of class VA totaling 22 students. Data collection techniques were observation techniques and document scanning techniques with data collection instruments. This research was conducted as the third cycle.The results obtained are the ability of teachers to design learning first cycle with an average score of 2.50, the second cycle 3.54 and third cycle 3.62.The results of the research ability of teachers to implement learning cycle first cycle with an average score of 2.36, in the second cycle 3.36, and in the third cycle 3.86, each cycle experienced an increase. The assessment of the results of the narrative essay writing cycle I 66.94, increased in the second cycle 76.33, increased in the third cycle 78.44. Abstract

The purpose of this researcher is to describe and analyze the planning, implementation and evaluation of teachers in the use of letter puzzles to foster reading interest of grade I students at MIS Darul Falah Sungai Nyirih, Jawai District for the 2023-2024 Academic Year. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of phenomenological research. The data collection techniques in this study used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The data validity check technique uses source triangulation, technique triangulation, and member check. The results of this study show that: (1) the appearance of letter puzzles to foster interest in reading is in the form of a game of arranging random letters into meaningful words or phrases. The level of difficulty is adjusted to the ability of each student. The game content uses puzzle boards, vocabulary books, and whiteboards. (2) the use of letter puzzles for students in grade I is (a) preparation; (b) random puzzles; (c) compiling puzzles; (d) forming patterns; (e) Continue to try and reflect. (3) Students' participation in the use of letter puzzles is that students generally listen to the teacher's explanations during learning, with varying levels of attention. Some students dare to ask the teacher about the material that is not clear, but there are also those who are still embarrassed. Students are actively involved using puzzles, which help develop various skills such as problem-solving, fine motor skills, and cooperation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh rekrutmen kerja, seleksi kerja, loyalitas kerja, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pegaunihan Technology Indonesia. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pegaunihan Technology Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden. Berdasarkan analisis data maka hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan rekrutmen kerja, seleksi kerja, loyalitas kerja, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pegaunihan Technology Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan dan literasi keuangan pada perilaku keuangan pribadi mahasiswa di Indonesia, dengan financial self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh fenomena meningkatnya penggunaan layanan pinjaman online (pinjol) di kalangan mahasiswa, yang mengindikasikan adanya tantangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan pribadi serta kurangnya pemahaman finansial yang memadai. Dalam era digital dan kemudahan akses terhadap produk keuangan, kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengelola keuangan secara bijak menjadi semakin krusial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei online terhadap 206 mahasiswa aktif dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan dan literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan pribadi mahasiswa. Selain itu, financial self-efficacy terbukti secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara kedua variabel independen tersebut dengan perilaku keuangan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya rasa percaya diri dalam pengambilan keputusan keuangan sebagai faktor kunci dalam menciptakan perilaku keuangan yang sehat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mengarah pada perlunya pengembangan program literasi keuangan berbasis psikologis yang tidak hanya menekankan pada pengetahuan, tetapi juga pada aspek afektif, serta pentingnya regulasi dan kebijakan perlindungan konsumen fintech bagi generasi muda.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significant influence of STEM learning assisted by Android media on students' interest in learning. This type of research is quantitative research, with a Quasi Experimental Design, Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The instruments used were learning outcomes tests and questionnaires, then analyzed using prerequisite tests in the form of normality tests, linearity tests and hypothesis tests using the t-test. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence of STEM learning assisted by Android media on students' interest in learning at X SMAN 2 Tabanan. This result can be seen from the results of the Independent sample t-test with ????ℎ???????????????????? 2.720 and ???????????????????????? 2.211 so that we get ????ℎ???????????????????? > ???????????? ???????????? with a significant value of 0.028 is smaller at the 5% significance level. The learning outcomes obtained by the experimental class were higher than those in the control class.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the proportion of capital expenditures allocated and justified in poverty alleviation in the Seluma Regency. The sample of this research is five local government organizations (OPD) which are under the auspices of Seluma Regency. This study found that the allocation of capital expenditure for poverty alleviation during the period of 2014-2016 is fluctuated with the largest funds allocated in 2014 which amounted to 86,71% of total capital expenditure from Seluma Regency Budget and the smallest allocation of funds occurred in 2015 which amounted to 35,14% of total capital expenditure of Seluma Regency Budget. The study found that Seluma Regency has implemented poverty alleviation programs with high allocation of capital expenditure in activities related to poverty alleviation as the evidence.

Abstract

The chicken floss production business of Dapur Hoki has garnered significant interest, yet faces challenges in production, marketing, and financial management. To address these issues, support was provided in the form of production equipment aimed at boosting partner sales revenue, creating packaging labels for partner identity, leveraging social media to expand marketing reach, and assisting in bookkeeping to clarify capital and profit from chicken floss sales. The data acquisition uses both qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative data is obtained through interviews, while quantitative data is collected through the distribution of questionnaires. Evaluation results using a questionnaire among partners yielded an average score of 95%, indicating the service outcomes were rated as Excellent. Furthermore, the bookkeeping support enabled partners to effectively calculate their capital and profits from their business operations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the readiness, user experience, and difficulties faced by women MSMEs in the BODETABEK area when using e-learning mobile applications related to financial literacy. In addition, this study examines the collaborative approach among stakeholders to provide sustainable mentoring, increase app usage, and the role played by companies and government in supporting financial literacy through mobile apps. The results of the analysis show that most women working in MSMEs are still not proficient in using financial apps, proving that e-learning on financial literacy only provides knowledge and has not been widely used in their business environment. Lack of understanding is the main problem faced, which requires regular monitoring and evaluation. The current focus of the collaboration is on the business aspect and growth of the company rather than ongoing mentoring. In addition, the role of companies and government in using mobile apps as a financial literacy education effort is limited to strategic business objectives and the development of SMEs into companies. The study also found that, while the implementation of mobile apps for financial literacy is still limited, the use of such apps is linked to the objectives of 4 Quality Education, 5 Gender Equality, 8 Sustainable Economic Development, and 17 Partnerships for the Goals.

Abstract

Menurut World Health Organization (WHO), Angka kejadian overweight pada usia (>18 tahun) di dunia, cenderung mengalami peningkatan dengan prevalensi sebesar 11% pada laki-laki dan 15% pada perempuan. Risiko terjadinya overweight semakin meningkat apabila seseorang sering mengkonsumsi makanan dengan kandungan lemak yang tinggi atau junkfood dan pada seseorang dengan pola tidur yang buruk. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pola tidur serta kebiasaan makan junkfood terhadap kejadian overweight. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dan kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel berjumlah 140 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan timbangan digital, microtoice, kuisioner food frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) dan the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI. Data diuji dengan uji korelasi contingency coeffesient. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara pola tidur dengan kejadian overweight dengan p-value 0,072 dan terdapat hubungan antara kebiasaan makan junkfood dengan kejadian overweight dengan p-value 0,030.

Abstract

Currently Low Back Pain (LBP) is a major global health problem with an annual prevalenceof 22% - 65%. Many things are the cause of LBP such as spinal deformities from birth,trauma, age, pregnancy and body mass index (BMI). Several previous research are stillcontroversial whether the relationship of body mass index with incidence of low back pain.The design of this study was cross sectional descriptive analytical with the aim to see therelationship between body mass index and the incidence of low back pain in medicalstudents. This research was carried out at Ukrida Medical Faculty with a sample of 216people with 64.4% respondents were female and men 35.6%, and respondent whoexperienced mild low back pain were 94.9%, moderate at 5.1%. Based on body mass index,the majority of respondents had a normal BMI of 55.6%, underweight of 6.9%, then overweight of 37.5% and those who experienced mild pain based on visual analogue scale of79.6%, no pain at 10.2%, moderate pain 8.8%, then controlled severe pain is 1.4%. Afterstatistical tests using Pearson Chi-Square obtained results there is a relationship betweenbody mass index and the incidence of low back pain with p = 0.043.
