Abstract

Abstract: One business models of E-commerce which well-developed is E-Marketplace. The internal competition of E-Marketplace remains tough yet some achieve its successful compared to the others. The parameter of successful E-Marketplace can be seen by the numbers of acceptance by the costumers. Hence, this research on E-marketplace acceptance is significant to be done. This research takes a case study in one of the Indonesian markets, named the ‘Pusat Perbelanjaan Mentaya’ (PPM) regarding the use of the E-marketplace. This research aims to find out the adoption of e-marketplace acceptance. Our research model based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which is modified by adding shopping enjoyment variable (Flow Theory). This research applies quantitative research method; spreading questionaries and surveys. The data obtained were 240 from the PPM consumers who use E-marketplace application. Then the data would be used to examine the relationship between the variables of the proposed model. The results of this study show that the perception of the use of E-Marketplace application effects the perceived benefits. This due to the ease of operating the E-marketplace service affects users, moreover, sales and purchase transactions become more effective and efficient. In essence, the ease perceived also has an influence of the users’ attitude. This shows that E-marketplace service users feel that using these services increases effectiveness and benefits; they will not refuse to use E-marketplace services. Abstract

Akuisisi merupakan salah satu pendekatan strategi yang sering dilakukan oleh suatu organisasi terutama oleh perusahaan Go public untuk memberikan kontribusi kenaikan dan pertumbuhan terhadap bisnis maupun aset perusahaan. Pada periode 2021, PT. Samudera Indonesia Tbk melakukan akuisisi di bulan Maret dengan mengambilalih kegiatan bisnis milik perusahaan Ahlers Indonesia. Penelitian ini berfokus pada event akuisisi yang dilakukan oleh PT. Samudera Indonesia yang mengambilalih bisnis PT. Ahlers Thoeng Indonesia dan bertujuan untuk meneliti apakah event akuisisi yang dilakukan oleh PT. Samudera Indonesia dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap reaksi investor yang dilihat melalui abnormal return. Metode perhitungan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini untuk menghitung abnormal return adalah dengan menggunakan CAPM (Capital Asset Pricing Model). Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Dimana pada hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan menghasilkan bahwa pengujian untuk semua hari estimasi tidak terdapat pengaruh reaksi investor pada saat informasi akuisisi yang dilihat dari tidak adanya perubahan terhadap abnormal return saham SMDR, baik yang dilihat pada hari estimasi H21, H31, maupun H61 sebelum dan sesudah akuisisi. Abstract

Beragam solusi pembelajaran online diterapkan oleh berbagai sekolah di beberapa daerah dengan memperhatikan berbagaipertimbangan. Solusi tersebut diantaranya mencakup kemudahan akses, kecilnya kuota yang dihabiskan, kemudahan dalam penggunaan terutama bagi pengguna yang tidak terlalu mengenal teknologi. Universitas Darwan Ali bekerja sama dengan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dalam menyambut dan memberikan solusi permasalahan tersebut. Universitas Darwan Ali menyelenggarakan pelatihan membuat kelas virtual menggunakan platform Discord karena dianggap mampu memenuhi beberapa pertimbangan tersebut diatas. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap yaitu :1. Perencanaan, 2. Pelaksanaan dan 3. Evaluasi.Pelatihan ini juga dilaksanakan secara online langsung menggunakan aplikasi Discord. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah penerapan aplikasi Discord di semua sekolah di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur. Namun, pelaksanaan untuk jenjang Sekolah Dasar masih belum bisa sepenuhnya baik karena anak-anak masih perlu pendampingan orang tua khususnya kelas 1, 2 dan 3 Sekolah Dasar. Hasil yang cukup baik ditunjukkan pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Atas karena Discord dianggap mempunyai user interface yang sangat menarik dan sesuai dengan karakter dan kegemaran remaja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan dan komunikasi internal terhadap efektivitas kerja. Metode yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dengan survei kuesioner disebarkan melalui google form denganjumlah 85 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel probability sampling dengan pendekatan simple random sampling dan data diolah menggunakanIBM SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil uji hipotesis, uji t menyatakan bahwa perilaku kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja denganhasil t hitung (0,428) < t tabel (1,989). Komunikasi internal berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja dengan hasil t hitung (6,418) > t tabel (1,989).Perilaku kepemimpinan dan komunikasi internal secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja dan hasil uji determinasi sebesar 69,2%.Pada penerapannya dari penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mengenai tingkat efektivitas kerja melalui kepemimpinan dan komunikasi. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, Efektivitas Kerja.

Abstract

One of the causes of natural disasters is environmental damage, and many Indonesian communities are indifferent to their surroundings. This has prompted humans to develop technology that enables the production of environmentally friendly products. Consequently, companies have begun to employ new environmentally friendly marketing strategies, known as green marketing mix, which encompass environmentally friendly products, pricing, placement, and promotion. The objective of this research is to provide valuable insights for companies in developing their marketing strategies. This study involved eighty individuals from the community who are users of environmentally friendly products. The research falls under the category of quantitative research. The data used were primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed by the researchers. This research utilized path analysis with Partial Least Squares (PLS) as the analytical method. The results indicate that green products directly influence purchasing decisions, green pricing directly influences purchasing decisions, and green promotion directly influences purchasing decisions

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh geografi, suasana toko, platform online, dan kualitas layanan terhadap pilihan pembelian yang dilakukan oleh konsumen. Karya ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel insidental dan kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data primer untuk penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linear berganda dengan memanfaatkan solusi produk dan layanan statistik (SPSS). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lokasi, suasana ritel, platform online, dan kualitas layanan semuanya berperan dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

By increasing transaction speed and decreasing transaction costs, electronic payment innovations make cashless payment systems more effective. Electronic money is used in a variety of transactions, such as paying for commuter line tickets, paying for Trans Jakarta tickets, paying tolls, and shopping at supermarkets. However, in practice, it shows that users' understanding and awareness of electronic money are still not optimal, and there are problems with electronic money reader sensors. Therefore, it is crucial to undertake research on the acceptance and use of electronic money because this is one of the key elements in the system's successful deployment. In order to ascertain the current state of user acceptance and usage of electronic money, this study used the PLS-SEM analytic technique to look at the factors from the UTAUT 2 model that have an impact on user acceptability of electronic money. According to the findings, users who utilize electronic money have behavioral intentions and use behaviors that are 88% and 26%, respectively. Then, of the 12 hypotheses put out, Social Influence on Behavioral Intention and Facilitating Conditions on Behavioral Intention were the two that were rejected. Despite the fact that 60% of new users continue to use electronic money after one to two years, not enough nominal is utilized in a single week, according to the results of using it.

Abstract

Purpose – This research aims to analyze the factors that influence students' decision-making in order to continue choosing online learning methods after the COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology – The research method was quantitative research using survey research techniques. The research sample included 375 students who were currently enrolled in university and had attended online courses. The collected data will be analyzed using SEM Amos. Result – The results of data processing and analysis revealed that the factor influencing students' decisions to continue choosing online learning methods was students' attitudes towards online learning methods. Because there was a strong incentive to choose online lectures if the student's attitude was positive. In addition, students' decisions to choose online learning methods in the post-COVID-19 pandemic will be heavily influenced by their experience taking online lectures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, experience influences student attitudes, perceptions, and motivation. Originality – This research used Attitude, Perception, Motivation, and Experience as mediators to analyze students' decisions to continue choosing online learning methods. In addition to perception and motivation, attitude and experience factors as mediators can help to understand the factors that most influence student decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-leadership, workplace well-being, and career development on employee engagement in the service industry. The service sector faces significant challenges in maintaining employee engagement due to the nature of the work, which demands excellent service and intensive human interaction. In this context, self-leadership is considered crucial in encouraging individual initiative and responsibility, workplace well-being plays a role in maintaining working conditions that support mental and physical health, while career development provides motivational support for employees to achieve their long-term goals. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 100 respondents working in the service sector. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine both the simultaneous and partial effects of the three independent variables on employee engagement. The results show that all three independent variables significantly influence employee engagement, both partially and simultaneously. Self-leadership demonstrated the strongest influence, followed by workplace well-being and career development. These findings imply that improving employee engagement in the service industry can be achieved by enhancing personal leadership capabilities, creating a work environment that supports well-being, and providing clear and sustainable career development paths. This study contributes to the development of employee engagement theory in the service sector and serves as a reference for human resource managers in designing effective engagement strategies.
