Abstract

Pada tahun 2022, produksi perikanan di Indonesia mencapai 24,85 juta ton, dengan kontribusi perikanan tangkap sebesar 7,99 juta ton dan perikanan budidaya sebesar 16,87 juta ton. Permintaan yang tinggi ini mencerminkan pentingnya ikan patin sebagai bahan pangan utama dalam sektor perikanan air tawar (tambak) di Indonesia. Budi daya ikan atau peternak ikan adalah salah satu bentuk budidaya perairan yang khusus membudidayakan ikan di tambak atau ruang tertutup, biasanya untuk menghasilkan bahan pangan, ikan hias, dan rekreasi (pemancingan). Sektor perikanan merupakan salah satu sektor ekonomi yang memiliki peranan dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional, khususnya dalam penyediaan bahan pangan protein, perolehan devisa, dan penyediaan lapangan lapangan kerja. Pengembangan sektor ini sangat penting, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan bibit-bibit ikan yang unggul untuk perkembangan dalam budidaya ikan. Bibit yang berkualitas dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi budidaya yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan keuntungan para pembudidaya. Pemilihan bibit ikan patin unggul menjadi salah satu aspek yang dapat menentukan keberhasilan budidaya seperti kriteria yang digunakan. Pemilihan bibit ikan patin yang unggul sangat penting dalam budidaya ikan karena bibit ikan yang unggul biasanya memiliki laju pertumbuhan yang lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan bibit yang kurang baik artinya ikan dapat mencapai ukuran panen dalam waktu yang lebih singkat, meningkatkan efisiensi produksi. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, pengambilan topik penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan masalah yang terjadi pada pertambakan ikan dengan menggunakan metode simple additive weighting. Bertujuan mengidentifikasi kriteria-kriteria yang digunakan dalam pemilihan bibit ikan patin unggul seperti usia bibit, ukuran, berat, pergerakan dan kondisi tubuh. Hasil perhitungan dengan metode saw didapatkan bahwa alternatif dengan kode A54 menempati peringkat pertama dengan nilai hasil 1.44, diikuti peringkat kedua oleh A32 dengan nilai 1.38 dan Alternatif dengan kode A7 memiliki rangking 63 atau terakhir dengan nilai 0.52. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode simple additive weighting dapat membantu peternak ikan patin dalam memilih bibit ikan patin yang unggul seperti ikan patin lokal dan ikan patin jambal sebagai bibit ikan yang terbaik dibandingkan dengan bibit ikan patin siam, agar dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas budidaya ikan patin dengan mengurangi tingkat kematian bibit akibat stres perjalanan, kecacatan fisik, nafsu makan yang berlebihan dan dapat beradaptasi dengan lingkungan baru.

Abstract

The Competency Certification Examination (UKK) at SMK Negeri 1 Cempaga was conducted as a strategic response to the need for vocational school graduates to meet the demands of the industry. Given the gap between school-based learning and real-world expectations, this community service initiative aimed to bridge that divide by strengthening students’ practical readiness through a structured certification process. Specifically, the UKK assesses students' skills in Computer and Network Engineering. The implementation of the UKK follows several stages, including preparation and coordination, exam package selection, pre-UKK simulation, examination execution, and evaluation with follow-up actions. The preparation phase involved collaboration between the school and Universitas Darwan Ali to ensure a smooth process. The pre-UKK simulation plays a crucial role in providing students with practical experience prior to the actual exam. The UKK was conducted with the involvement of external assessors from Universitas Darwan Ali, who objectively evaluated the students' competencies. The evaluation results indicated that most of the participants successfully completed the tasks according to industry standards. However, a challenge arose due to the limited preparation time, as the UKK was scheduled only a month after the completion of the Industrial Work Practice (PKL). Consequently, recommendations for improvements were made to optimize the UKK implementation in the following years. Overall, the UKK activity provided valuable experience for students and served as a benchmark for their readiness to enter the workforce

Abstract

School readiness for the accreditation process is crucial in ensuring sustainable education quality. However, many schools still face challenges understanding accreditation instruments and systematically preparing supporting documents. SMKN 1 Mentaya Hilir Selatan, as a vocational high school undergoing accreditation, requires capacity strengthening for educators and education personnel in preparing for the various assessed aspects. To address this need, a community service program in the form of a mentoring workshop was conducted over three days, involving resource persons from academic and educational practitioner backgrounds. This activity was designed to be participatory and practical, covering the analysis of education report cards, preparation of school self-evaluation reports, and hands-on practice in compiling administrative accreditation documents. A total of 30 participants attended the workshop actively and enthusiastically. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of accreditation instruments and their ability to prepare supporting documents. In addition, the activity fostered a collaborative work culture and awareness of quality within the school environment. This workshop served as a means of improving technical capacity and strengthening synergy between educators, school management, and external parties. The activity demonstrated that mentoring through workshops is an effective model for schools preparing for accreditation and can be replicated in other educational institutions with similar needs.

Abstract

Early childhood education in Kotawaringin Timur Regency faces several challenges, particularly in managing facilities and infrastructure. Many kindergartens and playgroups lack adequate resources, such as interactive classrooms and outdoor play areas, which limits children’s creativity and exploration. This condition requires teachers to be innovative in utilizing limited resources to create meaningful learning experiences. To address these issues, a community service program was conducted to enhance teachers’ knowledge and skills in optimizing school facilities to support sustainable learning. The program emphasized strategies for maximizing limited resources, fostering collaboration with parents, using social media, and integrating horticulture into the learning environment. Interactive training methods were employed, including presentations, discussions, and hands-on practice. A total of 94 participants from 47 educational institutions joined the program, recruited through collaboration with Himpaudi Kotim, IGRA, and PKG Markisa. The results showed that teachers gained new insights into maximizing existing facilities, strengthening parent communication via Instagram and WhatsApp, and applying horticulture as an engaging learning medium. The discussions also highlighted the relevance of these strategies to school quality improvement, including accreditation. In conclusion, this program provided practical solutions for optimizing educational facilities, supporting inclusive and Adiwiyata-oriented schools, and fostering stronger collaboration between schools, parents, and technology to achieve sustainable education.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the era of globalization people in East Kotawaringin almost all people have used social media, for example, as a personal post some use it to see the promotion of beauty products fashion, and others. The KOTIM community has many who use social media, especially the Young Generation Z who have often used to buy products on social media, for example, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. This study will be made using the TOPSIS method for ranking to know which social media is often used by consumers. The researcher also made a questionnaire with Google form that will be tested for the validity or not of the data obtained using SPSS. The object of research is made in East Kotawaringin. The purpose of this study was to determine which social media is often used by the public to purchase decisions in the Kotim Regency. The result of the calculation using the TOPSIS method the social media platform with the highest rating is considered the best choice for decision-making, in this case, TikTok with a rating value of 1. It can be concluded that the social media platform that is widely used by KOTIM residents to make decisions is TikTok.            Keywords: buying decision; social media; TOPSIS  Abstract: Berdasarkan era globalisasi bahwa masyarakat di Kotawaringin Timur hampir seluruh masyarakat telah menggunakan media sosial, contohnya sebagai postingan pribadi ada juga yang menggunakan sebagai melihat promosi produk kecantikan dan fasion dan lainnya. Karena masyarakat KOTIM sudah banyak yang menggunakan media sosial apalagi para anak muda generasi z yang sudah sering menggunakan untuk membeli produk pada media sosial contohnya media sosial instagram, TikTok, dan juga facebook. Pada penelitian ini akan dibuat menggunakan metode TOPSIS untuk perangkingan agar mengetahui media sosial mana yang sering digunakan oleh konsumen. Peneliti juga membuat kuisoner dengan google form yang akan diuji valid atau tidak nya data yang didapat dengan menggunakan SPSS. Objek penelitian yang dibuat berada di Kotawaringin Timur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui media sosial mana yang sering digunakan oleh masyarakat terhadap keputusan pemebelian pada wilayah kabupaten KOTIM. Hasil dari perhitungan menggunakan metode TOPSIS platform media sosial dengan peringkat tertinggi dianggap sebagai pilihan terbaik untuk pengambilan keputusan, dalam kasus ini adalah TikTok dengan peringkat nilai 1. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa platform media sosial yang banyak digunakan oleh penduduk KOTIM untuk mengambil keputusan adalah TikTok. Keywords: keputusan pembelian; media sosial; TOPSIS
