Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create a draft training shooting model in basketball games and to improve the athletes’ ability of basketball shooting. This research is mixed-method with research and development (R&D) design. The subject of this research is university player level in Mataram. The formula of t is used with randomized pretest-posttest control groups design. The result of research is creating model of shooting training in basketball games. Thus, the result of data analysis shows that the value of t-test is 11,749 and t-table is 1,729 it means that t-test is higher than t-table (t-test > t-table). The data analysis shows that there is significant effect of shooting training in basketball games and can enhance the players’ ability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a dribble training model for soccer games of fool students in IKIP Mataram. The method used in this study is the research methodology and development of Borg and Gall, which consists of ten stages. The final results of this research and development are written in a handbook on dribble training models for soccer games for those that have been evaluated by experts, trial and revision, and their effectiveness has been tested. The instruments used in this development research were questionnaires and the Instrument Test dribble. The design of this study uses research & development (R & D) research methods from Borg and Gall in the form of qualitative and quantitative approaches used to reveal the second objective, with a pre-experimental research design in the form of the one-group pretest-posttest design that looks for significant differences in the exercise model before and after being given a training model. Where the analysis of data research uses the t-test with a significance level of 0.05, Therefore, the effectiveness of the development of the model develops a model of dribble training on the basis of improving skills in dribble giving a reference so that this training model can be used to do variation training in implementing football dribble on students of Fool in IKIP Mataram.

Abstract

Athletics is a competitive physical activity that is like walking, running, throwing, and jumping, so it is not uncommon for this sport to be said to be the parent of another sport because it has a variety of movements in it. This type of research is quasi-experimental research with a quantitative descriptive approach using the one group control pretest-posttest design research design. The results showed that the basic motion learning model of the 40-meter athletic run based on traditional games was effective to be applied to elementary school students as evidenced by the results of the N-gain score showed that the average N-gain score for the experimental class was 79, 21% included in the “effective” category. It is suggested that teachers and students should be able to use the basic 40-meter athletic basic motion learning model based on traditional games as alternative learning for students and as a reference for physical education teachers in elementary schools.
