Abstract

Abstract ____________________________________________________________________ The purpose of this research is to describe the mastery level pattern of movement spin service in lawn tennis using kinovea motion analysis tools. Spin serves are chosen to be analyzed because this type of spin service is still difficult for some tennis players. while more and more service masters will have a chance of winning the match. This study used a sample of professional tennis athletes aged 14-16 years and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The descriptive method is used in this study and the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. the procedure of this research, the sample performs a spin service, and a video is recorded, then analyzed using the kinovea motion analysis application. Analytical guidelines refer to instrument assessment of the movement patterns of the lawn tennis spin service. The results showed that 34% of tennis athletes belonged to the high category, 58% classified as moderate category, and 8% classified as low category, while the mastery rate of each stage of the spin service pattern was obtained low category at the ball toss stage 44%, medium category at coiling stage 54%, backswing 71%, uncoiling 61%, strike zone 71%, and fall in 83%. The follow-through stage got the highest category of 92%. A single paragraph of 200 to 300 words. The abstract should not contain any undefined abbreviations or unspecified references.

Abstract

This article produces a product in the form of an individual smash training model to improve the forehand smash capability which is based on good motion, has advantages over the previous model, where the model of individual smash forehand variations is to improve motion-based badminton Smash Skills. The aim to be achieved in development research is to produce a product program for individual smash forehand training which is efficiently and effectively varied, and also improve smash forehand skills, both in motion, technical skills, individually in the IKIP Mataram students. The population and samples using NTB athletes belonging to the UKM FPOK IKIP Mataram were 100 students. The instruments used in this development research were questionnaires, questionnaires, and the Badminton Smash Test Instrument from Purnama. The design of this study uses the research & development (R & D) development method of Borg and Gall which is qualitative in nature and while the quantitative approach is used to reveal the second objective, with a pre-experimental research design in the form of the one group pretest-posttest design. who looked for significant differences in individual forehand smash models before and after training were given a smash model. Based on the analysis of research data using the t test with a significance level of 0.05. Therefore, the research on the development of individual forehand smash models based on the results of badminton training from the results of research shows that the use of a varied and effective forehand smash training model can improve this forehand smash training model for badminton athletes in IKIP Mataram students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of leg muscle power, maximal oxygen, and achievement motivation on breaststroke swimming athlete. This research used a survey method to see the direct relationship between height variables, leg muscle power, maximal oxygen volume, achievement motivation on breaststroke swimming athletes. The sample used 42 people who were determined by purposive male swimmers aged 15-17 years and had participated in the championship. Performed an all-out 50-m breaststroke swimming test in a 50-m pool. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results of the analysis of each variable have direct effects where: Body height has a positive direct effect on swimming skills (R² = 0.308), leg muscle power has a positive direct effect on swimming skills (R² = 0.548), 3) the energy cost of oxygen has an effect positive direct to swimming skills of (R² = 0.519), motivation has a positive direct effect on athlete swimming skills with (R² = 0.419). Of the five-leg muscle power variables that have the greatest influence on breaststroke, swimming speed is 54.8% the remaining 45.2% is caused by other factors such as weather conditions, mental state, nutrition, recovery and health conditions of athletes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create a draft training shooting model in basketball games and to improve the athletes ability of basketball shooting. This research is mixed-method with research and development (R&D) design. The subject of this research is university player level in Mataram. The formula of t is used with randomized pretest-posttest control groups design. The result of research is creating model of shooting training in basketball games. Thus, the result of data analysis shows that the value of t-test is 11,749 and t-table is 1,729 it means that t-test is higher than t-table (t-test > t-table). The data analysis shows that there is significant effect of shooting training in basketball games and can enhance the players ability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a dribble training model for soccer games of fool students in IKIP Mataram. The method used in this study is the research methodology and development of Borg and Gall, which consists of ten stages. The final results of this research and development are written in a handbook on dribble training models for soccer games for those that have been evaluated by experts, trial and revision, and their effectiveness has been tested. The instruments used in this development research were questionnaires and the Instrument Test dribble. The design of this study uses research & development (R & D) research methods from Borg and Gall in the form of qualitative and quantitative approaches used to reveal the second objective, with a pre-experimental research design in the form of the one-group pretest-posttest design that looks for significant differences in the exercise model before and after being given a training model. Where the analysis of data research uses the t-test with a significance level of 0.05, Therefore, the effectiveness of the development of the model develops a model of dribble training on the basis of improving skills in dribble giving a reference so that this training model can be used to do variation training in implementing football dribble on students of Fool in IKIP Mataram.
