Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to use Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machines (SVM) to determine sentiment analysis on social media related mobile banking. The author used a quantitative technique in this study. Data crawling and a review of the literature were two of the methods used in the collection process. Author using SEMMA technique. The process of defining and articulating the problem leads to this research phase. RapidMiner software is used in this study at every step of the data processing process while using the SEMMA approach. 580 positive and 650 negative feelings were produced by the Naïve Bayes classification approach, whereas 720 positive and 410 negative sentiments were produced by the Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification method. The Naïve Bayes approach yields 90% accuracy with a 1% margin of error, 91% precision for positive predictions, 89% precision for negative predictions, 90% recall for positive data, and 90% recall for negative data. An accuracy value of 89% with a margin of error of 3%, positive predictive precision of 67%, negative predictive precision of 99%, positive data recall of 95%, and negative data recall of 88% are obtained by the Support Vector Machine (SVM) approach. The data used is from the Naïve Bayes approach since it has a higher accuracy value of 90% than the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method, based on the accuracy, precision, and recall values of the two classification methods. Social media users tend to have more positive perceptions regarding mobile banking since positive sentiment outweighs negative sentiment.

Abstract

This research based on the problems about learning evaluation in which was less attractive because it had not used evaluation instruments based on technology, especially the learning process during the Covid 19 outbreak. The purpose of this study was to develop an evaluation of Arabic learning for SMK in the form of an objective test based on Kahoot application during the Covid-19 outbreak. This research data were obtained from the interviews and students' responses to the evaluation. The interviews were conducted with groups of students as participants in the study, meanwhile, students' responses were confirmed to 32 students. The findings of this study indicated that the Arabic language objective test evaluation instrument by using the kahoot application was very feasible.  94% according to design experts, 96% according to material experts, 96% according to media experts. The results of the product effectiveness trial of the objective test evaluation instrument based on the kahoot application were 86% for one to one learner, 90% for the small group test, 88% for the field trial test. The development of an Arabic evaluation in the form of an objective test based on the Kahoot application during the Covid-19 outbreak had a significant effect on the evaluation of Arabic and could make students more active, independent and feel comfortable in the evaluation process. In line with that, this paper suggested the need for teacher and institutional involvement in solving the problem of community limitations in online learning evaluation.

Abstract

Divorce is a complex life event that often has significant impacts, especially on the psychological well-being of children. This research aims to deeply explore the psychological impact of divorce on children in Manado City, North Sulawesi. Through a qualitative approach, we conducted in-depth interviews with 20 informants, including children, divorced parents, and judges from the Manado Religious Court. The results of the study indicate that divorce affects not only the physical and social aspects of children but also significantly impacts their emotional state. Children who are victims of their parents' divorce often experience deep feelings of loss, uncertainty about their family's future, and confusion about the causes of the divorce. Emotional conflicts also arise in children who are victims of divorce, such as feelings of guilt, anger, sadness, and prolonged anxiety. These psychological impacts are then reflected in various aspects of the child's life, including a decline in academic performance, lack of motivation to study, and deviant behaviors such as drug use or engaging in promiscuous activities. In facing these challenges, it is crucial for children to receive adequate social and psychological support. Therefore, the roles of family, government, schools, and the surrounding community in providing appropriate support and facilitating children's adaptation to their parents' divorce are very important. Support from various parties can help children who are victims of divorce in their psychological recovery.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the variables that affect users' satisfaction with mobile banking apps. This study was carried out with a quantitative methodology. Users of mobile banking apps make up the study's demographic. Purposive sampling was used to choose 200 samples with active user criteria, ensuring that the participants in the study who answered the questionnaire were actual users of the mobile banking app. After that, analysis was done with Smart-PLS software and the PLS-SEM technique based on outer and inner models and demographics. It is possible to draw the conclusion that, in general, consumers are happy with the mobile banking application based on the discussion's outcomes. The variables content, accuracy, convenience of use, timeliness, system quality, information quality, and service quality that affect user satisfaction with the mobile banking application are the subject of seven recognized theories. One hypothesis is found to be false. This indicates that consumer happiness is unaffected by the variable. According to the study's findings, in order to keep users of the mobile banking app satisfied, it is imperative to maintain or enhance the system's quality, information quality, convenience of use, timeliness, content, and service quality.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of communication, conflict, and work facilities on lecturers' work commitment within Islamic higher education institutions. Previous research has emphasized the strategic role of effective communication and supportive work environments in enhancing organizational performance and employee engagement. However, limited attention has been given to understanding how these factors interact within the academic context of Indonesian Islamic universities. Using a quantitative research design, this study applied Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS version 26 to analyze data from 310 permanent lecturers across four Islamic higher education institutions located in Manado, Makassar, Palu, and Ternate. The results reveal that communication has a significant and positive impact on lecturers' work commitment, indicating that open and effective interaction among academic members strengthens emotional attachment and professional responsibility. In contrast, conflict and work facilities show no significant influence, suggesting that interpersonal challenges and infrastructural conditions may play a less direct role in shaping commitment levels. These findings underscore the crucial role of internal communication in laying the groundwork for enhancing organizational loyalty and academic performance. Institutional leaders are advised to foster transparent, respectful, and participatory communication practices to sustain high levels of lecturer commitment and institutional productivity.
