From the results of the Chi-Square statistical test, a p value of 0.000 (α = ≤ 0.05) was obtained, meaning that there was a significant relationship between maternal knowledge and the incidence of postpartum care. Thus the hypothesis that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and postpartum care is statistically proven. Based on the results of research on "Relationship between Mother's Knowledge of Postpartum Care at the Talang Gading Palembang Health Center in 2020", it can be concluded that there is a relationship between Mother's Knowledge and Postpartum Care at the Talang Gading Palembang Health Center in 2021 with a p-value of 0.000.

Abstract

One of the most common degenerative diseases is hypertension. Hypertension can be caused by problems with excessive nutritional status in the elderly and can also be caused by excessive anxiety experienced by the elderly. This problem of excessive nutritional status and excessive anxiety triggers the emergence of the degenerative disease hypertension. This study aims to determine the relationship between nutritional status and anxiety on hypertension in the elderly. This type of research is quantitative using a cross sectional approach. This research was conducted from 19 May 2023 to 5 June 2023 at the Pakjo Health Center, Palembang City. The sample for this study was elderly people with hypertension who visited the 23 Ilir Palembang Community Health Center in 2023, totaling 55 elderly people. The results of this study show that there is a relationship between nutritional status and the level of hypertension in the elderly (p=0.001) and a relationship between the level of anxiety and hypertension in the elderly (p=0.033). It is hoped that the 23 Ilir Palembang Community Health Center will be able to increase community health efforts with elderly posyandu activities and other supporting programs such as elderly exercise and pro-elderly activities.

This Community Service is carried out during the day by giving boiled water from soursop leaves twice. The data analysis used is the Paired Sample T test. The instruments in this study used SOP (standard operating procedure), blood pressure measurement observation sheet, Sphygmomanometer, and stethoscope. The results of this Community Service show that giving boiled water from soursop leaves has an effect on systolic blood pressure values with a P-Value = 0.000 and a diastolic blood pressure value P-Value = 0.001 so it can be concluded that there is an effect of boiled water on soursop leaves on reducing blood pressure in the elderly hypertension sufferers. The results of this Community Service show that boiled water from soursop leaves can reduce blood pressure in hypertension sufferers.
