Abstract

This research is a research development of a research textbook for Sports Education in terms of the validation of material and media experts. The development of the Research textbook for Sports Education refers to the 4D model which consists of 4 stages namely Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the textbook Research for Sports Education is declared very feasible to be used as a research textbook for Sports Education by material and media experts. The percentage of the feasibility of the research textbook for Sports Education by material experts was 95.8%, while that by media experts was 92.5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Upaya Peningkatan Keterampilan Shooting pada Permainan Sepak Bola Melalui Latihan Squad Jump. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan di sekolah SMP Negeri 10 Ruteng. Adapun dalam penelitian ini yang dijadikan subjek adalah kelas VII A SMP Negeri 10 Ruteng yang mana jumlah siswanya 33 orang. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik analisa deskriptif. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil pra-siklus terdapat rata-rata aktivitas presentase kemampuan siswa yaitu 40%. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa nilai rata-rata kemampuan siswa belum mencapai nilai indikator keberhasilan penelitian yakni: 70% (kategori rendah). Pada siklus I ini presentase kemampuan siswa sudah meningkat di bandingkan pra-siklus, tetapi peningkatanya belum mencapai idikator keberhasilan yakni 70%. Rata-rata presentase kemampuan pada observasi guru 66,66% dan rata-rata presentase kemampuan siswa dalam melakulan tehnik shooting pada siklus I yaitu: 67,87%, itu artinya presentase siswa belum mencapai indikator keberhasilan. Pada siklus II ini presentase kemampuan pada siswa sudah meningkat dibandingkan dengan siklus yang sebelumnya, peningkatan sudah mencapai indikator keberhasilan yaitu 70%. Rata-rata presentase kemampuan pada siswa dalam melakukan teknik dasar shooting pada siklus II ini yaitu: 72,53% (rata-rata kemampuan siswa sudah mencapai indikator keberhasilan). Kesimpulan yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini bahwa latihan squad jump dapat meningkatkan keterampilan shooting dalam permainan sepak bola.

Abstract

Basic technical skills in the game of field tennis are still often found several obstacles, one of which is the basic technique of serving. Many students who take field tennis courses still experience errors when serving. They tend not to feel confident and hesitate when serving, so an approach is needed to overcome the problem, one of which is using imagery. The methodology used is quasi experiment, where the implementation does not use a control class. The research subjects were PJKR students of Insan Budi Utomo University who were taking field tennis courses as many as 40 students. From the research that has been carried out, it has been obtained in the form of t-test results and t-count results where it is found to be greater than the t-table, 2.86> 2.262, therefore there is a difference in the increase from pre-test to post-test. Where in the pre-test average result is 8.4, while the post-test average result after imagery training is 15.5. In addition, imagery training has an influence of around 84.52% on the results of tennis serving skills in PJKR students at Insan Budi Utomo University

Abstract

Kemampuan seseorang untuk menyelesaikan tugas tanpa lelah, selama melakukan aktivitas kerja ialah kebugaran jasmani. Kebugaran peserta ekstrakulikuler bola voli di lembaga pendidikan cenderung kurang, hal ini dapat dilihat dari cara mereka bermain bola voli di lapangan, mereka belajar hanya untuk bersenang-senang. Dan menyebabkan meraka tidak bisa mengembangkan potensi atau bakat di ektrakulikuler bola voli, hal ini menunjukan bahwa kebugaran jasmani yang tidak begitu diperhatikan. Hal ini dikarenakan banyak faktor, diantaranya kurangnya kecakapan guru pendidik jasmani dalam memberikan materi terprogram kepada siswanya, peranan orang tua, dan saranan prasarana yang kurang mendukung. Seorang siswa apabila ingin meningkatkan atau menjaga kebugaran jasmaninya harus memperhatikan pola makan, pola latihan, pola hidup, dan pola istrahat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan seberapa baik pemain ekstrakulikuler bola voli.  metode kuantitatif statistik penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif. untuk menganalisis data pengukuran untuk mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan situasi atau kejadian. Metode surve digunakan melaui tes dan pengukuran. Penelitian ini melibatkan 16 pemain ekstrakulikuler bola voli kelas 10 di SMAS HASANUDDIN Wajak-Malang. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa tingkat fisik peserta ekstrakulikuler bola voli berada di bawah rata-rata, yaitu 12 siswa, atau 75 persen; 4 siswa, atau 25 persen, berada di bawah rata-rata, yaitu 0 siswa. Kesimpulannya dapat di ketahui bahwa sebagian besar tingkat kebugaran jasmani peserta ekstrakulikuler bola voli di SMAS HASANUDDIN Wajak-Malang berada dalam  kategori sedang sebanyak 12 peserta atau 75 %. Saran dari penelitian ini hendaknya meningkatkan kembali tingkat kebugaran jasmani dari kurang atau sedang menjadi baik atau baik sekali.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the differences in interpersonal communication between supervisors and their ability to complete a thesis. The research method is a quasi-experimental method. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The sample is Class 2019 class C students as the experimental class and Class 2019 class D students as the control class. The data collection technique uses tests and non-tests. The instruments are objective tests of the multiple choice type and non-test instruments in the form of questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using the prerequisite normality test and homogeneity test. The results of the t-test which was carried out with the SPSS program, showed that the tcount value was greater than the ttable value, meaning that there was a significant difference in the ability to complete the thesis of experimental class and control class students, so it could be concluded that there was a difference in the supervisor's interpersonal communication on the ability to complete thesis.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the ability of underpassing skills in learning mini volleyball among students at SDN Kedungbanteng 02 Bakung. The subjects of this research were 19 class V students of SDN Kedungbanteng 02 Bakung. This research is quantitative descriptive research, the research method is a survey method with data collection techniques using tests and measurements. The data obtained were in the form of test results and measurements of bottom passing skills in learning mini volleyball for students at SDN Kedungbanteng 02 Bakung. It can be concluded that the bottom passing skills in learning mini volleyball among students at SDN Kedungbanteng 02 Bakung fall into the very good category as many as 2 students or 10%, the good category as many as 4 students or 21%, the fair category as many as 7 students or 37% and in the less than category there were 6 students or 32%.

Abstract

Students' passing skills are still less than optimal, as evidenced by the still quite high number of failed passes in class VI in MI Mambaul Ulum Kasri, Bululawang District, Malang Regency. Teachers have never used the STAD (Student Team Achievement Divisions) method. to improve students' ability to make down passes. This research aims to determine the ability of down passing techniques in volleyball games at MI Mambaul Ulum Kasri, Bululawang District, Malang Regency using the STAD type cooperative method. It can be concluded that learning using the STAD type cooperative method is able to improve the ability of lower passing techniques in volleyball games at MI Mambaul Ulum Kasri, Bululawang District, Malang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the forehand drive ability in table tennis among students participating in the extracurricular table tennis program at MTs Al-Ittihad. This research is descriptive in nature, meaning it seeks to observe the actual conditions in the field regarding students' forehand drive performance. The population of the study consisted of 20 students enrolled in the table tennis extracurricular program at MTs Al-Ittihad Poncokusumo, Malang Regency. Using proportional random sampling, 17 students were selected as the sample.The data collection instrument used was a forehand drive accuracy test, which required students to hit a target area on the table within a 30-second time frame. The goal was to assess the accuracy of each student’s forehand drive. The data analysis method used in this study was percentage calculation, in accordance with the descriptive approach. The results showed that the students’ table tennis skills, particularly in executing the forehand drive, were in the moderate category based on the assessment and analysis conducted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sedentary lifestyle terhadap indeks massa tubuh pada siswa. Sedentary lifestyle adalah kebiasaan menonton televisi, bermain gadget, bermain game, duduk santai yang dilakukan dalam waktu berjam-jam. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskripsi kuantatif, kuesioner SBQ (Sedentary Behavior Questionnaire) sebagai instrumen penelitian pengumpulan data serta mengukur tinggi dan berat badan. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 31 siswa dengan usia responden 9-11 tahun yaitu siswa kelas 5 SDN 02 Baturetno, Singosari. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment Pearson. Pada analisis responden siswa kelas 5 dinyatakan bahwa mayoritas siswa termasuk dalam kategori sedentary lifestyle sebesar 78,45%, kemudian pada analisis indeks massa tubuh siswa termasuk dalam kategori kurang yaitu sebesar 71% sebanyak 21 siswa. Hasil akhir penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sedentary lifestyle terhadap indeks massa tubuh pada anak usia dini. Oleh karena itu, peran orang tua dan sekolah harusnya saling sinergi dalam membatasi bermain gadget pada anak usia dini. Sedentary lifestyle memberikan hal negatif pada anak, seperti resiko jantung, metabolism tubuh yang buruk, diabetes, depresi dan kecemasan.

The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The sample is students from Class 2021 class F as the experimental class and students from Class 2021 class G as the control class. The data collection technique uses tests and non-tests. The instruments are objective tests of the multiple choice type and non-test instruments in the form of questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using the prerequisite normality test and homogeneity test. The results of the t-test carried out using the SPSS program showed that the tcount value was greater than the ttable value, meaning that there was a significant difference in the learning outcomes of students in the experimental class and the control class, so it could be concluded that there was a difference in student learning outcomes in the Educational Research course. using the ARIAS learning model.
