Abstract

In the company, attendance has an important role in measuring the company's payroll. CV Bee Digital Prestasi Nusantara still manages attendance and payroll data using Ms. Excel where the salary calculation is done with a formula function and the resulting data is still a separate file between attendance and payroll data. This of course raises problems such as the vulnerability of financial employees to errors due to the processing of attendance and payroll data that has not been properly integrated, data that is not stored properly because it has not used a database system in its management, employee payroll reports that must be checked repeatedly according to attendance and results employee performance so that it takes a long time due to considerations of absenteeism, office work, and other interests that must be re-verified by (Human Resource Development) HRD and finance. This website-based application prototype is designed using the SDLC. As for testing, usability testing will be used in order to measure the feasibility of the system optimally. The results of testing using Usability Testing are very feasible with a total value of 86% for Ease of use, 88% for Ease of Learning, 89% for Satisfaction, and 88% for Usefulness

Abstract

One of the shipyards of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) was currently carrying out a project to build a hospital ship with a length of 124 meters. This hospital ship construction project was carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic so its implementation the physical progress of the shipbuilding project was not in accordance with the planned physical progress and the shipbuilding project was delayed. The purpose of this study to identify risks in the implementation of the hospital ship construction project during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method that can be used to handle and minimize risks in hospital shipbuildingprojects during the COVID-19 pandemic is the House of Risk (HOR) method. The results of the research on the hospital ship building project during the COVID-19 pandemic found 17 risk events and 20 risk agents. From HOR Phase 1, 11 dominant risk agents were produced with the highest Aggregrate Risk Potentials (ARP) value of 3438.5. Then in HOR Phase 2, 19 mitigation actions were obtained and from the 19 mitigation actions, 12 effective priority mitigation actions were obtained to be implemented by the company with the highest Effectiveness to Difficulty Ratio (ETD) value of 27444.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional terminal peti kemas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab menurunnya nilai Dwelling Time dan mengetahui strategi yang paling tepat untuk mengatasi Dwelling Time. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SWOT yang didukung dengan matriks IFE, matriks EFE, matriks IE dan matriks QSPM. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 10 faktor internal yang terdiri dari 5 kekuatan dan 5 kelemahan, kemudian 10 faktor eksternal yang terdiri dari 5 peluang dan 5 ancaman. Kemudian diketahui posisi perusahaan berada pada sel 1 yaitu tumbuh dan berkembang serta mendapatkan rekomendasi strategi perbaikan Dwelling Time.

Abstract

One of the Surabaya shipbuilding companies is a company that produces ships, along with other supportingcomponents. This shipyard has 22 divisions, one of which is the Technology & Quality Assurance (QA)Division. Not all employees in this division are satisfied with their work. This happens because work targetshave not been achieved, the work environment is less supportive, and the large demands of the job. Thebusy level of work makes employees less optimal in dividing their time between work and family, this canaffect the level of work life balance of employees. Large job demands make employees feel that theirfeelings and thoughts are burdened, which can lead to burnout. Several of these factors can be linked toemployee engagement in employees. Employee engagement needs to be carefully considered, so thatemployees have a feeling of participating in their work. This research used a sample of 46 employees, andthe data was processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. In the test results, it was found thatwork life balance had no effect on job satisfaction with a value of 0.167<0.05, burnout had an effect on jobsatisfaction with a value of 0.041<0.05, work life balance had an effect on job satisfaction with employeeengagement as an intervening variable with a value of 0.016<0.05, burnout influences job satisfaction withemployee engagement as an intervening variable with a value of 0.04<0.05.

Abstract

Startup Sayurleli is a startup that offers a H+1 fresh vegetable ordering service. The development of Sayurleli Startup seems slow. This happens because information technology is lagging behind in this business. This is proven by Sayurleli's unstable income during operation from 2021 to 2023. This research aims to determine alternative business development strategies for Sayurleli Startup using the data collection technique method using the QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) method with the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix and SWOT matrix as research calculation tools. The results obtained were that there were 11 internal factors consisting of 7 strength factors and 4 weakness factors and there were 10 external factors consisting of 6 opportunity factors and 4 threat factors and based on the SWOT matrix, there were 17 strategies that vegetable can apply. The results of the research analysis show that Stratup is in cell II position, which means growth and development and Intensive Strategy there are 3 alternative strategies, namely market penetration with a TAS score of 6.29, market development with a TAS score of 6.42 and product development of 6.518. The final results of the research show that the priority strategy that can develop business is product development.
