Abstract

Kondisi ekonomi masyarakat desa Sampung kabupaten Magetan umumnya ditopang dari sektor pertanian. Masyarakat ada yang memiliki sawah sendiri maupun hanya sebagai buruh tani. Masyarakat yang bekerja sebagai buruh tani akan mendapatkan penghasilan saat musim tanam maupun musim panen tiba, sehingga direntang antara masa tanan dan masa panen itu masyarakat harus aktif untuk mencari pendapatan yang berasal dari luar sektor pertanian. Program ini memberikan pelatihan dan pengetahuan yang bisa digunakan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah membimbing dan melatih masyarakat Desa Sampung Kabupaten Magetan untuk dapat mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan dari luar sektor pertanian. Untuk memecahkan masalah itu, salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan berupa Pelatihan Budidaya Dan Manajemen Pemasaran Bougenville Impor Dengan Teknik Okulasi Guna Meningkatkan Taraf Ekonomi Masyarakat. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya memberikan teknik dan cara budidaya saja, tetapi juga manajemen pemasaran dari hasil budidaya. Dengan memiliki keahlian budidaya bougenville ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan penghasilan tambahan tanpa mengganggu pekerjaan utama mereka.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Keuangan merupakan aspek yang berkaitan dengan kas, arus kas, pengeluaran, pemasukan, serta berbagai permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan finansial. Literasi keuangan sangat dibutuhkan agar seseorang memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam mengelola keuangan. Pengelolaan keuangan, atau yang dikenal dengan manajemen keuangan, mencakup proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengendalian aktivitas keuangan yang bertujuan untuk mencapai kondisi keuangan yang baik dan teratur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku siswa SMK dalam mengelola keuangan. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif cross sectional yang menganalisa pengaruh literasi keuangan dengan perilaku mengelola keuangan pada remaja. Dalam penelitian, pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Siswa yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 33 siswa kelas XII SMK Bintama. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin perempuan (93,9%) dengan usia 18 tahun (51,5%). Seluruh responden (100%) merupakan siswa SMK jurusan farmasi di SMK Bintama. Mayoritas responden memiliki literasi keuangan dan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan yang baik. Hasil uji analisis menunjukkan koefisien regresi sebesar 1,016 yang berarti setiap penambahan literasi keuangan sebesar 1% berpengaruh positif sebesar 1,016 terhadap perilaku mahasiswa dalam mengelola keuangan. Hasil output juga menunjukkan nilai Sig sebesar 0,046. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara literasi keuangan dan perilaku mahasiswa dalam mengelola keuangan.

Abstract

Cooperative is a business that conducts administrative transactions. Computerization in the field of administration is important to support the smooth running of all transactions quickly, precisely, and accurately. In order to meet these needs, an integrated system is needed, and is able to follow changes in business processes that occur. Objective: to produce a desktop-based application program that can be used to facilitate cooperative management using the ProtoTyping method. Method: Research and Development research was chosen to find or create new products that have advantages in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. The research stages start from formulating the problem, analyzing the results and drawing conclusions. This research was conducted in April 2025. The research location was at Koperasi Mandiri Karangrejo Magetan. The approach used is using the Prototyping model. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations and questionnaires. Analysis tests are developed on aspects of functional suitability, reliability aspects with the help of software called Web Application Load, Stress and Performance Testing (WAPT), and usability aspects. Results: a blueprint is produced which is used as a reference in the development of the cooperative information system at the Mandiri Cooperative. Using the Requirements gathering and analysis, Quick design, build prototype, User evaluation, refining prototype, Implement product and maintain design methods, it produces a structured design as the basis for system implementation. The architecture designed is a cooperative information system integrated with computer network technology. Conclusion: the study has compiled a cooperative information system design at the Mandiri Karangrejo Magetan Cooperative which can be accepted with satisfactory assessment results.

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi, segala macam aktivitas umumnya kini telah beralih dari alam nyata ke alam digital, hal ini juga berdampak pada kasus jual beli perdagangan dan transaksi sewa-menyewa yang kini didominasi oleh sistemdigital. Transaksi valas atau mata uang asing yang bersifat fluktuatif memiliki kebergantungan terhadap kondisi ekonomi maupun kondisi politik negara. Transaksi dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, salah satu transaksi jual beli mata uang asing yang kini tengah digemari dan menjadi tren adalah binary option. Binary Option merupakan produk finansial di mana pihak yang terlibat ditempatkan pada satu dari dua pilihan dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Secara yuridis, legalitas Binary Option sebagai salah satu Komoditi Perdagangan Berjangka masih diperdebatkan. Hal ini dikarenakan untuk dianggap sebagai komoditi harus memenuhi frasa “kontrak berjangka” sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Undang-undang Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi. Apabila mengacu pada persyaratan objektif dari kontrak, kontrak tersebut harus memenuhi kausa yang halal di mana Binary Option yang menjadikan sebuah pertanyaan mengenai keabsahan kontrak dalam konteks Binary Option. Ditinjau dari sisi konsumen, tanpa adanya perizinan dari Bappebti perlindungan konsumen Binary Option tidak terdapat kejelasan baik dari sisi yuridis maupun praktis tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada warga RT 36 akan bahaya aplikasi trading illegal binary option. Yang dimana di Indonesia ini sedang banyak kasus tentang trading illegal.

Abstract

Telah terjadi pergeseran paradigma dalam pembelajaran di abad ke-21, dari pengajaran menjadi pembelajaran. Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat pencapaian dalam proses pembelajaran, faktor-faktor tersebut antara lain media pembelajaran, model pembelajaran, sumber belajar, dan lain sebagainya. Model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang tepat untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran (praktikum). Pelaksanaan pembelajaran (mata kuliah praktikum) di Program Studi Akuntansi Perpajakan Politeknik Negeri Madiun belum dikelola dengan menggunakan media tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun media pembelajaran digital berupa E-learning sebagai ekosistem pembelajaran berbasis PjBL, yang kemudian dilakukan penilaian terhadap kelayakan E-learning tersebut. Perancangan sistem E-learning menggunakan metode Prototype, dengan alat bantu pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa alur sistem E-learning berbasis PjBL telah sesuai dengan analisis kebutuhan sistem, dan kelayakan aplikasi E-learning berbasis PjBL dapat dinyatakan layak (sesuai) sebagai media penguatan ekosistem pembelajaran digital.

Abstract

PT. Selo Progo Sakti is a company engaged in the Asphalt Mixing Plant industry. Asphalt Mixing Plant is a production equipment that produces Hotmix in the form of a mixture of asphalt with some aggregate materials used as road pavement materials. This Asphalt Mixing Plant operates for production according to orders from consumers and the character of the production results in the form of hotmix must meet certain temperature criteria for gnats to be spread out on the road media so that it must be avoided so that the product conditions do not occur at low or cold temperatures because it will harden and cannot used for road pavement. Therefore, the accuracy in delivering the product to the location where it will be held will greatly determine the quality of the production after it is held on the road. In addition, product quality is also determined from the job mix or the proportion of the material mixture that has been agreed upon in accordance with the job specifications, so it needs supervision from various parties involved in the implementation of the work. The existence of an information system is a tool for controlling production costs, in this case hotmix products produced from Asphalt Mixing Plant machines are needed to monitor every production process from several departments that have been worked on so that data management can be done quickly and accurately. Therefore, this system was built in order to overcome problems such as calculating the cost of production of hotmix for each product according to jobmix, cost control, inventory control and preparation of financial reports which can be done in one integrated information system. Tools used in making this system is Visual Basic. The application design method uses the ProtoTyping method.

Abstract

The Cooperative of the Republic of Indonesia (KP-RI) Mandiri Karangrejo Magetan Regency has an important role in managing finances and providing economic benefits for its members consisting of Civil Servants (PNS) and government employees with work agreements. The problem in this cooperative is that it has difficulty in maintaining good financial accountability because of the limitations in the use of information technology, which is still being recorded manually using the Microsoft Excel application and has not followed adjustments to the new regulation, namely the Minister of Cooperative Regulation No. 4 of 2024 This program aims to improve cooperative financial accountability through the implementation of information technology in the form of appropriate cooperative applications or software. The methods used include training in the use of software or cooperative applications and mentoring in the application of the system. The expected results are increasing accuracy and transparency in the management of cooperative finances, reporting formats and accounting policies in accordance with Minister of Cooperative Regulation No. 4 of 2024 and will ultimately increase the confidence of members and operational efficiency of cooperatives. Conclusion From the community service activities carried out in this cooperative that the management is easier to manage cooperatives by applying cooperative applications that are able to process data quickly and accurately and in accordance with the format in the Minister of Cooperative Regulation No. 4 of 2024 so that the function of accuracy and transparency can be achieved. This is proven in the case of the completion of the reporting can be completed within 2 days where before using the Cooperative Application the annual report submission was delivered for more than 3 months from the specified time.

Abstract

Fraudulent investment schemes have become increasingly common, particularly targeting individuals with low financial literacy, such as housewives who manage household finances but often lack financial education. This community-based training, conducted with the Banjarejo Village Empowerment and Family Welfaregroup, used real case examples, participatory learning, and visual media to facilitate early detection skills. The one-day training involved 20 participants and resulted in significant improvement in understanding red flags of fraudulent investments. Post-training evaluations showed 85% of participants could correctly identify indicators of illegal schemes, and 70% committed to disseminating the knowledge in their communities. This initiative highlights the strategic role of mothers in financial literacy dissemination. Community-focused, practical training is effective in reducing vulnerability to investment fraud.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) is focused on designing desktop -based information systems and equipped with Android -based applications for Aiko Laundry. For this Android application is a platform based on a local data base that is specifically designed can be accessed online to help Aiko Laundry in managing and marketing clothing laundry services. With the online booking feature, communication with customer service, and customer testimonials, customers can easily order laundry services, interact with customer service for special questions or requests, and provide testimonials about their experience with Aiko Laundry services. The main purpose of designing desktop and Android application Aiko Laundry Information Systems is to make a useful contribution to Aiko Laundry. Service is carried out by focusing on three special targets. First, designing and developing desktop -based applications and equipped with an Android application based on Aiko Laundry Information Systems. Second, compile a manual guide that provides complete guidelines on the use of Aiko Laundry information systems. Third, presenting presentations and conducting training to the Aiko Laundry Team to ensure a good understanding of the use of information systems. The implementation of laundry service information systems shows significant positive results on operations. An increase in efficiency (reduction of data input time and stock management) and accuracy (reducing errors/losses), has an impact on customer satisfaction thanks to more accurate order status information. Its main achievements include the development and implementation of systems, effective user training, and comprehensive system testing. The benefits that are felt include increasing employee productivity, service quality, and business benefits through the lack of data errors.
