Abstract

Good control is needed in managing a project, starting from controlling the human resources to systematic scheduling. CV. XYZ Surabaya is a contractor service company, that does not yet have an information system that can be used as a control tool in project management. Critical Path Method (CPM) is one method that can be used to schedule projects. This study aims to design a project management information system by implementing CPM. The system design is done using the Incremental Model. The results of this study are in the form of a prototype system that fits the needs of CV. XYZ Surabaya, includes system flow, Contextual Data Model (CDM), and User Interface (UI).

Abstract

Mass communication is defined as all forms of communication that convey information openly through technical dissemination media indirectly and use one-way communication methods aimed at the public. Communicants in mass communication are also anonymous and heterogeneous. With today's technological developments, old media such as books, magazines, newspapers and radio do not mean they will be abandoned and forgotten and replaced with new media. Rather, the old media is processed and adapted into new media by applying digitization technology. The emergence of new media today has made the name Youtube a major concern in the eyes of the public. Even since the presence of Youtube as a new media, not a few television users and viewers have turned to Youtube. This new media is more easily accessible and accessible to the public. I support the media for introducing products to the public. With the recognition of products by the public through YouTube media, it will increase public interest in the product and will further increase sales turnover

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengembangkan sistem informasi perpustakaan yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi di perpustakaan SMK BP Subulul Huda; (2) Melakukan uji kelayakan sistem informasi perpustakaan SMK BP Subulul Huda dengan standar ISO 25010 pada aspek functional suitability, reliability, usability, dan portability. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development (RD) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan waterfall, yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. Pengujian kualitas dilakukan untuk mengetahui kualitas sistem informasi yang dikembangkan menggunakan standar kualitas ISO 25010 pada aspek functional suitability, reliability, usability, dan portability. Diharapkan Sistem informasi perpustakaan sekolah berbasis web di SMK BP Subulul Huda yang dikembangkan dengan framework Laravel dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah pengelolaan perpustakaan yang masih menggunakan metode konvensional karena telah memiliki fitur-fitur yang telah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan-kebutuhan dari pengguna sistem informasi, yakni mengelola data buku, data anggota, transaksi peminjaman buku, transaksi pengembalian buku, data keuangan, dan laporan perpustakaan.Kata Kunci: sistem informasi perpustakaan, web, framework laravel

Abstract

Cost control is an important instrument to support the success of a business engaged in construction. Work in the field of construction requires a time limit for the completion of work and obeys the provisions of the quality of each item of work and is fully supervised by various parties involved in the implementation of the work. Accuracy in completing the work according to the scheduled schedule and in accordance with the job specifications specified in the work contract is an important element in the assessment of construction work which has an impact on billing project costs. The existence of an information system is a tool for project cost control that is needed to monitor every progress of work that has been done so that data management can be done quickly and accurately. Therefore, this system was built in order to be able to overcome problems such as calculating work unit price analysis, Compiling a Cost Budget Plan, Implementation Budget Plan, Job Costing, Scheduling, Progressing to billing terms that can be done in one integrated information system. Tools used in making this system is Visual Basic. The application design method uses the Togaf method. The results of this study are outlined in the form of a blueprint which is used as a reference in the development of a project cost control information system at PT. Selo Adi Karto. the research results have been analyzed using the chain and TOGAF methods which produce a proposed portfolio of applications that will become data for implementation. The architecture designed which is the result of this research is in the form of an integrated project cost control information system in computer network technology.

Abstract

Asphalt mixing plant is a production equipment that produces hot mix in the form of a mixture of asphalt with some aggregate materials used as road pavement materials. The asphalt mixing plant produces hot mix which must be at a certain temperature so that it does not harden and cannot be used for road pavement. The accuracy in the delivery time of the product to the location where it will be held determines the quality of the production after it is held on the road media. The existence of an information system is a tool for controlling production costs, in this case hotmix products produced from asphalt mixing plant machines are needed to monitor every production process from several departments that have been worked on so that data management can be done quickly and accurately. Seeing the existing problems, this research aims to design and build an industrial information system for the asphalt mixing plant at PT. Wasis by Nugraha. Tools used in making this system is Visual Basic. The application design method uses the ProtoTyping method. The results of this study are that with the design and construction of an industrial information system for the asphalt mixing plant at PT. Wasis Karya Nugraha received a very good category in the functional suitability aspect and a very appropriate predicate in the usability aspect in helping to overcome conventional system problems in the administration of raw material procurement to the production process, sending finished products to consumers and financial reporting which can be caused by human error.

Abstract

E-RT is a development of E-Government to improve public services so that people in the surrounding environment can more easily access information. One of the neighborhood Association functions is to create security, order, harmony and comfort in the environment. This security and order can be realized with one rule: guests must report 1 x 24 hours. However, the lack of public awareness of this rule means that the rule is not implemented. So this research aims to develop e-RT applications in the fields of security and order and comfort to increase effectiveness and efficiency, especially in reporting guests who come to the neighborhood Association environment as well as reporting on citizen activities and finances that are transparent and easy to access information. The approach used is qualitative with descriptive methods. The research results are in the form of an e-RT application that can be accessed by residents and neighborhood Association administrators. In this research, application design is based on user needs analysis, where data collection uses the interview method. In visualizing and building application model concepts, this research uses UML. Application testing uses the black box method with initial results containing errors in scenarios three and seven, so the test success is only 80%. After scenarios 3 and 7 have been repaired, especially in the coding part, the application can run 100% according to its needs or function. The conclusion in this research is that E-RT is a faster system for carrying out reporting without being limited by time and distance.

Abstract

Tax aggressiveness is a company's effort to reduce the tax burden. The reduction in taxes was due to differences in interests between companies and the government. This study aims to determine the effect of return on asset, leverage, capital intensity, and company size on tax aggressiveness. This study uses agency theory. This theory relates to the relationship between principal and agent. This type of research is quantitative using secondary data sources in the form of annual financial reports through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study were property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018-2022 as many as 53 companies. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling with 3 specified research criteria so that a sample size of 12 companies was obtained with 60 data obtained. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 24 application program. The results of the study showed that partially leverage, capital intensity and company size had a significant effect on tax aggressiveness, while return on assets did not have a significant effect on tax aggressiveness. To get better results in subsequent research, the population can be expanded to include more samples and other variables such as liquidity and corporate social responsibility can be used

Abstract

Income tax is one of the tax revenues whose revenues dominate tax revenues at KPP Pratama Ngawi, one of which is corporate income tax. The purpose of this study is to test the influence of ownership of Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) with PKP status, tax checking, tax collection and taxpayer compliance with corporate income tax revenue. The 4 variables studied include ownership of the Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) with PKP status, tax checking, tax collection and taxpayer compliance as independent variables and corporate income tax revenue as a dependent variable. This study was tried at the Primary Tax Service Office located in the Ngawi area. The study employs multiple linear regression analysis as well as hypothesis testing. The data used comes from primary data. The procedure for taking illustrations used is purposive sampling with illustration measurements using the formula slovin alpha 10%. The results of the study show that the obligation to own an NPWP with PKP status, Tax Collection, and Taxpayer Compliance have a significant negative effect on Corporate Income Tax. On the contrary, Tax Checking has a significant positive influence on Corporate Income Tax. Regarding this, it means that if it continues to be many tax auditors check taxes until corporate income tax revenues continue to increase

Abstract

Perkembangan pola konsumsi yang mudah diakses saat ini menjadikan literasi keuangan sebagai hal yang serius dan penting untuk diterapkan pada setiap kalangan remaja. Remaja harus mulai mampu mengelola keuangan untuk mencapai tujuan jangka panjang dalam kehidupan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dapat dilakukan dalam bentuk edukasi dan praktik pengelolaan keuangan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktik pengelolaan keuangan. Kegiatan dilakukan di SMK Bintama. Pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan di SMK Bintama Yogyakarta telah terlaksana edukasi dan praktik pengelolaan keuangan sebagai upaya peningkatan literasi keuangan remaja. Hasil kegiatan tampak peserta antusias mengikuti kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi sebelum dilakukan edukasi mayoritas peserta belum mengetahui tentang cara pengelolaan keuangan (20%) dan seluruh peserta belum melakukan pengelolaan keuangan pribadinya (100%). Evaluasi setelah kegiatan didapatkan hasil seluruh peserta mempraktekkan pengelolaan keuangan pribadinya dan hasil evaluasi pengetahuan menunjukkan 91% peserta memiliki pengetahuan kategori baik tentang pengelolaan keuangan. Melihat hasil yang ada maka tujuan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu upaya peningkatan literasi keuangan remaja berhasil dengan baik yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil evaluasi yang telah dilakukan.

Abstract

The purpose of community service that we carry out is to facilitate letter-making activities by training Rukun Tetangga administrators to utilize public service applications and manage public information so that residents can keep up with information developments and manage information. The purpose of our community service is to facilitate letter-making activities by training Rukun Tetangga administrators to utilize public service applications and manage public information so that residents can keep up with the development of information and financial management of RT. With the existence of this service application, it is hoped that it can overcome the process time of making letters of introduction and collecting data for residents, both permanent residents and contract residents. The E-RT application is expected to receive full attention from the government and related parties, the existence of standard service standards and infrastructure that meet, the inhibiting factors are public interest, lack of internal support, and lack of infrastructure maintenance, there must be more active information needed, but not just socialization, and training to the public to operate online and transparent funding accountability. A computerized system is needed to facilitate a service and provide information in carrying out a community service process. One of the service activities that is always carried out every day is the service of making all forms of Certificates, Notification Letters intended for residents containing Appeals/information, data collection of underprivileged residents and health information of residents in the Rukun Tetangga area for the current condition is still carried out manually. Manual data processing is not a wrong thing, but it is less effective for processing and calculating large amounts of data, and this can result in data loss. These unwanted mistakes will be very detrimental to the development of citizen data collection
