Abstract

The objectives of this research are to determine the procedure for developing a suitable and effective Chemistry online module, as well as to know its feasibility and effectiveness in Chemistry learning in high schools. In order to achieve these objectives, the researcher use some research and development process by combining the Rowntree development model and the ILDF (Integrative Learning Design Framework). The Rowntree model is used to develop product in the form of draft module through preparation process, writing preparation and writing. The draft module is then designed and developed into an online module through the ILDF development model. ILDF consist of exploration, enactment and evaluation stages. The objects of this study are the students in Science class and the Chemistry teacher. Data were collected based on questionnaires, interviews, and student test results. Formative evaluation given by subject matter expert, learning design expert, media expert, as well as students shows that this module is suitable for learning. Furthermore, based on the T Test result on the students learning outcomes in the field test, there is significant difference between student learning outcomes before and after using the online module. The difference is indicated by the increase of the average learning outcomes up to 43.75 as the result of the online module use. Therefore, online module are very effective to improve student learning outcomes in Chemistry learning.

Abstract

Training needs assessment or training needs analysis is a move made prior to training and a part in the design of integrated training in order to obtain a comprehensive picture of the material, the allocation of time, and learning strategies that should be applied in conducting Technical Guidance Training of Energy Auditor. In this case, identifying training needs (Training Needs Analysis) is the second step after identify desired result (SKKNI Comply) in the development of a training model Technical Guidance of energy Auditor. Identification of training needs carried out by the training institutions in the cement industry is micro case, namely the identification process to find out the "gap" the competence that is owned by the labor force with the requirements of the position. Program Technical Guidance Training of Energy Auditor prepared based on Standard of Competence Workplace of Indonesia (SKKNI) in the field audits of energy audit as desired field workforce performance which is refer to Human Performace Technology (HPT) model.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Covid-19 or Coronavirus has caused concern, fear, and even caused casualties, so the government issued a prevention of the virus, including a policy of closing schools to study at home. Then replace it with learning in bold or online. The problem is that not all schools and teachers can quickly and be able to do online learning or be brave properly. Therefore, one solution is through community service activities with activities including training on making websites as e-learning media for learning in schools, especially for teachers in DKI Jakarta and its surroundings. This activity was carried out starting on Saturday, August 29, 2020, which was attended by 57 participants, and was followed with full enthusiasm from all participants who came from the general public and teachers of SD, SMP, and SMA from the Jakarta and Bekasi areas. The method used in this activity is the training method, practice, and guidance, with the preparation stage, the meeting via zoom, and the monitoring stage via WhatsApp. The output of this training activity is that teachers have more understanding, ability, and skills in creating a website as a medium for e-learning in schools so that the quality of learning increases. The evaluation results of the assessment participants strongly agree (56%) that the material presented is good, strongly agree (67%) that the material is very important for improving the quality of learning, and strongly agree (78%) that the training material is very useful. ABSTRAK Virus Covid-19 atau Corona telah menimbulkan, kehawatiran, ketakutan dan bahkan telah menimbulkan korban nyawa, sehingga pemerintah mengeluarkan upaya pencegahan virus tersebut antara lain kebijakan meliburkan sekolah untuk belajar di rumah. Selanjutnya menggantinya dengan pembelajaran secara daring atau online. Masalahnya adalah tidak semua sekolah dan guru dapat secara cepat dan mampu melakukan pembelajaran secara online atau daring secara baik. Oleh karena itu salah satu solusinya adalah melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan kegiatannya antara lain pelatihan pembuatan website sebagai media pembelajaran e-learning di sekolah, khususnya bagi guru di wilayah DKI Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan mulai hari Sabtu, 29 Agustus 2020 yang diikuti oleh sebanyak 57 peserta, dan diikuti dengan penuh antusias dari seluruh peserta yang berasal dari umum dan guru SD, SMP dan SMA dari wilayah Jakarta, dan Bekasi, Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan metode pelatihan, praktik dan pembimbingan, dengan tahapan persiapan, pelatihan melalui zoom meeting dan tahap monitoring melalui whatshapp. Output dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah guru lebih memiliki pemahaman, kemampuan dan ketrampilan dalam membuat sebuah website sebagai media pembelajaran e-learning di sekolah, sehingga kualitas pembelajaran menjadi meningkat. Dan dari hasil evaluasi peserta menilai sangat setuju (56%) bahwa materi yang disampaikan sudah baik, sangat setuju (67%) bahwa materi sangat penting bagi peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, dan sangat setuju (78%) materi pelatihan sangat bermanfaat.

Abstract

ABSTRACTEthics is an important requirement for all existing professions so as not to take actions that deviate from the law. Ethics are life values and norms and laws that govern human behavior. Ethics also examines and critically examines what is good and bad from an action formulated in ethical principles. Ethics questions the basis behind a moral principle. Thus, ethics questions why by a certain ethical principle an action is judged to be morally good or bad. In addition to this, ethics also deals with an explanation of what things should make an action judged good or bad if not for this or because of it as examined and critically tested on certain ethical principles.Main Key : Social Ethics ABSTRAKEtika menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi semua profesi yang ada agar tidak melakukan tindakan yang menyimpang hukum. Etika merupakan nilai-nilai hidup dan norma - norma serta hukum yang mengatur perilaku manusia. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning independence and cognitive style on social studies learning outcomes for seventh grade students of Singkawang State Junior High School. This research was conducted on seventh grade students of public junior high school in Singkawang city, West Kalimantan. The time of the research was carried out in the odd first semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. This study uses a survey method with a regression approach. Data collection techniques used are indirect communication techniques for learning independence data as well as cognitive style and documentation for student social studies learning outcomes data. As for knowing the effect of learning independence and cognitive style on student learning outcomes, simple linear regression formulas and multiple regressions using the computerized program SPSS 16.0 will be used. By using this SPSS, the results of data analysis stated that there was an influence between learning independence and cognitive style on student learning outcomes of 0.765 (R) with R Square of 0.575 which was determined by the formula KD = R2 x 100% (KD = 0.575 x 100%) to 57.5%, while 42.5% was influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. And in this study, the level of influence was found to be sufficient.

Abstract

The purpose of community service is to increase understanding and apply character education in supporting tourist villages, as well as increasing the community's ability to make laser engraving crafts in order to increase the income of Cisaat villagers. The method used is a workshop for character education and Laser Engraving, followed by discussions and questions and answers, then practicing character education and the practice of making laser engraving on Tumbler with variations of image of the Cisaat village logo. Character education books were distributed, and engraved Tumblers were distributed to participants, some were kept for sale. The results showed that, an increase in understanding of good character is shown by an increase in the post-test score (8.86) by 25.50% or 1.8 points compared to the pretest (7.06) with tcount (11.023) > ttable (2.064). Second, the engraved Tumbler is marketed/sold with a profit calculation of 30%, after analyzing Cost of Production, Cost of Sold, BEP unit (Break Event Point) per unit. Abstrak Tujuan Pengabdian pada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan mengaplikasikan Pendidikan karakter dalam menunjang desa wisata, serta meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat dalam membuat kerajinan grafir laser dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan warga desa Cisaat. Metode yang digunakan yaitu workshop untuk Pendidikan karakter dan Laser Grafir, dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab, kemudian mempraktekan Pendidikan karakter dan praktik pembuatan grafir laser pada media Tambler dengan variasi gambar khas logo desa Cisaat. Buku pendididkan Karakter dibagikan, dan Tumbler yang sudah digrafir dibagikan ke peserta, sebagian lagi disimpan untuk dijual. Hasil pengabdian ini Pertama meningkatnya pemahaman karakter yang baik ditunjukkan peningkatan skor post test (8.86) sebesar 25,50% atau sebesar 1,8 poin dibandingkan dengan pretest (7,06) dengan thitung (11.023) > ttabel (2,064). Kedua, Tumbler yang sudah digrafir dipasarkan/dijual dengan perhitungan keuntungan 30%, setelah menganalisis HPP (Harga Pokok Produksi), HPPj (Harga Pokok Penjualan), BEP unit (Break Event Point)per unit. Abstract

This research focuses on applying technology in collaborative learning, specifically through online platforms that connect students and the workforce. It is objective is to enhance synergy among the workforce, students, and educators to improve learning quality. The case study methodology follows Creswell’s qualitative approach with five key steps: planning the case study; data collection; analysis; result interpretation; and reporting. The research explores innovative online platforms to create a comprehensive and diverse learning experience. Technology enables access to materials, virtual classrooms, e-books, mobile learning, and internship programs, fostering flexible and engaging education. Collaborative learning with workforce participation enhances effectiveness and skills. Students gain work experience related to their fields through active interaction with practitioners. At the same time, educators refine teaching methods and understand workforce demands-the synergy among the workforce, students, and educators’ mutually beneficial relationships. The workforce leverages student resources for problem-solving and innovation, while students enhance their networks. Educators gain input for curriculum improvement. The research enhances education quality, prepares students for the dynamic workforce, and aligns educational programs with industry demands. It emphasizes the importance of collaborative learning, integrating online platforms to increase skill development.

Abstract

Berdasarkan fakta di lapangan dan diperkuat observasi awal, sebagian besar guru belum mampu merancang dan melaksanakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan baik. Salah satu kompetensi yang harus terus ditingkatkan yaitu kompetensi professional. Dengan penelitian Tindakan kelas, diharapkan dapat menghasilkan solusi ilmiah yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat untuk membantu guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi professional guru dalam menyusun proposal penelitian tindakan kelas. Abstract

Modul digital merupakan bahan pembelajaran dengan visualisasi konten berformat digital yang dapat diakses menggunakan perangkat elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa modul digital interaktif serta efektivitasnya dalam pembelajaran. Modul digital interaktif dikembangkan mengadopsi tahapan model Alessi dan Trollip yaitu planning, design, dan development. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan test hasil belajar terkiat kemampuan pemecahan matematis. Berdasarkan hasil uji alpha modul digital interaktif, penilaian ahli desain 83.3%, penilaian ahli materi 82%, dan penilaian ahli media 84.34%. Penilaian peserta didik terhadap modul digital interaktif 82.4% (sangat praktis). Penerapan modul digital interaktif dalam pembelajaran matematika dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan matematis dengan peningkatan 0.4 (sedang). Digital modules are learning materials with visualisation of digital format content that can be accessed using electronic devices. This research aims to develop learning media in the form of interactive digital modules and their effectiveness in learning. The interactive digital module was developed adopting the stages of the Alessi and Trollip model, namely planning, design, and development. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and learning outcomes tests related to mathematical solving ability. Based on the results of the interactive digital module alpha test, the design expert assessment 83.3%, material expert assessment 82%, and media expert assessment 84.34%. Learners' assessment of interactive digital modules 82.4% (very practical). The application of interactive digital modules in learning mathematics can improve mathematical solution skills with an increase of 0.4 (medium).
