Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh data secara empiris mengenai pengaruh strategi pembelajaran dan pengetahuan awal terhadap hasil belajar teknik listrik dasar otomotif kelas X SMK Teknik Kendaraan Ringan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian treatment by level 2 x 2. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dan pembahasan penelitian, didapat hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: Pertama, hasil belajar Teknik Listrik Dasar Otomotif pada kelompok yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran project base learning lebih tinggi dari pada kelompok yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori pada siswa kelas X. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan pengetahuan awal terhadap hasil belajar Teknik Listrik Dasar Otomotif siswa kelas X. Ketiga, pada kelompok siswa berpengetahuan awal tinggi, hasil belajar Teknik Listrik Dasar Otomotif lebih tinggi jika menggunakan strategi pembelajaran project base learning dibandingkan dengan yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori. Keempat, pada kelompok siswa berpengetahuan awal rendah, tidak terdapat perbedaan antara yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran project base learning dengan yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori.

Penelitian menggunakan R&D dengan metode ADDIE dan Borg & Gall sebagai penelitian pendahuluan. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Teknik Elektronika Industri, dengan jumlah responden 31 siswa yang akan mengambil mata pelajaran perekayasaan sistem kontrol. Penelitian ini merancang trainer mikrokontroler sebagai media pembelajaran pada kurikulum 2013 dengan melihat nilai kognitif dan psikomotor sebagai hasil peningkatan siswa. Penelitian ini dibuat karena perubahan kurikulum yang berdampak pada perubahan mata pelajaran praktikum yang mengakibatkan kebutuhan akan prasarana sebagai penunjang belajar praktikum. Penilaian menggunakan tes pilihan ganda yang sudah divalidasi terlebih dahulu dan kemudian diujikan kepada siswa dengan membandingkan antara nilai pretest dan posttest. Kemudian, penelitian ini menggunakan uji-t sebagai perhitungan dalam mengetahui tingkat efektifitas belajar baik secara kognitif maupun psikomotor.Kata kunci: ADDIE, Trainer Mikrokontroler, psikomotorik, efektifitas

Online learning is a form of learning that can answer the times, technological advances and knowledge of learning development in universities. This study uses the R&D method in designing online learning. The online learning design is carried out on human performance technology courses using the PEDATI model combined with a project-based learning approach. The PEDATI model itself has several design steps starting from formulating online learning, mapping material, determining asynchronous or synchronous and designing the selected learning path. Asynchronous learning at PEDATI which consists of, deepening, applying and evaluating with a project-based learning approach that has six steps. The results of the research resulted in an online learning design which consisted of formulating learning outcomes, mapping materials, making asynchronous learning flows combined with project-based learning syntax.

This article aimed at illustrating how students’ personalities (introvert and extrovert) affects their learning outcomes of chemistry subject when the teacher employs two learning models, i.e. inside-outside circle and snowball throwing. This research uses quantitative approach, particularly quasi experiment. The result of the research showed that the learning outcomes of chemistry by extrovert students were higher when using inside-outside circle learning model compared to snowball throwing. On the other hand, the learning outcomes of introvert students who studied chemistry were higher when using snowball throwing learning model compared to inside-outside circle. The finding of this research that shows the learning outcomes differences regarding students’ personalities are interesting to be considered by the teachers in selecting and developing learning activities in classroom to improve the students’ learning outcomes optimally. Abstrak Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana pengaruh kepribadian siswa (introvert dan ekstrovert) terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran Kimia di antara dua model pembelajaran, yaitu inside-outside circle dan snowball throwing. Penelitian ini berpendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan kuasi eksperimen semu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar Kimia dari siswa dengan kepribadian ekstrovert ketika menggunakan model pembelajaran inside-outside circle lebih tinggi dibanding ketika menggunakan model pembelajaran snowball throwing. Di sisi lain, siswa yang berkepribadian introvert ketika menggunakan model pembelajaran snowball throwing hasil belajarnya lebih tinggi dibandingkan ketika menggunakan model pembelajaran inside-outside circle. Temuan yang menunjukkan perbedaan hasil belajar dilihat dari faktor kepribadian ini menarik sebagai pertimbangan guru dalam memilih dan mengembangkan pembelajaran di kelas agar hasil belajarnya lebih optimal.

Electronic modules have an important role because they can help the learning process of students. The problems obtained can be seen from the motivation and learning outcomes that cannot be said to be optimal, one of the causes is the lack of learning media used. With the use of electronic modules, abstract material can be concreted and make students interested and motivated in learning and can improve learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of the electronic module on cognitive learning outcomes on social change material in the Education package C program. The research approach used was a quantitative approach. The type of research used is Pre-Experimental. The design used in this research is One Group Pretest-Posttest. The research subjects were students of class XII package C program, totaling 38 students with 17 males and 21 females. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, and tests. The instrumentes used are in the form of an objective test with a total of 10 items. The analysis of improving learning outcomes was analyzed using the N-Gain formula. N-Gain is used to calculate the increase in learning outcomes. Based on the N-gain analysis, student learning outcomes show a value of 0.60 in the medium category and the value of the effectiveness of N-gain in percent is 60 with an effective enough category. So learning by using electronic modules can improve student learning outcomes.

Current technological developments encourage the development of many electronic modules that affect the learning process. The problem of learning mathematics obtained lies in learning outcomes that are not optimal, one of the causes is the lack of learning resources used and limited study time. With the use of electronic modules, material can be presented in various ways, giving students the flexibility to study independently without being bound by time and place. So that it allows students to improve their learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of the electronic module on cognitive learning outcomes in the flat-sided wake-up material. The research approach used is quantitative. The type of research used is pre-Experimental. The design used in this research is One Group Pretest-Posttest. The research subjects were class VIII students, totalling 32 students with 14 males and 18 females. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, and tests. The test instrument used was in the form of an objective test with a total of 10 items. The analysis of improving learning outcomes was analyzed using the N-Gain formula. N-Gain is used to calculate the increase in learning outcomes. Based on the N-gain analysis, student learning outcomes show a value of 0.61 or in percent is 61% with a fairly effective category. So learning by using the electronic mathematics module is quite effective in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract: The accuracy in choosing a learning strategy is an important part in the effort to improve the achievement of student learning outcomes. Hence, this study aims to determine the effect of learning strategy and logical-mathematical intelligence as well as its interaction with mathematics learning outcomes.  This study used on experimental research by level 2 x 2 with 18 people were taken by simple random sampling in Islamic Elementary School (SD Islam) Karya mukti. The result of this research found that there is an interaction effect between learning and logical-mathematical intelligence to match learning outcomes. Thus the selection of the relevant strategy, the acquisition of mathematics learning outcomes are influenced by the ability of the teacher to understand the characteristics of their students. The strategy applied to optimize the mathematics teacher of mathematics learning outcomes of students who have a logical-mathematical intelligence.Keywords : strategy, logical–mathematical intelligence, learning outcomes mathematicsAbstrak: Ketepatan dalam memilih strategi pembelajaran adalah bagian penting dalam upaya meningkatkan pencapaian hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen rancangan treatment by level 2 x 2 dengan sampel 18 orang diambil secara simple random sampling di SD Islam karya mukti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan kecerdasan logis matematis terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Sehingga pemilihan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan guru dalam memahami karakteristik siswanya. This study analysed the implementation of the Indonesian Qualification Framework based vocational curriculum in the three years program of an electronics engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The analysis was focused on lecturers and students’ views. This evaluation used the model of Context, Input, Process, Product by involving 49 students in the 3rd semester, 6 lecturers, and administration staff. The findings showed that the implemented learning activities using the new curriculum paradigm are reliable. The context analysis indicated the correlation between lecturers’ competence and qualification and the goals of the study program. The input analysis showed that the lecturer's assignment was appropriate and correspond with lecturers’ subject and education background. The process analysis revealed that the learning process was in accordance with the lectures’ planning. In addition, the practicum activities were reportedly consistent with the academic calendar. The product analysis, in the form of courses distribution each semester, suggested that the needs for improvement to fit the new curriculum paradigm design.
