Abstract

This community service activity was conducted to address the need for improving organizational culture in order to enhance employee productivity at Yayasan Pendidikan Tajaul Karomah, Desa Situ Gadung, Kabupaten Tangerang. The background of this activity stems from the observation that a weak organizational culture negatively affects employee performance and overall productivity among teachers, staff, and other employees. The primary objective was to strengthen the organizational culture to support increased productivity within the foundation. The activity was held in the auditorium of Yayasan Pendidikan Tajaul Karomah on May 4, 2024, and was facilitated by 12 lecturers from Universitas Pamulang. The participants consisted of 25 teachers, staff, and employees of the foundation. The implementation of the community service involved three phases: planning, execution, and reporting. The methods employed during the activity included material presentations, practical exercises, group discussions, and question-and-answer sessions to ensure active participation and effective knowledge transfer. The results showed a marked improvement in participants’ understanding of organizational culture and its role in enhancing productivity. Participants reported increased motivation and a more cooperative working environment after the activity. These findings indicate that deliberate efforts to develop organizational culture can significantly improve employee productivity in educational institutions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan budaya rganisasi terhadap kinerja dosen di STIKES Widya Dharma Husada Tangerang Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang diperoleh dengan nilai probability. Komunikasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen dengan persamaan regresi Y= 4,597+0,630X1+0,200X2, nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,891 dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,794 atau 74,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 20,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F-hitung > F-tabel (191,101 > 3,09). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara komunikasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja dosen di STIkes Widya Dharma Husada Tangerang Selatan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Employee Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT. Aeon Mall Indonesia BSD City Tangerang Selatan both associative partial and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling and the population and sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis. Correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis test. The results of this study both partially and simultaneously Employee Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT. Aeon Mall Indonesia BSD City Tangerang Selatan with a contribution of 52.1%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia Cleaning Service Division at Permata Bank Bintaro, South Tangerang. The method used is associative quantitative. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling and the sample in this study was 61 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS software version 26. Hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (3,697 > 2,001). The hypothesis test obtained by the value of t count > t table or (4,872 > 2,001). leadership and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 15.666 + 0.191X1 + 0.386X2, the correlation value or the level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is obtained at 0.598, meaning it has a moderate relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination or contribution to its influence simultaneously is 35.7% while the remaining 64.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (16.106 > 3.160). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence simultaneously leadership and work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most critical aspects that determine the quality of public services, especially at the sub-district government level. In this context, understanding the factors that influence performance, such as the physical work environment and work loyalty, becomes essential to improve service delivery and organizational effectiveness. This study aims to investigate the effect of the physical work environment and work loyalty on employee performance at the Cibungbulang Sub-District Office, Bogor Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative approach. The population consisted of 59 respondents, and a saturated sampling technique was used, meaning that the entire population was taken as the sample. As a result, the total sample size was 59 individuals. Data analysis was conducted through several stages, including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that the physical work environment has a strong and positive relationship with employee performance. A conducive physical environment not only enhances comfort and safety but also supports productivity and motivation, leading to improved individual performance. Similarly, work loyalty shows a very strong connection to performance. Loyal employees tend to have a deeper commitment to their duties, greater responsibility, and a stronger drive to contribute to the organization's goals, which significantly improves their work output. When both variables—physical work environment and work loyalty—are examined together, they show a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance. This suggests that efforts to enhance physical workplace conditions and foster employee loyalty should be prioritized together, as their combined influence can drive meaningful improvements in public service performance.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the key factors that determine the success of an organization. In a competitive business environment, companies need employees who are disciplined, productive, and able to manage work pressure effectively. However, many organizations still face challenges related to low employee performance caused by a lack of work discipline and increasing levels of work stress. This research aims to determine the influence of discipline and work stress on employee performance at PT Tunas Ridean Tbk Ciputat Branch, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this research consists of eighty-five employees who were all used as respondents through a census technique. Data were collected using a closed-ended Likert scale questionnaire distributed via WhatsApp groups and processed using SPSS version 27. The analysis included descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that discipline and work stress significantly affect employee performance both partially and simultaneously. High discipline encourages employees to be more responsible and productive, while excessive work stress tends to decrease performance. The study implies that companies should strengthen work discipline consistently while managing employee stress through supportive leadership and a healthy work environment.

Abstract

ABSTRAK             Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, menganalisis pengaruh  kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, menganalisis pengaruh  kepemimpinan dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Medika BSD Tangerang.            Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan  Rumah Sakit Medika BSD Tangerang Tahun 2016 sebanyak 151 orang. Adapun sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 97 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode  random sampel yang bersifat heterogen dimana data ini diperoleh secara langsung dari sumber utama dan diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diperoleh dari Karyawan Rumah Sakit Medika BSD Tangerang Tahun 2016. Adapun alat pengujian hipotesis menggunakan software SPSS  22.            Dari hasil uji regresi didapatkan variabel kompensasi (X2) memiliki nilai beta yang paling besar yaitu 0,483 dengan signifikansi 0,000, diikuti oleh variabel  kepemimpinan (X1) dengan nilai beta 0,227 dan signifikansi 0,009. Nilai R Square menunjukkan nilai 0,347 atau 34,70%, hal tersebut bisa diartikan bahwa 34,70% kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Medika BSD Tangerang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kepemimpinan dan kompensasi, sisanya sebesar 65,30% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain.            Kesimpulannya adalah kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan  dan kompensasi. Faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah kompensasi. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Kinerja
