Abstract

Along the industry revolution 4.0 progress, there are many applications created to help people to do their jobs. Suc as registration online application to continue their study in university, applying jobs, and employment registration. The most popular files format today that people commonly use are *.jpeg and 8.pdf. Because many registration or administration filing digital management use these kind of soft files. Therefore, System Information Program of Sari Mutiara Indonesia University went to schools to do community service to teach students to do Workshop in SMK Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru Kabupaten Deliserdang. The workshop materials are : Nitro Software Installation, Tutorial and Practical with Ntrio 10 and Microsoft Picture Manager. The goals of the Community Service is to train the students to know how to convert any Office Applications documents format into *.pdf format, manipulate or change the size of an image or picture and how to put it in one documents.

Abstract

Hypertension is a disorder of the circulatory system, which quite a lot interferes with public health. Many people do not realize that they suffer from hypertension. This is because the symptoms are not real and in the early stages have not left a serious disturbance to his health. Proteinuria is the presence of urine protein in the human body that exceeds its normal value of 150 mg/24 hours. This study aims to determine the description of urine protein in patients with hypertension at Herna Hospital Medan in 2021 using the Acetic Acid Method. This type of research was conducted descriptively. Where the population in this study were all patients with hypertension at Herna Hospital in October 2021, while the sample was a total population of 10 people with hypertension. The sample taken was urine at the time and immediately examined. From research on samples of patients with hypertension, it was found that as many as 2 samples (20%) had urine protein +2, urine protein +3 as much as 1 sample (10%), and 7 samples were negative (70%). The results of this study indicate that urine protein in patients with hypertension does not always show positive results. In the future researchers in order to be able to examine urine protein with other methods on urine samples of patients with hypertension. Keywords: urine protein; hypertension; acetic acid methodABSTRAK Hipertensi merupakan gangguan pada sistem peredaran darah, yang cukup banyak mengganggu kesehatan masyarakat. Banyak orang tidak menyadari bahwa dirinya menderita hipertensi. Hal ini disebabkan gejalanya yang tidak nyata dan pada stadium awal belum meninggalkan gangguan yang serius pada kesehatannya. Proteinuria adalah adanya protein urin dalam tubuh manusia yang melebihi nilai normalnya yaitu 150 mg/24 jam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran protein urin pada penderita hipertensi di Rumah Sakit Herna Medan Tahun 2021 dengan menggunakan Metode Asam Asetat. Jenis penelitian ini dilakukan secara deskriptif. Dimana populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh penderita hipertensi di Rumah Sakit Herna pada bulan Oktober 2021, sedangkan sampel adalah total populasi sebanyak 10 orang penderita hipertensi. Sampel yang diambil adalah urin sewaktu dan langsung dilakukan pemeriksaan. Dari penelitian terhadap sampel penderita hipertensi diperoleh hasil bahwa sebanyak 2 sampel (20%) memiliki protein urin +2, protein urin +3 sebanyak 1 sampel (10%), dan negatif sebanyak 7 sampel (70%). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa protein urin pada penderita hipertensi tidak selalu menunjukkan hasil yang positif. Pada peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat melakukan pemeriksaan protein urin dengan metode lain pada sampel urin penderita hipertensi.Kata kunci: protein urin; hipertensi; metode asam asetat

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) type II is a metabolic disorder disease characterized by an increase in blood glucose due to a decrease in insulin secretion by pancreatic beta cells or impaired insulin function (insulin resistance). Blood glucose is a carbohydrate that circulates in the body in the metabolic process. Monitoring blood sugar levels is needed in establishing a diagnosis, especially for Diabetes Mellitus (DM). Blood glucose levels can be checked when the patient is in a fasting condition or it can also be when the patient comes to check, with the results of the examination of blood glucose levels when >200 mg / dl, while for the results of glucose levels during fasting >126 mg / dl.. This type of research is descriptive. A tool to measure blood glucose levels using the Glucometer Method. The time of the study was carried out from January to March at the Islamic Malahayati Medan Hospital’s Laboratory by taking 10 samples. Data collection is carried out by direct examination of blood glucose levels in patients with Diabetes Mellitus at Malahayati Medan Islamic Hospital in March-April 2022. From the results of examination of blood glucose levels in 10 samples of type II diabetes mellitus (DM) aged 50-60 years with glucometer method at Malahayati Islam hospital Medan 2022 obtained the results that all samples showed an average blood glucose level value above 220 mg / dl and increased from its normal value. Abstract

Kadar besi adalah metel berwarna putih keperakan liat dan dapat dibentuk . dialam didapat sebagai hematit. Didalam air minum Fe menimbulkan rasa, warna (kuning), pengendapan pada dinding pipa, pertumbuhan bakteri besi, dan kekeruhan. Besi dibutuhkan oleh tubuh dalam pembentuk hemaglobin. Banyaknya Fe dalam tubuh dikendalikan pada fase absorbsi. Tubuh manusia tidak dapat mengexkresikan Fe karenanya mereka yang serinng mendapat transfusi darah, warna kulitnya menjadi hitam karena akumulasi Fe. Sekalipun Fe itu diperlukan oleh tubuh, tetapi dalam dosis besar dapat merusak dinding usus, dan menurunya fungsi paru-paru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya kadar besi (Fe) pada air sumur gali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Spektrofotometer Serapan Atom (SSA). Sampel ini diambil dari penduduk komplek Rahayu Jalan Mangaan IV Lingkungan III Mabar Hilir Medan dan penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Kesehatan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Waktu penelitian ini 14-16 Agustus 2018. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat dengan jumlah hasil , 1,64 mg/L , 5,835 mg/L , 2,98 mg/L, 2,4 mg/L, 3,195 mg/L, Maka dari 5 sampel tidak memenuhi syarat standart kualitas air bersih. Izin Permenkes R.I.No.416/MENKES/PER/IX/1990. Abstract : Iron is a silvery white metel and can be formed. natural is obtained as hematite. In drinking water Fe causes taste, color (yellow), precipitation on the pipe wall, growth of iron bacteria, and turbidity. Iron is needed by the body in forming hemaglobin. The amount of Fe in the body is controlled in the absorption phase. The human body cannot excrete Fe, hence those who often get blood transfusions, their skin color becomes black due to the accumulation of Fe. Even though Fe is needed by the body, but in large doses can damage the intestinal wall, and reduce lung function. The purpose of this study was to determine the presence or absence of iron (Fe) levels in the dug well water of Rahayu. This study uses the atomic absorption spectrophotometer method (AAS). This sample was taken from the residents of the Rahayu Complex Road Mangaan IV Neighborhood III Mabar downstream field and this study was conducted at the Regional Health Laboratory of North Sumatera Province. The time of this study was 14-16 August 2018.. From the research results there were a number of results, 1, 64 mg / L, 5,835 mg / L, 2.98 mg / L, 2.4 mg / L, 3,195 mg / L, So from the 5 samples do not meet the standard requirements for clean water quality. Abstract

Buah cherry adalah salah satu buah berbiji, tanaman ini tumbuh subur di iklim sub tropis Pada manisan buah chrery sering ditambahkan sebagai bahan pengawet natrium benzoat, dengan tujuan untuk menghambat pertumbuhan mikroba, jamur dan dapat menjadi bahan pengawet yang disimpan dalam waktu yang relativ lama. Biasanya manisan cherry yang tidak menggunakan bahan hanya dapat bertahan paling lama kurang dari lima hari, lebih dari itu manisan tersebut sudah tidak layak untuk dikonsumsi, sebab akan tercemar mikroba ataupun jamur. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah eksperimen laboratorium uji kualitatif dan kuantitatif. dengan preaksi etanol dan asam sulfat untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya natrium benzoat yang terdapat dalam sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari 5 sampel manisan cherry semuanya positip mengandung benzoat dengan kadar benzoat pada manisan buah cherry yang diperjual belikan dipasar petisah Medan. Untuk sampel A : 321,18 mg/kg, sampel B : 315,48 mg/Kg,sampel C : 348,22 mg/Kg,sampel D : 199,23 mg Kg.,sampel E : 88,13 mg/Kg. Dari hasil penelitian ini, semua sampel manisan buah cherry masih dalam ambang yaitu 1gr/Kg hasil ini masih dalam ambang batas ketentuan diperbolehkan. Sesuai peraturan kementerian kesehatan RI No. 722/Menkes/per/IX/1988 tentang penggunaan bahan tambahan makanan natrium benzoat yang ditetapkan Permenkes. Dengan demikian, manisan cherry diperjualbelikan dipasar petisah masih aman untuk dikonsumsi. Abstract : Cherry fruit is a seeded fruit, this plant thrives in sub-tropical climates. Candied fruit cherries are often added as preservatives of sodium benzoate, with the aim of inhibiting the growth of microbes, fungi and can be preservatives stored for relatively long periods of time. Usually cherry sweets that do not use ingredients can only last for less than five days, more than that they are not suitable for consumption, because they will be contaminated by microbes or fungi. The method used in this study is a qualitative and quantitative laboratory test experiment. with ethanol and sulfuric acid reaction to determine the presence or absence of sodium benzoate contained in the sample. Based on the results of the study of 5 candied cherry samples all positive containing benzoate with benzoate levels in candied fruit candies that are sold and traded in Medan Medan market. For sample A: 321.18 mg / kg, sample B: 315.48 mg / Kg, sample C: 348.22 mg / Kg, sample D: 199.23 mg Kg, sample E: 88.13 mg / Kg . From the results of this study, all candied cherry fruit samples were still within the threshold of 1gr / kg this result was still within the allowed threshold. In accordance with the regulation of the Indonesian Ministry of Health No. 722 / Menkes / per / IX / 1988 concerning the use of sodium benzoate food additives set by Permenkes. Abstract

Alcohol is an organic compound that can affect the central nerves and layers of the human body to some extent. Fermented sugar palm is a type of alcoholic beverage that is also made from various types of sugar palm. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the level of alcohol contained in sugar palm and to determine the type of alcoholic drink from sugar palm. The method used in this study is destrictive using the distillation method. The test results obtained alcoholic sugar from sugar of 4.93-8.47% alcoholic drinks included, both in samples A and B. Sample A contains 1-5% alcohol and Sample B contains 5-20% alcohol. The results obtained from research on the determination of alcohol levels in sugar palm have fulfilled the requirements of Permenkes.

Abstract

Uric acid is the final product of purine metabolism (adenine dan guanine) and is a constituent of nucleic acids. This is the end of the biological process of the menstrual cycle decreases in esterogen levels uric acid levels in women are generally low and only increase after menopause because menopause is a point where women no longer produce esterogen, estradiol is the largest part of estradiol esterogen plays a role in helping uric acid excretion get sick through urin. The population in this study were menopausal women. Aims to determine uric acid levels in menopausal women. Research with the title analysis of uric acid levels in menopausal women in the hamlet XI village Bandar khalipah sub district percut sei master 2018.uses the easytouch brand stick tool. uses descriptive cross sectional research type. Examination of uric acid levels 20 samples of post menopausal women obrained normal uric acid levels of 11 people (55%) and uric acid is levels increased by 9 people (45%). Abstract

Penelitian tentang kandungan vitamin C pada buah mangga (Mangifera indica) yang dipercepat pematangannya dengan hidrazin menggunakan kalsium karbida, dengan menggunakan metode 2,4 dinitrofenil hidrazin dengan spektrofotometer. Prosedur 2,4 dinitrogen mengukur total askorbit pada buah dan tanaman. Pematangan buah mangga dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel kalsium karbida 1,2,3 dan 4 g / Kg selama 1 sampai 4 hari sampai buah mangga matang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandungan vitamin C tertinggi adalah pada pemasakan dengan menggunakan kalsium karbida. 4g / kg mangga.

Abstract

Research was done to determine the phospholipid types and the phosphorus concentration in the total phospholipids extracted from the erythrocytes from patients with normal blood pressure and patients with hypertention. Bloods samples from normal bloods pressure patients and hypertention patients were separated by centrifuge to obtain erythrocytes which were then extracted to obtain lipids. The phospholipids types were determined by thin layer hromatography and the phosphorous concentration were measure by spectrophotometry. Both blood samples contained the phospholipid types, however the phosphorous concentration of total phospholipid was highes in erythrocytes of the hypertention patient than the normal blood pressure patien, or an average of 3,2376 mg/ml from erythrocytes of hypertention patient and 1,6199 mg/ml from normal blood pressure patien

Abstract

Personal protective equipment (PPE) is very necessary when working, one of which is a workplace that requires gloves, namely workshop mechanics. One of the PPE needed by workshop mechanics is gloves. Even though it's not like masks are always required to be used to avoid exposure to heavy metals, gloves are considered to be able to protect themselves from exposure to heavy metals. Pb (Lead) is a heavy metal. Exposure to Lead (Pb) is closely related to its accumulation in body tissues which causes disruption of physiological processes both directly and indirectly at the molecular level. Lead can cause chronic effects due to lead entering through the respiratory tract, nails, skin which enters the body and digestive tract and then spreads into the blood and will inhibit heme synthesis. As a result, Pb can reduce blood Hb production which can result in the emergence of other health problems. Therefore hand protection needs to be used by people who need more protection such as tire patchers who handle motorbike repairs. Gloves have many benefits for protecting mechanics working in workshops. The main purpose of giving gloves is to protect the hands of the tire patcher when working in a workshop where the nails have the potential to be exposed to heavy metals. After distributing these gloves, it is hoped that they will be able to suppress or minimize the exposure of workshop mechanics to heavy metals, in addition to educating mechanics and workshop entrepreneurs about the importance of maintaining and protecting themselves while doing work.
