Abstract

The research was motivated by the presence of domestic wastewater in Bungo Regency which has affected the quality of river water and surface water and has the potential to damage the environmental ecosystem. This research aims to find out how Bungo Regency Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2018 is implemented regarding domestic wastewater management and to find out what factors influence the successful implementation of domestic wastewater management policies in Bungo Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive data approach. Research was conducted at the Environmental Service, Housing and Settlement Service, restaurants, river watersheds (Batang Tebo and Batang Bungo watersheds), laundry businesses, motorbike repair shops, palm oil companies, traditional market environments and residential areas which became sources. from domestic wastewater. In determining the sample this research used techniques purposive And accidental sampling of course based on certain criteria or characteristics that are relevant and valid as well as informants who truly understand and know the topic in order to complete the required information and data. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, for data analysis techniques, the Miles and Huberman model is used which consists of data collection activities, data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of Bungo Regency Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2018 concerning Domestic Wastewater Management is quite good. Several educational activities have been carried out by the local government in several schools, but these activities have not been carried out evenly across all schools in Bungo Regency. Next, the assistance activities carried out in making environmental permits (environmental approval documents) have been running and DLH has facilitated all stakeholders who process waste water management permits. Judging from the coordination between government agencies, namely the Department of Housing and Settlements (Perkim) and the Department of Public Works (PU), as well as related agencies, the coordination of the implementation of tasks regarding domestic wastewater management has not been carried out optimally. This means there is no coordination as a form of effort to prevent domestic wastewater pollution. Policy implementation is analyzed through five indicators according to Edward III, namely communication, resources, disposition, bureaucratic structure.

Abstract

The problem of clean water today is a concern in all regions including the Bungo Regency and this study aims to determine the role of the Health Office in the development of community-based water supply and sanitation. By using a descriptive method of qualitative approach and data collection techniques by interviewing informants as many as 17 people. With the results of the study of the Role of the Bungo District Health Office in the Regency of Bungo in evaluating the sources of community-based drinking water supply and the construction of Pamsimas. In accordance with the regulations and main tasks. There are still many community-based sources of drinking water whose quality is beyond the supervision of the Bungo District Health Office. In carrying out the implementation of supervising community-based drinking water supply the Bungo District Health Office is less than optimal, there are barriers such as inadequate human resources, with a less than optimal number of officers, facilities and infrastructure that have not supported good service. Abstract

Dari 37 provinsi di Indonesia, Jambi mencatat inflasi yang paling tinggi, yakni mencapai 8,55 persen. Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Jambi melaporkan ada dua daerah yang menjadi penyumbang inflasi tertinggi nasional. Keduanya ialah Kota Jambi dan Kabupaten Bungo. Inflasi terjadi karena masalah ketersediaan barang kebutuhan dan harganya di pasaran yang sedang naik. Fakta pembentuk inflasi yang mempengaruhi tingkat inflasi di Kabupaten Bungo diantaranya penyumbang yang terbesar dari makanan itu ialah cabai. Permasalahan pokok dalam pengembangan agribisnis cabai adalah belum terwujudnya ragam, kualitas, kesinambungan pasokan, dan kuantitas yang sesuai dengan permintaan pasar, khususnya untuk tujuan pasar modern (supermarket/hypermarket), dan industri pengolahan, konsumen institusi (hotel, restoran, rumah sakit. Permasalahan tersebut salah satunya disebabkan oleh kurangnya koordinasi antar pelaku agribisnis. Hal ini menyebabkan struktur kelembagaan agribisnis komoditas cabai menjadi rapuh dan keterkaitan manajemen rantai pasok menjadi lemah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) mengidentifikasi struktur rantai pasok komoditas cabai di Kabupaten Bungo; 2) menganalisis kelembagaan petani cabai di Kabupaten Bungo; 3) merumuskan strategi untuk meningkatkan daya saing komoditas cabai di Kabupaten Bungo dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Terdapat enam struktur rantai pasok dalam pendistribusian cabai di Kabupaten Bungo Rantai pasok yang paling dominan digunakan adalah struktur rantai 3 yang terdiri dari petani, pengumpul, dan pasar induk; (2) Sektor utama dalam kelembagaan terdiri dari public sector, voluntary sector, dan private sector. Pelaku yang terlibat dalam public sector adalah Dinas TPH, Agroklinik Hortikultura, dan STA. Pelaku yang terlibat dalam voluntary sector adalah Kelompok tani/ Gapoktan dan Koperasi, sedangkan pelaku yang terlibat dalam private sector adalah lembaga keuangan formal, lembaga keuangan informal, pemasok saprodi, industri pengolahan, dan pasar; (3) Analisis SWOT menghasilkan 15 alternatif strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam upaya peningkatan daya saing komoditas cabai di Kabupaten Bungo

Abstract

Batik is a cultural heritage of the Indonesian nation that has been recognized by the world through recognition by UNESCO. The development of Bungo Batik began during the national event, Indonesia Fashion Craft in Makassar in 2002. The demand for Bungo Batik increases every year because it is supported by the policies of the Bungo Regency Regional Government. But on the one hand, the obstacle is precisely the craftsmen themselves who are not able to produce on a large scale. The partner in this activity is Batik Mulia which was established in 2021. The limited production capacity of Bungo batik is because the equipment used is still very simple, such as the use of waterglass in the manual batik dyeing process so that it is wasteful and immeasurable. In addition, partners also need training in management, entrepreneurship, branding strategies and the use of digital marketing. The method of implementing the activity begins with an agreement between the service team and partners to solve problems. The solution offered by the team to partners is the procurement of appropriate technological tools in the form of Roll Saving Water Glass machines and several trainings needed by partners. The success of this activity can be seen by several positive impacts from the savings or efficiency of the use of water glass in batik dyeing, increasing batik production, and improving partner skills in online promotion, creating marketing content and using digital marketing.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat ialah sebuah pilar untuk penguatan otonomi daerah secara efektif. Hal ini dapat dimulai sejak dini mulai lingkungan terkecil dari komunitas masyarakat yakni desa. Salah satu Klaster UMKM telah terbentuk di tahun 2022 berada di desa ini yaiu Klaster Kerupuk Bawang. Potensi kedua yang dimiliki oleh desa Suka Jaya adalah adanya kelompok penjahit. Adanya beberapa hal yang menjadi permasalahan prioritas mitra, telah memotivasi Tim untuk menemukan solusi. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk meningkatkan kemandirian masyarakat secara ekonomi atau sosial, membantu mengasah ketrampilan yang dibutuhkan (softskill dan hardskill) sehingga dapat meningkatkan produksi dan pendapatan. Teknologi dan Inovasi  yang diimplementasikan pada mitra pengrajin kerupuk adalah memberikan bantuan berupa peralatan teknologi tepat guna yaitu alat pengiris, merk dan kemasan kerupuk agar lebih tahan dan estetik. Sementara itu Teknologi dan Inovasi  yang diimplementasikan pada mitra penjahit adalah memberikan bantuan tempat display produk dan boneka mannequin untuk mitra, bantuan mesin neci dan dinamo mesin jahit. Tim telah membuat Web Toko Online bagi kedua mitra, sehingga dengan web ini mitra dapat memperluas jangkauan penjualan.
