Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kajian metode studi sejarah peradaban Islam. Dalam mengkaji latar belakang sejarah perkembangan Islam dan strategi kajian yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan ini menggunakan upaya library research dengan mengumpulkan berbagai buku, majalah, catatan harian, kaitan kehidupan dengan isu dan tujuan eksplorasi. Proses penelitian diawali dengan tahapan mengidentifikasi, mencari informasi yang relevan, menganalisis temuan, kemudian mengembangkan dan mengungkapkannya menjadi temuan baru terkait sejarah peradaban Islam dan metode kajian sejarah. Pengumpulan data dengan hasil penelitian sebelumnya mendukung data tema penelitian sejarah peradaban Islam dan metode kajian sejarah. Peradaban sebagai bukti kemajuan budaya dan evolusi kadang-kadang. Sebaliknya, Islam adalah agama samawi yang diturunkan Allah swt. kepada seluruh manusia melalui utusan-Nya, Nabi Muhammad saw., disertai Al-Qur'an dan Hadits sebagai pedoman. Metode sejarah dan metode penggalian sejarah digunakan untuk menulis tentang sejarah peradaban Islam. Penggalian sejarah (historografi) biasanya menggunakan metode yang tepat seperti wawancara lisan atau tatap muka, observasi langsung, dan metode dokumenter yang menyelidiki setiap dokumen dengan sangat rinci. Setelah metode penggalian sejarah dilakukan, maka digunakan metode sejarah. Teknik yang digunakan menggabungkan strategi yang berbeda (penggambaran), teknik serupa (melihat), dan teknik investigasi gabungan (pemeriksaan dasar dan membuat kesimpulan).

Abstract

Alqur’an dan Hadis merupakan dua tuntunan hidup yang utama dalam Islam. Kedua sumber ajaran agama Islam ini memiliki keistimewaan yang saling melengkapi satu sama lain. Dalam memahami Alquran dan Hadis diperlukan metode untuk memahaminya, hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari sejarah perkembangan dan penyusunan Alqur’an dan Hadis. Di mana keduanya disusun karena kekhawatiran para pendahulu kita bahwa Alqur’an dan Hadis tidak terjamin keasliannya. Maka dikumpulkanlah Alqur’an dan Hadis menjadi buku yang seperti yang kita temui saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kajian metode studi alquran dan hadis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan. Seiring proses perkembangan keilmuan Alquran dan Hadis tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat unsur-unsur yang terkandung dalam Alquran dan Hadis, latar belakang sejarah pembukuannya, ilmu-ilmu yang dapat dipelajari di dalamnya, dan metode-metode yang dapat digunakan dalam memahami Alquran dan Hadis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the application of Information Search learning strategies and learning motivation on PAI learning outcomes of SMA Negeri 1 Merbau students as well as the interaction between learning strategies and learning motivation on PAI learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative study with a population of as many as all class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Merbau consisting of 6 study groups. Based on the Cluster Random Sampling technique, one is an Information Search learning class and one is an Expository learning class. The instruments of this study are tests and questionnaires. The test of normality of the learning outcomes data is the Liliefors test, and the homogeneity test is the Fisher test and the Bartlett Test. The data analysis technique is a two-path Anava at a significant α = 0.05 followed by the Schiche test. The results showed that there was a shift in the Information Search learning strategy on the learning outcomes of PAI students of SMA Negeri 1 Merbau with high (X̅= 28.6) and Low (X̅=19.6) learning motivations. In this case, the PAI learning outcomes of students with high motivation are higher than those of pai students with low learning motivation.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the viability and effectiveness of religious culture programs in elucidating the religious inclinations of students in private schools. The study adopts a 4-D model: definition, design, development, and implementation. The study's population comprised all ninth-grade students, with one class (IX-1) as the control group and another class (IX-2) as the experimental group, totaling 30 participants. Student responses were analyzed in small groups of 10 students and a limited field group of 30. The research outcomes indicate: First, the religious culture program's feasibility was confirmed through validation by three experts. The program's feasibility was assessed based on three components: content, language, and design. The validation results from the three experts revealed the following average scores: 81.82 for the content component, 77.88 for the language component, and 69.79 for the presentation component. These scores fall within the excellent category, signifying that the religious and cultural programs can be employed with minor revisions. Second, the effectiveness of the religious culture program in enhancing students' religious attitudes was assessed by comparing the control class and the experimental class. The average score for the control class was 64.00, whereas the average score for the experimental class was 72.22. The data analysis results indicate that an effective religious culture program can positively impact the Islamic character development of ninth-grade students at Madani Middle School, particularly in Islamic religious education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the dropshipping model according to Islamic jurisprudence. The research focuses on the completeness of the terms and conditions of buying and selling in the dropshipping system and how they relate to three economic disasters, namely zhulm, usury and ghoror. The novelty of this research is that it divides transaction objects into two categories, ribawi goods and non-ribawi goods and criticizes the arguments that allow dropshipping transactions. Literature studies are used to define dropshipping, normative descriptive models are used to define contracts in dropshipping according to Islam. In jurisprudence, content analysis is used to find syar’i solutions in dropshipping. The results show that the law of origin in dropshipping is prohibited (haram) because it contains usury nasi’ah for ribawi goods and selling before ownership of non-ribawi goods. The syar’i solutions found for dropshipping are modified ijab qobul, wakalah bil ujroh (dropshipper becomes consumer representative) and ba’ salam, but the final solution is marjuuh, because capital is not distributed at the start of the assembly.

Abstract

Character education is an educational effort that aims to improve the quality of educational processes and outcomes that lead to the formation of students' character and noble morals as a whole, integrated and balanced following graduation competency standards in each educational unit. Based on the decree of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 719/P/2020 concerning Guidelines for implementing curriculum in educational units in special conditions, it provides flexibility for schools to choose a curriculum that suits students' learning needs. In this way, Al-Ikram Islamic School Medan, apart from using the independent curriculum as the national curriculum, also uses the Islamic-based curriculum as a companion curriculum according to the needs of students. This research was conducted to analyze the background of the Islamic Based Curriculum at Al-Ikram Islamic School Medan; To analyze the role of the Islamic Based Curriculum in cultivating religious character at Al-Ikram Islamic School Medan; To analyze the implementation of the Islamic Based Curriculum at Al-Ikram Islamic School Medan; To analyze the evaluation of the Islamic Based Curriculum at Al-Ikram Islamic School Medan. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive/analytic type. The results of this research show that the implementation of the Islamic Curriculum at Al-Ikram Islamic School Medan is effective in instilling religious character, developing academic potential, and forming students with noble character and strong faith.AbstrakPendidikan karakter adalah upaya pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu proses dan hasil pendidikan yang mengarah pada pembentukan karakter dan akhlak mulia peserta didik secara utuh, terpadu dan seimbang sesuai dengan standar kompetensi kelulusan pada setiap satuan pendidikan. Berdasarkan keputusan menteri Pendidikan dan kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 719/P/2020 tentang Pedoman pelaksanaan kurikulum pada satuan pendidikan dalam kondisi khusus memberikan fleksibilitas bagi sekolah untuk memilih kurikulum yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran peserta didik. Dengan begitu Al-Ikram Islamic School Medan di samping menggunakan kurikulum merdeka sebagai kurikulum nasional juga menggunakan Islamic Based Curriculum sebagai kurikulum pendamping sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Abstract

In the era of globalization and digitalization, education is not only required to develop cognitive abilities but also to be responsible for the formation of character and noble morals of students. The phenomenon of moral degradation among adolescents demonstrates the need for the involvement of all teachers, including English teachers, in moral education. This study aims to explore English teachers' views on students' moral behavior in the learning process based on the perspective of Quranic moral values. The study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative design. The subjects were English teachers at the junior and senior high school levels selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and documentation studies, then analyzed using interpretive thematic analysis. The results showed that teachers viewed honesty, responsibility, discipline, politeness, and mutual respect as important moral aspects that can be observed and developed in English learning. Quranic values, such as ihsan, exemplary behavior, and respect for others, serve as a normative framework in understanding student behavior. This study concludes that English teachers have a strategic role as moral educators and are able to integrate moral education contextually into language learning to support holistic educational goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggambarkan secara mendalam tantangan yang dihadapi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di sekolah dasar negeri yang berada di lingkungan minoritas Muslim di Kabupaten Karo, Sumatera Utara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi selama periode Januari hingga April 2025 pada 14 sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Tiganderket dan Payung. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara purposif berdasarkan sebaran guru PAI dan aksesibilitas peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 85% guru PAI mengalami keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran, sementara sekitar 78% menyatakan kurangnya dukungan kelembagaan dan minimnya keterlibatan orang tua dalam pendidikan keagamaan. Selain itu, motivasi belajar siswa Muslim yang berstatus minoritas sering kali rendah akibat tekanan sosial dan keterbatasan lingkungan. Meskipun demikian, guru PAI tetap menunjukkan dedikasi tinggi yang ditunjukkan melalui indikator seperti frekuensi keterlibatan dalam kegiatan keagamaan di luar sekolah (rata-rata 3–4 kegiatan per minggu), komitmen dalam menyusun media pembelajaran alternatif, serta konsistensi membimbing siswa di luar jam pelajaran formal. Mereka juga memainkan peran ganda sebagai pengajar, pembina keagamaan, dan tokoh masyarakat. Strategi adaptif yang diterapkan meliputi pendekatan kontekstual, integrasi nilai Islam dalam kegiatan harian siswa, serta pemanfaatan media sederhana untuk menjangkau keterbatasan sarana. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan kapasitas guru melalui pelatihan kontekstual berbasis lingkungan multikultural, penyediaan bahan ajar digital dan kolaboratif, serta peningkatan sinergi antara sekolah, Kementerian Agama, dan komunitas lokal. Dukungan kebijakan yang lebih spesifik dibutuhkan untuk memastikan keberlangsungan pendidikan agama Islam yang bermakna dan relevan di wilayah mayoritas non-Muslim seperti Kabupaten Karo.

Abstract

The opinion on whether or not it is permissible to replace sacrificial animals with an amount of money equivalent to the sacrificial animal has emerged as a contemporary fiqh issue caused by the condition of society. The practice of sacrificing in this way is considered more beneficial and has many benefits for the Muslim community itself, especially in unstable economic conditions. At first glance, this opinion is an alternative and very responsive to the problems that occur. However, there is not a single argument, either in the verses of the Qur'an or the hadith of the Prophet, as well as the consensus of scholars and the MUI fatwa, which states that replacing sacrificial animals with money is permissible. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature review approach, namely by searching for and making library materials the main source by writing, reviewing, and reducing books, scientific works, books of scholars and other literature related to the evidence for sacrifice. The results of this study indicate that based on a review of the MUI fatwa Number 37 of 2019 concerning the Preservation and Distribution of Processed Qurban Meat, and the ijma' of scholars of the four schools of thought and supporting evidence, it was decided that replacing sacrificial animals with money is not permitted because the essence of qurban is iraqah ad-dam, namely (slaughter).
