Abstract

The research was conducted in the Kupang city area, specifically in the Bakunase II sub-district, because the low number of entrepreneurships can also encourage various economic and social problems, one of which is poverty. Geographical interaction (regional interaction) also has a significant role aimed at knowing the locations taken into account in regional economic studies and the interactions that occur between them influencing the speed of regional development. This research aims to determine whether strong interactions will encourage economic development and business development as well as economic equality in each region in the city of Kupang using Nearest Neighbor Analysis. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The results of this research are that the geographic interaction distribution pattern has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship with the percentage of micro businesses amounting to 54 units or 96.43%, small businesses amounting to 2 units or 3.57% and medium businesses amounting to 0 by looking at the most dominant distribution of goods. comes from Oebobo District with a percentage of 39.29%. distribution of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Population Distribution Map, and Goods Distribution Map.

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic in the 2021/2022 school years learning from home is implemented GMIT Elementary school starting 2. Associated with pshycal education and health are indentical to movement learning.This study aims to determine the process and obstacles in the implementation of online learning experienced by student, parents and teacher of pshical education subjects, sport and health and leaarnig out come of fifth graders in the 2021/2022 scoolh year. The research is a qualitative descriptive with interview and documentation methods, The informants in this study were nineteen fift grade students, five parents of fitth grade students and teachers of physical education, sports and health. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of online learning in the school year at SD GMIT Manulai 2 Alak district kupang city Effective based on student learning outcomes, as well as the processes experienced by teacher, students and parents who focus on the same goal, namely the success of students in completing sport and health physical education learning in the 2021/2022 school year.

Abstract

Alumni prodi Penjaskesrek FKIP Universitas Nusa Cendana mayoritas memiliki pekerjaan sebagai Guru PJOK yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah Nusa Tenggara Timur, khususnya di Kabupaten Manggarai dan sekitarnya. Guru PJOK memiliki tuntutan untuk terus mengupgrade pengetahuannya di bidang olahraga, baik dari perkembangan dalam bidang ilmu keolahragaan, terobosan dalam metode dan strategi mengajar Penjas, maupun dalam hal tes dan pengukuran yang terus diperbaharui. Semakin banyaknya kemajuan yang terjadi, tidak semua informasi terbaru diterima oleh guru pjok secara khusus bagi guru yang berdomisili di wilayah yang jauh dari kota besar. Tes kebugaran siswa Indonesia (TKSI) merupakan salah satu kemajuan di bidang olahraga yang belum tersebarluaskan ke semua insan olahraga. Guru PJOK yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Manggarai dan sekitarnya belum pernah mendapatkan pelatihan mengenai Tes terbaru ini. Salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu melakukan pelatihan mengenai TKSI. Hasil dari pelatihan; 1. Guru PJOK di Kabupaten Manggarai dan sekitarnya dapat menguasai prosedur pelaksanaan TKSI serta 2. Guru PJOK yang mengikuti pelatihan mampu menggunakan Tes TKSI kepada siswa yang mereka ajar untuk mengukur tingkat kesegaran jasmaninya. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui pelatihan yang diberikan memberikan dampak positif pada guru PJOK di Kabupaten Manggarai untuk menggunakan Tes Kebugaran Siswa Indonesia.

Abstract

The study investigates how structured workout sessions influence the productivity of students in completing a thesis as the final assignment in the bachelor's degree. Eigh-semester students from the Physical Education study program participated, with one group engaging in a 30-minute workout over eight sessions and a control group of 15 students not participating in these sessions. Using observation and monitoring tools, the study assessed the impact of these workouts on thesis preparation. Regression analysis showed a determination coefficient (R') of 0.729, indicating that 72.9% of the productivity variance was due to the workout sessions. Additionally, a 32% increase in assignment progress was observed in the experimental group. These results demonstrate a strong correlation between regular workouts and increased productivity in completing final assignments, highlighting the benefits of incorporating physical activity into academic routines.

Abstract

Among the general public, volleyball is a tremendously popular sport. From kids to adults, this sport is highly popular with individuals of all ages. Players from the Undana B men's volleyball team used the top serve technique in this study, but it wasn't the best because the ball was frequently caught in the net and, even when it went over the net, would still leave the playing surface. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how Undana B men's volleyball team players' arm muscle strength and upper serve abilities relate to one another. Twelve players from the Undana B men's volleyball team serve as the study samples for this thesis, which employs a quantitative descriptive methodology. Research that seeks to determine the relationship between two variables—specifically, variable X arm muscle strength and variable Y top service skills—is categorized as correlational research. Descriptive statistics, normality, linearity, and correlation tests using the SPSS 22 software are among the analyses needed to meet these standards. The linearity test results indicate a linear connection, and the residual values are normally distributed, according to data analysis from the normality test findings, which indicate that the significant values are 0.818 & 0.634 > 0.05. The high Sig value indicates this. The players' scores indicate a deviation from linearity of 0.221. Given that the analysis's significance level is higher than 0.05, it may be concluded that Ha is accepted and that the Undana B men's volleyball team's service talents and arm muscular strength are significantly correlated. This is evident from the Sig value, which is 0.000 in this study and less than the alpha value, which is 0, 05. The way that variables are interpreted

Abstract

Tujuan sosialisasi pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memudahkan pihak sekolah dalam memberikan pembelajaran yang tepat dalam proses pembentukan motorik anak, sehingga dengan terlaksananya kegiatan ini guru mampu memberikan permainan di sekolah yang sesuai dan tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara tutorial dan diskusi.untuk teori, serta praktik/latihan dalam kelompok dan diskusi untuk pengalaman praktik. Metode pelaksanaa melalui ceramah dan diskusi tentang teori-teori program pemulihan olahraga, serta praktik pemulihan olahraga, sehingga peserta pelatihan memiliki landasan pemahaman pengetahuan teori dan praktek tentang program pemulihan olahraga. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diberikan oleh Bonita Amalia, M.Pd. dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14 Mei 2023 dengan hasil kegiatan yaitu materi yang diberikan sangat membantu peserta dalam proses pembelajaran motorik kasar antara lain ialah lokomotor dan manipulatif. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berjalan dengan lancar dimana tim pengabdian memberikan materi berupa metode permainan motorik kasar dan mencontohkan atau mempraktekkan secara bersama guru-guru TK di Banjarmasin. Pada program pengabdian masyarakat kali ini sangat diperlukan pengembangan dalam hal yang lebih luas dan diharapkan agar para guru-guru TK di Banjarmasin dapat lebih kritis lagi dalam berpikir.

Abstract

Team collaboration, commonly known as team building, is an essential aspect in the era of Society 5.0. Through collaboration, team members can create effective communication and cooperation. One way to train team building is through outbound programs. However, outbound programs are still not well known among PE teachers. Therefore, through this community service activity, the community service team offers a solution to introduce outbound programs while providing a means for teachers to develop their innovation and creativity. The program is titled "Training on Creating Outbound Team Building Programs for High School PE Teachers in the City of Kupang." This activity was attended by 20 teachers from various high schools in Kupang. The results of this activity include: 1) PE teachers gained new insights into various outbound programs that can enhance team building, 2) PE teachers practiced various outbound programs firsthand, gaining valuable experience, and 3) By the end of the activity, PE teachers were able to design outbound programs to enhance team building. In conclusion, the PE teachers acquired new skills in designing outbound programs that can improve team collaboration. As a result, PE teachers can organize outbound programs for students through intracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu untuk memberikan pendampingan games penjas adaptif pada anak disabilitas di Panti Asuhan Alma TDM Kupang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendampingan untuk memberikan dukungan teknis selama proses pelaksanaan games penjas adaptif. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu; 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan, dan 3) evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian dengan melakukan pendampingan menunjukan bahwa pemberian games penjas adaptif melibatkan partisipasif aktif dari anak-anak disabilitas di panti asuhan Alma TDM, dan penjaga panti dalam hal ini para biarawati Alma diberikan edukasi sehingga dapat melakukan games penjas adaptif ini secara berkelanjutan pada kegiatan luang di panti, dengan demikian diharapkan berbagai games penjas adaptif yang diberikan dapat secara mandiri diberikan oleh penjaga panti kepada anak disabilitas. Dampak dari kegiatan pengabdian dengan memberikan pendampingan kepada penjaga panti yang akan menjalankan games tersebut maka anak-anak disabilitas yang berada di panti asuhan Alma mempunyai beragam aktivitas menarik yang dapat dilaksanakan di waktu luangnya, dan juga dapat membantu melatih kemampuan gerak motorik kasar dan halus bagi anak-anak panti yang mengalami disabilitas tertentu seperti disabilitas intelektual, mata, wicara dan daksa.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) menekankan pada penggunaan variasi metode pembelajaran. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis variasi pembelajaran pjok pada anak berkebutuhan khusus di SLBN. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru PJOK sebanyak 2 orang dan siswa SLBN sebanyak 20 orang, sehingga total 22 orang. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian Hasil wawancara yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) di sekolah luar biasa (SLB) memiliki tantangan unik.  Keberagaman kebutuhan khusus siswa menuntut fleksibilitas dan kreativitas guru dalam merancang variasi pembelajaran yang efektif. Selain itu, penggunaan teknologi menjadi salah satu strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan di SLB. Pemanfaatan alat dan aplikasi yang dirancang khusus untuk mendukung pembelajaran anak berkebutuhan khusus memberikan ruang bagi pengalaman belajar yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Kesimpulan Guru PJOK di SLB berperan sebagai fasilitator untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung interaksi sosial antar anak, membentuk keterampilan sosial, dan mempromosikan inklusi. Melalui pendekatan inklusif ini, SLB berkomitmen untuk memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran yang positif dan mendukung perkembangan holistik anak-anak dengan kebutuhan khusus.
