Abstract

Android is a widely used of technology. Location Based Service (LBS) is an android feature to find the location of user?s device by utilizing satellite facilities. Problems faced by the  students in Informatics of Faculty of Engineering are the limited number of lecturing rooms and the lack information of the use of those rooms. LBS feature on android will answer those existing problems. The methodology for development is Prototype by Pressman which has saveral stages namely (1) communication and initial data collection, (2) quick design, (3) formation of prototype, (4) evaluation of prototype, (5) improvement of prototype and (6) final production. Flowchart is made at analysis stage as well as Unified Modeling Language (UML) at the design stage.  The language programs are Java, JSON, SQLite. Map plans are designed through Google Earth Pro and Edraw Max 7 placed on the Google Map API where data storage is made in the Firebase and SQLite online databases as local databases with application development created by Android Studio. Application of Location Based Service (LBS) in Faculty of Engineering of University of  Palangka Raya is applied the Google Map API by each marker point being made which generates various radius. When the application user enters into each radius, it will produce a notification of room information that contains lectures taking place in the rooms. Therefore, the rooms associated with lectures is identified

Abstract

Staffing information system (Simpeg) as an information provider of election Officers Work Medal Awardees Satya Lencana In RRI Palangkaraya aims to be a place of useful information provider for submission of award Satya lencana karya satya so that it could be effective, efficient, and accurate by simplifying the existing system. By having this website is expected to handle the process of logging employees so that it can help in the process of registration of a Nobel Prize Medal work of satya. Methodology in the making of this website using the method waterfall, waterfall method which consists of several parts or stages ? stages, namely analysis, design, coding and testing. This methodology was chosen because every step of the development of this website is structured, and clearly documented. The programming language used is PHP and MySQL as a database. At this stage of testing this website using black box testing. Black-Box Testing to focus on the functional specifications of the program. After doing the testing, can be seen the result of this site that this website can perform its function, namely to manage data, time data family history, history of education, employment, lencan setya, data filing SKP, and PKP

Abstract

Informatics Engineering of Palangka Raya University have an organization that called Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Informatika (HMTI). Problems that are often encountered in a set one of them is in taking the best choice for candidates for core management and membership in each new management period. Another obstacle faced is in making decisions not using methods that can handle these problems with many criteria. The number of considerations certainly has the hope of obtaining good human resources for the set, it's just that sometimes it becomes a difficulty for the old management to take the best choice for the right successor candidate and in accordance with the position and division in the set so that a container is needed to bridge these activities so that they can run well and effectively. The methodology used in the development is by simple additive weighting method and Waterfall According to Sommerville. simple additive weighting method has 4 steps that is determine the criteria, determine the suitability assessment, make a decision matrix based on criteria (Ci) then normalize the matrix, then summarize the multiplication of the R atomized matrix with the increase vector, get the large value chosen as the best (Ai) as a solution.From the test results it can be concluded that the decision support system website for the selection of core managers and new members using the simple additive weighting method at the Collection Informatics Engineering Students of Palangka Raya University is going well

Abstract

The information system of classroom division is a process done by Junior HighSchool 9 Palangka Raya to divide the students into several classes. In this process schoolsare still using manual methods. To support the system in the division of the classes to bebetter, then the information system of classroom division using k-means clusteringmethod by website based on Junior High School 9 Palangka Raya was made.This classroom divide information system uses the waterfall method. In this methodseveral steps to build software, namely: Requirements Definition, System and SoftwareDesign, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing and Operationand Maintenance. Creating a Data Flow Diagram (DFD). Entity Relationship Diagram(ERD), database design using PhpMyAdmin, User Interface design using Cascading StyleSheet, Dreamweaver and other tools to create reports.This classroom division information testing system uses Blackbox Testing thatfocuses on functional requirements in software based on the software requirementsspecification. Management of the system that is in the form of added data, change thedata, delete data and print data applied so that users can be active in this system.

Abstract

Accounting information system (AIS) is an information system that change the data ofbusinnes transaction become data and financial information that is used for the user. To make thefixed assest datas, it needs a syste where the system is accounting information system (AIS)General Company of Bulog Devision in Central Kalimantan in the process for the greater part stillmanually, which used Microsoft Excel as a counting tool and there is no intergration from journal,ledger, balance report, profit and lose report, equity report/ the change of capital report in theassest reduction counting. So that, it pursues the presentation of financial report because there is apossibility of mistake that happened in the process of writing so that the data of fixed assest notharmony and need a long time and fixed assets to do reduction counting with that condition, itneeds a system that able to solve the problems though the accountant information system (SIA) withassets reduction methode.Accounting information system (AIS) with assets reduction methode is built with waterfallsoftware development lifecycle by data flow diagram (DFD) and entity relationship diagram (ERD)structured desighn, which is implemented using databasee tool Microsoft SQL server 2000 andsoftware tool visual basic 6.0.Accounting information system (AIS) with assets reduction methode has recording facilitiesaccount code, to see the result of amount of current year capital, fixed assets recording, thecounting of fixed assets with straight line methode with estimate the residue score, journal andledger recording, the output counting result and to prepare and print the recording of jour halevery month and year, reduction recording list, ledger recording, profit and loss recording,balance and equity recording.

Abstract

One of the facilities are not owned by the Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) CentralKalimantan is a system that can be used to find the location of the existing schools in the province ofCentral Kalimantan. The weakness of the absence of this system is the difficulty in establishing a newschool and finding the location of the schools are located in remote areas. By looking at the difficultiesencountered, it would require a computer system which has the ability to build, store, manage and displayinformation schools, for example, data identified according to location, in a database. With thisinformation system is expected to facilitate the implementation of activities in LPMP.The research was made consisting of stages, namely the collection and analysis of data is done bymeans of literature study and observation and for the development of software implementing the waterfallmethod. Implementation of the system is done with Delphi XE2, the database used is Microsoft Access2007.To make the system location information schools in Central Kalimantan is the waterfallmethodology with phase analysis system to determine access rights along with the existing facilities,systems modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and data modeling using the EntityRelationship Diagram (ERD ), the design of systems with database design, interface design, design schoollocation search, and the appearance of the search results, and system testing using blackbox testing. Todisplay the search results by using the location of the school is an additional application that is API(Application Programming Interface) from google maps to be displayed into the application that createdand we can give the coordinates into the google maps

Abstract

High Prosecutor General of Central Kalimantan is an agency engaged in law in the province ofCentral Kalimantan. In the High High Prosecutor General of Central Kalimantan, the management ofemployment data is still done manually. Therefore, the High Prosecutor General of Central Kalimantan,especially on the staffing needs an application programs that can perform the data of personnelmanagement by computerizedPersonnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) is an application that is intended toperform the data of personnel management with user friendly design. Personnel Management InformationSystem was created using descriptive research method with case study at the High Prosecutor General ofCentral Kalimantan. Where the data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, andstudies liberatur. The analysis and design methods used in the manufacture of the system as a modelprocess using DFD and ERD as a data model. In developing the application, this website using the PHPprogramming, MySQL database and a classical application cycle method called waterfall with 5 (five)stages. It is include Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and Maintenance.By the program of Personnel Management Information System which the application isconcerned with the activities of processing employee data can be maintained, because this applicationprogram is a simplification of the forms of documents or manually archiving media and equipped with apassword, the need to improve the control and data security is guaranteed because not all people havethe right to access the data or change the data.

Abstract

Limitations of the data and related information in an integrated population into the middle tolower barriers in implementing and coordinating programs both at the level of central government , localgovernment and with stakeholders. Therefore, the rural / urban poor record shall be eligible for assistanceRaskin (rice for the poor) which will cooperate with the data collection programs of social protectionofficer at the central statistical agency office Palangkaraya.The process of selecting candidates for assistance in Palangkaraya Raskin takes a decisionsupport system to give consideration in determining the prospective beneficiaries. Where the criteria forassistance Raskin consists of 10 criteria, namely : primary income, tenure occupied residential buildings,residential flooring type, wall type shelter, drinking water facilities, lighting facilities , a current cookingfuel , waste water facilities large, landfills feces, ownership of household assets. In building this websiteRaskin language used is PHP , and MySQL as database.Development method used is the waterfall method and decision support system with AnalyticalHierarchy Process (AHP). In this test has two methods: black box testing and the Turing test. Thisapplication helps in determining alternative Raskin recipients, potential recipients assist data managementand data management Raskin recipients selected from the recommendation.
