Abstract

The KKN-PPM program aims to: 1) Provide training and management of waste banks in the form of inorganic waste. This training provides knowledge and management in managing waste. Participants from Kalirungkut sub-district residents 2) Training in making carbolic acid. Training to produce carbolic acid is part of providing an increase in community income in the Kalirungkut sub-district, Surabaya. The approach used is the eco-efficiency (eco-development) model, synergistically combining ecological and economic components, to increase the entrepreneurial ability of the community. The result of this program is an increase in the community's ability to manage waste with economic value and is able to provide the community with the ability to produce carbolic acid which provides economic value. KKN-PPM activities have become a vehicle for the transfer of knowledge and technology between students who are doing KKN and the community together in increasing community empowerment to be able to prosper and enjoy a better income.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Penumpang Kereta Api Komuter SUPAS di Stasiun Wonokromo Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 83 responden. Uji statistik yang dilakukan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinierilitas, uji heterokedastisitas, koefisien korelasi sederhana, analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji determinasi, dan uji parsial. Melalui olah data yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan penumpang Kereta Api Komuter SUPAS di Stasiun Wonokromo Surabaya dengan persentase sebesar 68,3%. Kata kunci: Kualitas layanan dan Kepuasan penumpang

Abstract

kepuasan konsumen pada Bengkel Motor Yasin Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang berjumlah 50 respondenyang diperoleh menggunakan metode sampel jenuh.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan. Metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Melalui uji determinasi didapatkan hasil bahwa harga dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 48,0% terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan sisanya sebesar 58,0% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepusan Pelanggan

Abstract

The capital market is a vehicle that can mobilise long-term funds from the public to be channelled into productive sectors. The purpose of the capital market in Indonesia is not only to mobilise funds from the public so that they can be channelled into productive sectors, but also to realise income distribution through ownership of company shares. This goal can be achieved gradually with the increasing number and types of securities traded in line with the increasing number of institutions that support the implementation of the capital market. This study aims to determine the effect of earning per share and price earning ratio (PER) on stock returns in Wood and Lumber industry companies that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2005-2007. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression with SPSS version 12.0. The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) Earning per share has a positive effect on stock returns, because the significance value is smaller than 0.05 and one of the considerations of investors besides risk is the return they will get in the form of a share of net income distributed to shareholders, (2) Price earning ratio has no effect on stock returns, because the significance value is greater than 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide assistance in managing the implementation of welcoming the Eid al-Adha celebration, both in managing the process of slaughtering sacrificial animals and the process of distributing sacrificial animal meat. This community service is an annual agenda at W.R. Supratman University, Surabaya. The implementation method is through a committee formation meeting, preparing an agenda, and proposing sacrificial animal slaughtering officers. Furthermore, providing assistance by being directly involved in the implementation of the slaughter and cutting of sacrificial animals and the distribution of sacrificial animal meat. The community service activity ends with monitoring and evaluation. The result is that with this assistance, the implementation of the slaughter and distribution of sacrificial animal meat in welcoming the 2024 Eid al-Adha holiday at the W.R. Supratman University Campus, Surabaya has become more orderly. The implementation of the slaughter of sacrificial animals and skinning of animals is carried out by experts, the chopping and weighing of meat is carried out proportionally, and the distribution of sacrificial meat is orderly, even and on target.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Bengkel Motor SMS Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang berjumlah 65 responden yang diperoleh menggunakan metode penentuan sampel oleh Hair, et al (2020).Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan. Analisis data dengan regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Bengkel Motor SMS Surabaya. kualitas layanan dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Bengkel Motor SMS Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of business at PT Sepatu Bata, Tbk by looking at secondary data in the form of financial statements from 2017 to 2022. The technique used in this study is to use the Altman Z-Score method where if the Z value is more than 2.99 it is classified as a healthy company. If the Z value is less than 1.81, it is classified as an unhealthy company. If the Z value is between 1.81 and 2.99, it is classified as a company in the grey area or vulnerable area. From the results of research that has been conducted from 2017 to 2021 based on financial statements, it is known that PT Sepatu Bata, Tbk has a Z value> 2.99, which means that the company is in good health, but in 2022 it actually experienced financial distress because the Z value < 1.81 or in other words the company can be classified as a company experiencing financial distress.

Abstract

Real estate developers had a challenge from the COVID-19 pandemic era, since the pandemic era had been declared to an end, developers facing the urge of urbanisation and urban development throughout Transit-Oriented Development (TOD). This systematic literature review compares for which the strategy suits well into the TOD areas, the strategy based on the literature of Fred David about 11 business development strategy and its alternatives. This review will be exploring between those 11 strategies with its methods of research in each paper and in the end will reflecting into the TOD areas by its principles. Systematic research conducted from the Scopus and Google Scholar databases using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA 2020) guideline to find relevant publications published between 2013 and 2023. The analysis will conclude 30 academic research to evaluate the connection between a real estate strategy and TOD Principles, in which strategies most likely suitable regarding the TOD principles. The articles that are taken from the Scopus and Google Scholar give insight into how TOD principles influence the real estate development strategy, based on the 11-business development strategy. The findings will emphasize the role of which strategy that complies various of TOD Principles. Understanding the TOD Principles to support real estate developer formulating variety of strategy. In the end this writing hopefully contributes to the knowledge between real estate developer and its external factors, that in this case is the TOD development. The Findings of this review emhpasize output to developer, urban planners and enthusiast who are interest in developing real estate near the areas of TOD.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan pada pengelolaan pelaksanaan hari raya Idul Adha terutama pengelolaan pelaksanaan pemotongan hewan qurban mulai dari pengadaan hewan qurban, pemotongan dan pembagian daging hewan qurban. Metode pelaksanaannya melalui rapat antara yayasan, karyawan dan dosen untuk pembentukan panitia, penyusunan agenda, dan pengusulan petugas pada pelaksanaan hari raya Idul Adha. Pelaksanaan  pendampingan dengan ikut terlibat secara langsung dalam pelaksanaan pemotongan hewan qurban dan pembagian daging kepada masyarakat sekitar kampus. Kegiatan pengabdian diakhiri dengan monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya pendampingan maka pelaksanaan  kegiatan hari raya idul Adha mulai dari pengadaan hewan kurban, penyembelihan hewan qurban dan menguliti hewan dilakukan oleh ahlinya, pencincangan dan penimbangan daging dilakukan proporsional dengan melibatkan karyawan dan dosen. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendampingan pada pelaksanaan kegiatan pemotongan dan pendistribusian daging hewan qurban dapat berjalan dengan baik dan tepat sasaran.
