Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy of BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan. The other purpose of this research is to know the Islamic business ethics towards the implementation of marketing strategy in BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan. The type of this research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of this study showed that supporting factors in the BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan include external environmental factors and internal factors. The factors relating to the internal environment include targeting, positioning and segmentation, while other supporting factors in the external environment BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan analyzes what are the weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats that occur in the cooperative environment. BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan uses a marketing mix strategy which includes targeting, place strategies, pricing strategies and promotional strategies. Based on the results of the research in the Islamic business ethics, BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan concluded that the strategy was conducted at the BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics, because in each process, the cooperative BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan Foundation on the concept of sharia and the promotion in its products is not exaggeration, while the price carried out by the cooperative BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan is using a system for the outcome of which the cooperative and the customer equally benefited , in promoting its products cooperatives BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan is not exaggerating, promoting it according to the quality and procedure that has been promised by BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan penetapan harga jual pada pembiayaan murabahah berdasarkan perspektif Islam di BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Pajarakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang tujuan utamanya adalah untuk memperoleh wawasan tentang topik tertentu. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif pada umumnya menggunakan metode wawancara, peneliti terjun langsung ke lapangan agar dapat menanyakan atau mewawancarai para staf BMT, agar data yang diperoleh akurat dan dapat di percaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme penetapan harga yang digunakan di BMT UGT yaitu atas dasar negoisasi (tawar-menawar) yaitu dengan membentuk kesepakatan antara kedua belah pihak tanpa adanya unsur paksaan yang berpegangan dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah, penetapan harga akad murabahah di BMT UGT Capem Ketompen-Pajarakan berpatokan terhadap jumlah pengajuan pembiayaan dengan ketentuan margin antara 2% sd 2,5%, kesesuaian penetapan harga jual pada pembiayaan murabahah di BMT UGT Capem Ketompen-Pajarakan Menurut tinjauan hukum perspektif Islam telah sesuai dengan tuntunan syariah, karena mengacu pada Fatwa DSN No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 tentang pembiayaan murabahah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan teller terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu metode yang menjelaskan atau menganalisis suatu permasalahan dari suatu data berdasarkan perhitungan angka-angka dengan analisis statistik dari hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan teller (X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah (Y). Artinya, apabila kualitas pelayanan teller semakin meningkat, maka kepuasan nasabah akan semakin meningkat pula. Sebaliknya, apabila kualitas pelayanan teller semakin menurun, maka kepuasan nasabah akan semakin menurun pula. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan ; Kepuasan Nasabah

Abstract

In several cases that have been found in several different places, the application of a murabaha contract accompanied by a wakalah contract in it has resulted in side-streaming actions by its customers. Where the existence of side-streaming actions carried out by the customer is considered to cause harm to the party concerned. However, it is different from what happened at BSI KCP Probolinggo Sudirman, where of all existing microfinance customers, there was no record of such side streaming actions. This research was conducted at BSI KCP Probolinggo Sudirman, with the aim of the research, namely to find out what are the efforts to prevent and resolve side streaming actions carried out on microfinance with a murabahah bil wakalah contract at BSI KCP Probolinggo Sudirman. This research is included in the type of case study research that uses a research approach in the form of descriptive qualitative methods. As well as using data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and literature studies. From the results of this study, it is known that efforts to prevent side streaming carried out by BSI KCP Probolinggo Sudirman include conducting BI checking analysis, 5C analysis, and making visits at the same time as requesting receipts/receipts of purchase of goods. As for the settlement steps that have been prepared, they are adjusted to the level of fraud committed by the customer.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this community service activity is to provide an Islamic-based education platform, especially Qur'anic education for local residents and provide education to the general public so that they can obtain proper religious education. Programe implementation planning is compiled based on an analysis of environmental needs, determining objectives, developing curriculum, learning methods and the completeness of adequate facilities and infrastructure to carry out an educational program. Implementation of the Al-Qur’an Reading and Writing Learning Program using the Iqra' and Qiroati methods. The result of this service showed that the people of Binor Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency can already read the Qur'an properly and correctly. Abstract

Lesbian termasuk kelompok wanita yang memiliki kebiasaan tertarik dengan sesama jenis. Bentuk perilaku yang menyimpang dari hukum salah satunya adalah lesbian, Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan individu atau pasangan terdorong untuk melakukan penyimpangan tersebut antara lain adanya upaya pembatasan akses ekonomi, Broken Home dalam artian kurang mendapatkan kasih sayang, mengalami diskriminasi dalam hubungan dekat sehingga menimbulkan rasa ingin mencari kenyamanan pada orang lain, pergaulan bebas yang membuat individu tertarik pada orang yang tidak pantas untuk disukai, kurang memiliki kecantikan fisik sehingga membuat orang lain menjauhi individu tersebut. Dalam kegiatan pendampingan ini menggunakan metode terapi yaitu; Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan pendampingan sosio-emosional terhadap perilaku menyimpang (lesbian) santriwati di pesantren tersebut mengalami perubahan perilaku yang cukup signifikan. Para santriwati yang mengalami perilaku menyimpang tersebut berangsur-angsur berubah. Salah satunya, mereka mulai belajar dan beraktivitas normal seperti teman-teman yang lain. Cara berpikirnya pun sudah rasional dan lebih tepat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari literasi keuangan, digital marketing, dan brand image terhadap minat generasi z pada bank syariah. Peneliti menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa Universitas Zainul Hasan Genggong dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 97 responden. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Isaac dan Michael dengan tingkat kesalahan sebesar 5%. Metode analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan teknik analisis uji regresi linier berganda,uji asumsi klasik, dan menggunakan uji hipotesis yang diolah menggunakan aplikasi dari SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkann bahwa literasi keuangan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap minat generasi Z. Berdasarkan hasil uji T disimpulkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat generasi Z untuk menjadi nasabah di perbankan syariah. Secara parsial, pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap minat generasi Z pada bank syariah adalah sebesar 4.589 dengansignifikansi sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel dan nilai signifikan kurang dari alpha 0,05.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, competition in the business world is getting fiercer, this requires every organization to be able to expand its organizational performance in order to compete in the competition. Organizations must be able to understand the needs and desires of their consumers. In this way, organizations must plan serious areas of strength in a procedure to meet their customer satisfaction and survive in business competition. The culinary industry or known as the food industry is one of the rapidly growing business fields and is currently facing very tight competition. The restaurant atmosphere variable does not have a partial effect on consumer satisfaction with a value of t count (0.576) < t table (1.684). The product quality variable has a partial effect on consumer satisfaction with a value of t count (3.184) > t table (1.684). The price variable has a partial effect on consumer satisfaction with a value of t count (3.704) > t table (1.684).

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the broiler poultry business at CV Cendana Farm Indonesia, Dandang unit, which has a chicken population of 24,000. The study will discuss the comparison between revenue, production costs, and profits from the broiler poultry business, as well as assess its financial feasibility through calculations of NPV, IRR, PI, PP. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach, with primary data obtained through interviews with staff and directors, while secondary data is taken from financial reports over 12 harvest periods. The financial feasibility evaluation is conducted using calculations of NPV, IRR, PI and PP. The results show that the business is not feasible in the short term (NPV -445,634,638, IRR -8%), but feasible if operated for 5 years (NPV 992,170,708, IRR 46.8%). A PI greater than 1 (1.32) and a PP of 1 year 8 months indicate long-term profitability.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to see how East Java Province's GDP has increased in connection to investment and the Human Development Index (IPM). This research focuses on economic development, investment, and IPM figures collected from East Java Province between 2019 and 2023. The sample of secondary data includes the entire province of East Java. This study uses a quantitative approach, including t-tests, F-tests, coefficient of determination tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. We used SPSS version 23 to examine the data. This study demonstrated no significant impact of investment or IPM on economic growth in East Java Province, either alone or in combination.
