Abstract

This research aims to find out the improvement of students’ vocabulary after being taught by using Bilingual Fable of the sixth-grade students at SDN 5 Tentena, Poso. The method used in this research was Classroom Action Research (CAR). To analyze the data, the researcher used test, descriptive quantitative analysis. The result of this study shows that in the pre-cycle the student’s average score is 42. In the first cycle the students’ average score is 61, while in the second cycle the students’ average score is 72. From pre-cycle, first cycle and second cycle, the average of the students score is always increasing. It can be concluded that the use of Bilingual Fable as media to improve students’ vocabulary is also able to make students interest and motivate in learning process. Thus, the use of bilingual fable is effective in improving students’ vocabulary.

Abstract

Moral issues are a matter of thought and common concern because Indonesian society is currently experiencing a moral crisis. This crisis is marked by the rise in criminal acts, such as brawls between students, increasing promiscuity, the surge in violence against children and adolescents, sexual harassment, the rise in motorcycle gangs and muggers, which often lead to acts of violence that disturb society. This phenomenon has tarnished the image of students and educational institutions, as many people hold the view that such conditions originate from the world of education itself. The development of technology has positive and negative impacts, and also presents its challenges, especially in the field of education. In the field of education, technological transformation is increasingly rapid, along with the development of artificial intelligence technology. AI not only provides changes to teaching methods but also creates opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning. Teachers are increasingly encouraged to develop their competencies to reach a level of professionalism. Teachers utilise various types of human resources to develop pedagogical competencies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kontribusi penggunaan alat musik angklung dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan musikal anak usia dini di RA Al-Jamiah Kota Palu. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler angklung dirancang menyenangkan dan sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak, sehingga pembelajaran berlangsung secara bertahap mulai dari mengenal bentuk dan bunyi angklung hingga memainkan lagu secara sederhana. Proses ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan bermain dan bernyanyi agar anak-anak merasa nyaman dan tertarik. Kegiatan angklung terbukti mampu meningkatkan semangat belajar anak, melatih konsentrasi, kedisiplinan, serta kemampuan mengikuti instruksi. Anak-anak juga mulai mampu menikmati, membedakan, dan mengekspresikan musik melalui permainan angklung. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini didukung oleh keterlibatan aktif anak dan dukungan orang tua. Namun, hambatan tetap ditemukan, seperti perubahan suasana hati anak yang memengaruhi kelancaran kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan pengembangan kecerdasan musikal anak melalui angklung bergantung pada kerja sama antara guru, anak, dan orang tua. Oleh karena itu, kolaborasi yang baik sangat dibutuhkan dalam proses pendampingan. Diperlukan juga penelitian lanjutan yang lebih luas agar hasilnya dapat memperkuat upaya pengembangan potensi musikal anak usia dini secara optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan pembelajaran seni tari sebagai sarana pengembangan kreativitas peserta didik di SD Islam Modern, Kabupaten Sigi. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya seni tari sebagai media ekspresi, imajinasi, dan pembentukan karakter kreatif anak sejak dini. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru seni, peserta didik, dan kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran seni tari dilaksanakan secara optimal melalui perencanaan guru yang matang, penggunaan media yang menarik, dan pelaksanaan evaluasi yang efektif. Peserta didik terlihat mampu mengekspresikan diri, berimajinasi, serta menghargai pendapat orang lain. Faktor pendukung meliputi kompetensi guru dan ketersediaan media pembelajaran, sedangkan hambatan yang dihadapi antara lain kurangnya dorongan eksplorasi mandiri peserta didik dan keterbatasan media yang terstruktur. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa seni tari memiliki peran signifikan dalam mengembangkan kreativitas anak di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Sintuvu cultural values in the reality of Kaili people's lives are extracted from various meaningful events as a learning process that forms awareness about togetherness. The value components that make up Sintuvu into the principle of togetherness and a symbol of unity in Kaili society include the values of harmony, kinship, the spirit of sharing, solidarity, consensus, responsibility and openness. From the results of initial observations on the ethnoparenting of the Kaili tribe in Palu City, it was found that the cultural values of the Kaili tribe, especially the cultural values of sintuvu are still not optimally applied in the people of Palu City, even feared to be increasingly displaced by western parenting patterns that are different from the values of local wisdom. As for Palu City as Kaili Land, of course, the most important thing in applying Kaili cultural values, one of which is Sintuvu cultural values. And Lere Village is one of the villages in Palu City where the majority of the population is Kaili tribe. So, the author is interested in conducting research on the application of Sintuvu cultural values of the Kaili tribe, with the research title "Application of Ethnoparenting based on Sintuvu Cultural Values of the Kaili Tribe in Developing Social Emotional Aspects of Children in Palu City".

Abstract

Inclusive education focuses on student services that can meet the needs of inclusive students. However, it is not specifically for children with special needs, but for all students because they have diverse characteristics. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of inclusive education in shaping the character of students in educational institutions. By using this qualitative Library-Based research method, which refers to the use of media to collect library materials such as books, journals, and articles that will help solve research problems. While the results of this study obtained that inclusive education teaches students to appreciate differences and empathize with others, can improve social skills, form strong characters, encourage independence, improve academic achievement, Education for real life. It is hoped that through inclusive education it can enrich the learning experience for all students, form better characters and be ready to face the challenges of life.

Abstract

Studi penelitian ini dilatar belakangi pilihan konten dalam media elektronik memiliki dampak signifikan pada perkembangan moral dan karakter anak. Film animasi Nussa dan Rara hadir sebagai respons terhadap kebutuhan akan konten edukatif yang menghibur dan memberikan nilai-nilai positif. Dirancang sesuai dengan pemahaman psikologi anak, animasi ini menjadi instrumen efektif dalam pendidikan karakter anak usia dini. Pendidikan karakter pada anak usia dini sangat penting karena pada masa ini anak mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan yang akan mempengaruhi kehidupannya di masa depan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni kepustakaan dengan metode analisis isi. Peneliti menganalisis lima episode dari Nussa dan Rara: Episode Eksperimen, Episode Toleransi, Episode Tetanggaku Hebat, Episode Marah Nih, dan Episode Ayo Olahraga. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian bahwa film animasi Nussa dan Rara menggunakan elemen visual dan audio untuk menyampaikan nilai-nilai karakter sesuai teori Kerucut Pengalaman Edgar Dale Dale yang menekankan pentingnya pengalaman langsung dan nyata dalam proses pembelajaran. Sepuluh nilai karakter yang diidentifikasi meliputi religius, jujur, disiplin, toleransi, rasa ingin tahu, bersahabat/komunikatif, kerja keras, peduli lingkungan, peduli sosial, dan tanggung jawab. Konsep internalisasi nilai-nilai tersebut menggunakan enam metode: pembiasaan dan keteladanan, cerita dan diskusi, kegiatan budaya dan sosial, bermain dan proyek, rutinitas harian, serta penghargaan dan konsekuensi.
