Abstract

Pasirsuren merupakan desa yang memiliki potensi daya tarik wisata minat khusus arung jeram/rafting, karena dilalui oleh Sungai Citarik yang deras yang diapit oleh bebukitan dan hamparan pemandangan yang indah, namun belum tersenutuh oleh tangan-tangan profesional, sehingga menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif, tujuannya adalah untuk menggali secara mendalam tentang potensidan kondisi yang ada melalui informasi kunci terdiri dari pihak Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Sukabumi, DinasLingkungan Hidup,Operator Palabuhanratu Rafting ART dan DPC Federasi Arung Jeram Indonesia Kabupaten Sukabumi, serta tokoh masyarakat Desa Pasirsuren dan Karang Taruna.Hasil penelitian berdasarkan data dari Lingkungan Hidupmenunjukkan bahwa,Sungai Citarik Hilir memiliki debit air 33 m3/detik, denganklasifikasi Sungai Kelas 2 (dua) artinya cocok untuk rekreasi, sehinggaSungai Citarik Hilir layak untuk kegiatan wisata minat khususrafting. Selain itu, akses menuju Sungai Citarik Hilir Desa Pasirsuren sebagian sudah memadai, di mana pembangunan jalan mendapatkan bantuan dana dari anggaran Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD),sehingga dapatmendukung  Daerah Tujuan Wisata (DTW). Sedangkan manfaat dari kegiatan wisata minat khusus yaitu pembelajaran bagi wisatawan atas kegiatan rafting; memandang keindahan alam sekitarnya, memberikan pengetahuan dan pengkayaan antara wisatawan dan masyarakat, serta memberikan nuansapetualangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Cikole Jayagiri Resort, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner ke 30 responden. Tujuan peneliti untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Cikole Jayagiri Resort. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil pengujian instrumen menunjukkan bahwa seluruh pernyataan dinyatakan valid karena nilainya diatas 0,300, dan reliabel karena nilainya diatas 0,700. Dari hasil penelitian, secara deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa motivasi secara umum “baik” dengan rerata 3,97 dari skala 1 – 5 dan disiplin kerja menunjukkan hasil “baik” dengan rerata 4,12 , lalu kinerja menunjukkan hasil “baik” dengan rerata 3,97. Sedangkan hasil analisis verfikatif menunjukkan koefisien determinasi () sebesar 0,635 atau 63,50%, sisanya (epsilon) sebesar 36,50% yang merupakan variabel yang belum diteliti. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan pengaruh signifikansi antara variabel motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan (uji t) sebesar 0,000≤ 0,05 dan variabel disiplin kerja sebesar 0,049 ≤ 0,05, sedangkan secara simultan (uji F) signifikansinya sebesar 0,00 ≤ 0,05, artinya motivasi dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh kuat dan signifikan, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Kata kunci: Motivasi, Disiplin kerja, Kinerja karyawan, Cikole Jayagiri Resort

Abstract

The research was conducted in Rajamandala Kulon Village, west bandung Regency. It employed a qualitative research method by using SWOT Matrix. The source of interviewes were key informants from the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) and the West Bandung Regency Tourism office. The results showed that Sanghyang kenit tourist destination has natural tourist attractions namely uniqueness, authenticity, scarcity and also it can foster enthusiasm and value for tourists. In other words, it qualifies as a tourist attraction. However, there are still several supporting factors that still need to be developed, both by the manager and the west Bandung regency tourism office. The development stage needs to be carried out based on the short, medium, and long term strategic plans.

Abstract

One model in developing a tourism village is to institute a connection with other more established attractions. This research is to find out whether this strategy can be applied to develop tourism in Cikadu hamlet by initiating a connection with a more established resort nearby. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. The data were collected through observations and interviews with key informants. General Manager of the resorts, tourism activists of the hamlet, and government staffs in the village were interviewed to look into the problems. Historically, there were a number of tourists already directed by Tanjung Lesung Resorts to have a trip to Cikadu hamlet. The model of connecting a more established resort to help develop tourism in a nearby hamlet has shown some results. Tourists who stayed at the resort had come to the hamlet for certain periods to make an alternative trip in enriching their holiday. However, it appeared that the hamlet wasn't ready enough to host tourists from the resorts for the lack of tourism competencies of human resources. Most of the tourism executors in the hamlet were farmers, so the experience design was not optimal. The handling of the tour programs was considered un-proficient for the resort's guests. The model of establishing connection to resort tourists in developing tourism in Cikadu can actually be achieved. Albeit, designing a more appropriate tour program is essential to keep the tourists visit continually.

Abstract

Community empowerment is an effort to create and increase the capacity of individual and group communities related to improving their quality of life, independence, and welfare. One of them is through the development and development of tourism. The tourism potential is great, but it has not been managed professionally, so that the community has not felt the acceptance. This is due to the lack of support for community participation. Community empowerment is expected to increase the capacity of the community, both individuals and groups to improve the living standards of the surrounding community. The purpose of the study was to find out how the process of community empowerment was carried out through 3 aspects, namely strengthening capacity, strengthening access and business opportunities and strengthening tourism awareness in Situ Cisanti. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques by conducting field observations, interviews and documentation with purposive sampling. The conclusion is community activities in implementing the concept of community empowerment approach through tourism development, namely strengthening the capacity and role of the community, strengthening community access and business opportunities, and strengthening tourism awareness. The existence of community empowerment activities has been going well, however, it still cannot be implemented because there is no good cooperation with the community. The benefits of the extension program have not yet been felt in strengthening Tourism Awareness because people do not understand the importance of tourist attractions that grow the economy and community welfare.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyality in batik Batam customers of Dekranasda Batam City. This research conducted at building of Dekranasda Batam city, this building also Galery of Dekranasda Batam City and Office of Dekranasda secretariat. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative method approach. This research was conducted by distributing quetionnaires to 336 respondents. Data analysis using descriptive and verification analysis, the analysis model used is a simple linear regression test. Data management using the windows version of SPSS software. Based on the result of the descriptive analysis test, it was found that the value of the product quality variabel with an average 4,52 was in the “Very good” category. obtained the value of customer satisfaction variable with an average 4,53 was in the “Very good” category. obtained the value of customer loyality variable with an average 4,46 was in the “Very good” category. While the result of the verification analysis of product quality variables on customer satisfaction obtained a t-count of 22,770, greater the t-table, namely 1,967 with a significance value of 0,00<0,05, wich mean that the product quality partially (t-test) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The result of the verification analysis of product quality variables on customer loyality obtained a t-count 17,560, greater the t-table, namely 1,967 with a significance value of 0,00<0,05, wich mean that the product quality partially (t-test) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyality. The results of the calculation show that the coefficient of determination product quality variables on customer satisfaction is 0,608 or 60,8%, meaning that customer satisfaction is influenced by product quality of 0,608 or 60,8%, while the results of the calculation show that the coefficient of determination is 0,480 or 48%, meaning that customer loyality is influenced by product quality of 0,48 or 48%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the tourism attraction and development strategy in the science center of Bandung Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach and SWOT analysis. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the tourism attractions in the science center were quite diverse, ranging from photo spots to interactive exhibits. However, additional tourism attractions need to be added to attract more tourists. Regarding the development strategy of tourism attractions in the science center, it is necessary to observe the environment (internal and external factors) and develop strategies through the SWOT matrix to produce alternative strategies translated into short-term goals, such as: Intensive promotion, Collaborating with other institutions, Promoting the existing educational and cultural attractions, Adding new attractions, Preparing or training tour guides who understand the exhibits, Adding several new spots of attraction, Considering natural factors for tourists' safety, Providing professional guides, medium-term goals such as providing various souvenirs, and long-term goals.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, peneliti mendapatkan beberapa destinasi wisata yang ada di daerah wilayah CIAYUMAJAKUNING. Namun, dari sekian banyak destinasi yang ada hanya ada beberapa destinasi yang dapat diunggulkan atau dikembangkan lebih lanjut. Dengan menetapkan destinasi wisata unggulan, maka fokus dari pola perjalanan akan lebih terarah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak diantaranya pemeritah, industri, asosiasi serta masyarakat, tokoh masyarakat, dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat sehingga bentuk atau model pola perjalanan wisata sejarah, budaya dan religiyang dihasilkan adalah bentuk integrasi yang dapat memberikan multiflier effect (dampakberganda) di lintas sektor dimana pariwisata berperan sebagai leading sector. Adapun fokus destinasi wisata unggulan berdasarkan kajian dan pertimbangan yang ditetapkan sebagai berikut: ada 3 destinasi unggulan di Kota Cirebon, yaitu: Keraton Kesepuhan dan Keraton Kacirebonan yang cenderung terhadap budaya dan sejarah, dan Mesjid Agung Sang Cipta Rasa yang memiliki unsur budaya dan religi. Selanjutnya di Kabupaten Cirebon, ada 3 destinasi unggulan yang memiliki karakteristik budaya, religi dan sejarah, yaitu Trusmi (Budaya), Makam Sunan Gunung Jati dan Makam Talun (Sejarah dan Religi), Sunan Parung (Sejarah dan Religi), Museum Telaga Manggung (Sejarah), dan Rumah adat kasokandel (Budaya dan Religi). Sama juga halnya dengan Indramayu yang memiliki 3 unggukan destinasi wisata, yaitu Nadran (Budaya), Makam Raden Arya Wira Lodra (Religi), dan Kampung Adat Bumi Egandu Dayak Losarang (Budaya). Namun, di Kuningan memiliki 2 wisata unggulan yaitu Gedung perundingan Linggarjati (Sejarah) dan Taan Purbakala (Sejarah dan Budaya). Pola perjalanan untuk CIAYUMAJAKUNING secara umum, dari titik kedatangan awal di salah satu kota atau kabupaten yang termasuk dalam wilayah CIAYUMAJAKUNING sebagai pintu masuk yang juga menjadi destinasi wisata yang dikunjungi kemudian dilanjutkan melakukan aktifitas wisata didaerah lain dan kembali ke daerah asal melalui kota atau kabupaten lain yang bukan sebagai kota atau kabupaten yang menjadi titik awal kedatangan. Adapun pola perjalanan yang dibuat yaitu pola perjalanan Stop Over yaitu wisatawan berkunjung ke suatu destinasi utama, dimana selama perjalanan terdapat daya tarik wisata yang dikunjungi selama menuju atau kembali ke destinasi utamanya, pola ini diberi nama En Route Stop Over.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of memorable tourist experiences on behavioral intentions in the Alamendah tourism village. This type of research is descriptive and quantitative, collecting data by distributing questionnaires. The research population was all visitors to the Alamendah Tourism Village, with a total sample of 78 respondents using accidental sampling. The results of the study show that memorable travel experiences have a significant effect on behavioral intentions. In this study, a memorable travel experience can positively impact the behavioral intentions of visitors to the Alamendah Tourism Village, including the emotions involved when visitors have a positive experience. These visitors identify with the values ​​or norms that apply in the Alamendah Tourism Village. , Satisfaction of visitors who are satisfied with their travel experience, both the facilities provided services, and the overall tourist experience, environmental influences, visitors who are involved in an environment that supports positive behavior. Therefore, the Alamendah Tourism Village manager needs to provide a satisfying travel experience that encourages the positive behavior of its visitors.
