Abstract

Pengabdian ini fokus pada upaya pemberdayaan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam konteks pengembangan bisnis Bakmie Purnama. Tujuan utama dari Pengabdian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi pemberdayaan yang diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kelangsungan dan pengembangan usaha Bakmie Purnama. Metode Pengabdian melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha, analisis data kualitatif, serta pengamatan langsung terhadap operasional usaha. Melalui program pemberdayaan yang terfokus, termasuk pelatihan keterampilan, bimbingan pengelolaan usaha, serta dukungan dalam hal pemasaran dan pengembangan produk, Pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM Bakmie Purnama mampu mengatasi berbagai tantangan bisnis dan meningkatkan daya saing mereka di pasar. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peningkatan dalam efisiensi operasional, kualitas produk, dan efektivitas pemasaran. Hasil Pengabdian ini memberikan pandangan mendalam tentang pentingnya pemberdayaan pelaku UMKM dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompleks. Pengalaman Bakmie Purnama menjadi contoh nyata tentang bagaimana kombinasi strategi pemberdayaan dan upaya pengembangan dapat memengaruhi pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan dan menguntungkan.

Abstract

Muslim fashion fashion trend that continues to increase every year becomes an opportunity for Muslim fashion manufacturers in Indonesia. The many variations of Muslim fashion today make manufacturers must continue to innovate to create a new muslim fashion trand to be offered to consumers. In addition, the leather offered must also be proportional to the price paid by consumers, so that the products offered can compete with other brands. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the Influence of Product Variations, Product Quality and Price On The Decision to Purchase Muslim Clothing Brand Shahla Muslim Syar'i in Gallery Ummu Afifa Collection. The type of research used is survey research that is research whose data is collected from samples over the population to represent the entire population with a view to explorative, descriptive, explanatory or confirmatory, evaluation, prediction or forecasting, operational research and development of social indicators with research methods in the form of data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis model used is multiple liner regression. Sample selection is done by accidental sampling. The sample amounted to 100 respondents using multiple liner regression analysis. The regression test results showed that 64.7% of purchasing decision factors could be explained by product variations, product quality and price while the remaining 35.5% were explained by other factors not studied in this study. While the F test results showed simultaneously variable product variations, product quality and price simultaneously positively and significantly influenced the purchase decision with the results of the analysis namely Fhitung (61,465) > Ftabel (2,700) ) and its significance value above 0.05. The test results showed that the product quality variable showed thitung results (8,270) and the price variable showed thitung results (3,777) where the ttabel (1,984) then specifically both variables had a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Muslim clothing brand Shahla Muslim Syar'i in Gallery Ummu Afifa Collection. The variable variation of the product has no significant effect on the decision to purchase Muslim fashion brand Shahla Muslim Syar'i

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menilai preferensi konsumen kedai kopi Nu Sae Bogor. Eksplorasi atribut-atribut kopi menggunakan metode Kansei engineering. Metode ini mengubah emosi atau perasaan konsumen menjadi spesifikasi desain produk baru kedai kopi Nu Sae Bogor yang digemari konsumen. Kuesioner skala sematic differensial digunakan dalam metode kansei engineering. Kansei engineering digunakan dalam pengembangan produk untuk memperoleh kepuasan pelanggan juga preferensi konsumen dengan menganalisis perasaan dan emosi konsumen dan menghubungkannya menjadi desain sebuah produk baru. Selanjutnya menggunakan metode conjoint analysis untuk menentukan hubungan antara kata-kata Kansei dan atribut serta tingkat atribut. Hasil survei memberikan tujuh kata kansei yang menjadi kriteria penting bagi konsumen kedai kopi Nu Sae Bogor untuk memilih jenis minuman kopi, yaitu “Harga’, “Aroma”, “Rasa”, “Bervariasi”, “Kemasan”, “Tekstur’, dan “Rasa”. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil conjoint analysis diperoleh tingkat kepentingan tiap atribut secara berturut-turut adalah Variasi sebesar 39,896 persen, Kemasan sebesar 17, 837 persen, Harga sebesar 17,078 persen, Rasa sebesar 14,946 persen, dan Aroma sebesar 10,243 persen. Rekomendasi spesifikasi produk minuman kopi baru dengan nilai utilitas tertinggi yaitu variasi latte, kemasan botol, harga mahal, rasa asam dan aroma soft.

Abstract

Competition between milk distributor companies has become very tight, so each milk distributor company needs to have a special strategy to deal with competition. Business as it is today requires a marketing concept that is right on target to achieve success for the company. Marketers are expected to meet customer needs, are required to provide quality services that have advantages for their customers, set prices, and promote products and services effectively. Companies must work hard to create new strategic policies in selling their products and services in the face of fierce competition with competitors who can provide greater value to customers. This study was conducted to determine the Influence of Service Quality, Price and Promotion on the Purchase Decision of Milka UHT 200 mL Milk at PT. Main Gold Wing (Case Study on Wholesaler in DC. Mampang). The type of research conducted using a quantitative approach with the research method used is survey research using questionnaires as a basic data collection tool. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. To determine the sample to be used, researchers use incidental sampling techniques. Hypothesis test results .1). Partially, the quality of service has a significant effect on the purchase decision of Milku UHT Milk. 2). Partially, the price has a significant effect on the purchase decision of Milku UHT Milk 200 mL 3). Partially, the promotion does not have a significant effect on the purchase decision of Milku UHT 200 mL Milk

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of standard costs in increasing the efficiency of production cost control at PT.XYZ. The study investigates the effectiveness of standard costs in enhancing the efficiency of production cost control, with a focus on determining standard costs for raw materials in the year 2021. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive quantitative. Based on the results, it can be concluded that standard costs play a significant role in improving the effectiveness of efficient production cost control. The existence of standard costs facilitates companies in determining buying and selling prices for materials. Despite facing unfavorable differences in labor costs, especially in the aggregate processing department's salaries, the application of standard costs resulted in significant cost efficiency in raw material expenses. The overall profitability of the enterprise remained favorable, with the margin between profitable and unprofitable costs supporting the strategic advantage of employing standard costs as a control mechanism. The findings contribute to the theoretical understanding of the practical utility of standard costs in the context of production cost management. This research provides valuable insights for both researchers and practitioners, emphasizing the importance of incorporating standard cost methodologies into managerial decision-making processes to enhance cost control strategies within organizations.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the zoning system for new student admissions (PPDB) in public senior high schools in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta from 2022 to 2024, with a focus on the role of school principals in executing the policy. Employing a quantitative approach with an evaluative design, the research assesses the effectiveness, fairness, and challenges of the zoning system. The population of the study consists of 119 high school principals across four cities in the Jakarta region. Using stratified random sampling, the entire population was involved as the research sample. Data were collected through structured interviews and questionnaire instruments distributed to the principals. Additionally, supporting data from the Jakarta Education Office and related literature were used to strengthen the analysis. The collected data were processed using SPSS software to test the validity and reliability of the instruments and to perform descriptive statistical analysis. The findings show that while the zoning system has succeeded in promoting equal access to education, several challenges persist, including uneven school quality, limited capacity in certain zones, and a lack of socialization among stakeholders. Most principals agree that improvements are needed in policy implementation, especially in ensuring transparency and infrastructure readiness. The study concludes that although the zoning system supports educational equity, it requires continuous evaluation and refinement to optimize its impact in diverse urban settings like Jakarta.

Abstract

MSMEs are an important pillar in the Indonesian economy with a significant contribution to GDP and labor absorption. The fashion industry, especially shoes, is showing strong growth, and WALCOO Shoes as a player in this industry needs to understand and design the right business model. This study aims to analyze the WALCOO Shoes business model using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach and SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis shows that WALCOO Shoes strengths in the comfort and flexibility of its products, but has weaknesses in supporting intensive physical activity and weather resistance. Opportunities include fashion trends and innovative materials, while the main threats come from fierce competition and changing consumer trends. Strategic recommendations for WALCOO Shoes include improving marketing strategies, maintaining product quality, and offering after-sales service with a warranty. The main resources include human resources, raw materials, and sewing machines, while the main activity is the shoemaking process from design to sales. The use of social media and e-commerce such as Tiktok and Shopee is optimized for sales channels. The proposed business model is expected to improve WALCOO Shoes' performance and competitiveness in the shoe industry

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Fasilitas, dan Lokasi Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa di STIE GICI Pondokgede. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory) dengan metode penelitian berupa pengumpulan data menggunkan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara Insidental Sampling. Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas, dan lokasi secara serempak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di STIE GICI Pondokgede. Hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan secara parsial variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di STIE GICI Pondokgede. Variabel fasilitas secara parsial variabel tersebut tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di STIE GICI Pondokgede. Adapun variabel lokasi secara parsial variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di STIE GICI Pondokgede. Sedangkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa 64,2% faktor-faktor kepuasan mahasiswa dapat dijelaskan oleh Kualitas Pelayanan, Fasilitas dan Lokasi sedangkan sisanya 35,8% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa di STIE GICI Pondokgede.
