Abstract

Educational institutions will be more advanced and globally competitive with the ability to adapt to the application of management information systems which in the learning process are currently integrating online and offline learning. Therefore, schools must prepare strategies to deal with the negative impacts or problems that may occur from the application of management information systems in online learning. This study aims to analyze the application of management information systems in the online learning process. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. This data collection includes interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, qualitative data analysis, drawing conclusions and data validity. The results of the study explained that the implementation of the management information system using data processing applications, namely EMIS and information technology in supporting the learning process, providing educational services by facilitating learning practices using technological infrastructure, such as learning facilities by combining applications and computers with wifi. The implementation of learning through three stages, namely first, the planning stage by making an effective day analysis and analyzing the learning program by compiling a syllabus, compiling lesson plans, making learning media and preparing other learning tools. Second, the implementation stage, in the implementation stage there are three activities, namely preliminary activities, this activity, and closing activities. Third, evaluation of learning, at this stage assess student learning outcomes in writing, orally, scientific work, tasks and practice. In addition, the teacher makes direct observations to observe the attitudes of students in terms of spirituality, knowledge and skills. This research focuses on online learning where in its management it still takes various efforts to get the right and measurable formula, so that student learning outcomes can be achieved optimally

Abstract

The number of schools in Indonesia is increasing year by year. Competitive competition between educational institutions is unavoidable and needs to be responded to appropriately. This complicated problem coupled with the relatively low quality of management of Islamic education institutions can be a threat to the existence of Islamic educational institutions. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the marketing management system and the efforts that can be made by Islamic educational institutions to improve the image of Islamic educational institutions. The method used in this research is a descriptive-qualitative research method that emphasizes library research using secondary data in the form of books and previous scientific articles that are relevant to the research topic. The results of this study indicate that educational marketing management can be interpreted as managerial activities of educational institutions carried out in order to create, maintain and enhance profitable exchange interactions with other parties to achieve the goals of the institution. In its application, educational marketing management applies marketing management concepts, including marketing planning, marketing organizing, marketing actuating and marketing controlling. Efforts to maintain and enhance the positive image of Islamic institutions are (1) Applying Islamic principles in marketing in service, appearance, persuasion and satisfaction. mproving the quality of Islamic education services through improving the quality of human resources. (3) Digitalizing of marketing of Islamic education services by utilizing technological developments for the branding of Islamic educational institutions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in facing educational challenges in the digital era. Data was collected in DIY in 5 districts—descriptive qualitative research method with data collection of interviews, observations, and documentation. The result of this research is that the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the DIY region oversees Islamic educational institutions, both formal and non-formal. Each region's Ministry of Religious Affairs has a general and special program that accommodates the needs of each area—the development of the era in the era of digitalization. The Ministry of Religious Affairs develops educational applications to facilitate Islamic educational institutions' control, supervision, and evaluation. The applications used include E-management, electronic madrasah activity plan, and budget (ERKAM), madrasah digital report card (RDM), Geschool application, E-learning, electronic learning, Jogja Digital Madrasah". (SIMBA) Management Information Systems for Early Education Assistance and Islamic Boarding Schools, Education Management Information Systems (EMIS), etc. Obstacles in implementing the transition from online to digitalization include human resources, infrastructure, and new work culture.   Keywords: The Role of the Ministry of Commerce, Challenges of Islamic Education, Alpha Generation

Abstract

Dokumentasi kearsipan sekolah sangat penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Ini karena saat diperlukan untuk penilaian, pengambilan keputusan, dan data historis sekolah. Dalam konsep kearsipan menurut Peraturan Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia Nomor 9 Tahun 2018 bahwa secara konsep ada dua jenis arsip, yaitu arsip dinamis dan statis. Mengelola catatan dinamis adalah tantangan bagi organisasi. Ini karena catatan berubah dengan cepat. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi, lembaga dapat mengelola kearsipan dengan lebih baik. Namun, sebagian besar sekolah belum melakukan dokumentasi arsip secara digital. Hal ini akan berdampak pada kesulitan di masa depan ketika dokumen tersebut dibutuhkan untuk menemukannya, meskipun mendukung kinerja sekolah, seperti saat penilaian kinerja sekolah. Sebab itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberikan ilmu secara teori dan praktik dalam pengelolaan kearsipan sekolah dengan memanfaat teknologi informasi melalui google drive

Abstract

Taman Pojok Literasi was established in Bulak Gempol Nguter Pasirian Lumajang in 2013. This effort to establish a literacy corner park is an excellent step to overcome the problem of low reading interest and literacy among children and society in general. In this study, PAR (Participatory Acion Research) was used. PAR research is a research approach that involves all relevant parties actively and participatively to assess the actions that take place. The purpose of this method is to improve action actions through the conduct of research and participation of researchers in action. In their article entitled Community Literacy Movement: Strengthening Lerasi to Build a Literate Society, the authors show how important literacy is for the general public and children.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the recruitment system of educators at SDIT Salsabila 3 Banguntapan Yogyakarta, and improve the quality of education through the recruitment system of educators. The study employed a qualitative descriptive methodology. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis from a selected group of school staff. The results showed that the recruitment system for educators at SDIT Salsabila 3 Banguntapan Yogyakarta was described in several stages, namely, administration, interview stages, and reading and writing the Qur'an and micro teaching. The school is looking for qualified educators according to the profile and has a teaching commitment to improve the quality of education at SDIT Salsabila 3 Banguntapan. The school's efforts in improving quality by conducting development programs for educators and evaluation activities every week. The school provides facilities in developing the talents and interests of students with extracurricular and simaan activities to increase memorization which is carried out twice a week. The implications of recruiting educators have loyalty and commitment in teaching. Before prospective educators officially become educators at SDIT Salsabila 3 Banguntapan make a work contract agreement first according to the applicable work agreement

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia play an important role in developing Islamic education, but views on them are limited. Islamic education includes more than just the transfer of knowledge, but also values in the teaching and learning process, such as tarbiyah and ta'dib. Islamic boarding schools also contribute to improving the quality of human resources. This study aims to explore the Holism of Islamic Education: A Comprehensive Review of the Management of the Ibnu Abbas Klaten Islamic Boarding School in Central Java. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The result of this research is the management of Islamic education in the Ibn Abbas Klaten Islamic boarding school, various aspects of management such as leadership, public relations, finance, infrastructure, and dormitory are described in detail. Through a holistic approach, this Islamic boarding school divides its organizational structure into three main units: education, human resources, and finance, with an emphasis on friendship and consensus deliberation. Excellence programs in public relations and media management, especially through IBBASTV's YouTube channel, demonstrate the commitment of Islamic boarding schools in service to the surrounding community. This holistic approach in education management in Islamic boarding schools includes not only academic aspects, but also aspects of cleanliness, safety, comfort, and self-development of students. Various programs and activities are set to support the vision and mission of holistic education, including the use of modern communication technologies such as WhatsApp to improve communication and coordination between stakeholders. In maintaining cleanliness and availability of complete infrastructure, Islamic boarding schools affirm their commitment to providing a holistic and sustainable educational environment.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui persepsi para pengurus MPAQ (majelis pengkajian Alquran) yang sudah sering mempelajari Al-quran bagaimana kriteria pemimpin nasional yang diharapkan oleh para pengurus dan jamaah majelis pengkajian Al-Quran (MPAQ), Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan tujuan untuk melakukan studi deskriptif terhadap persepsi para jamah majelis pengkajian Al-Quran (MPAQ). Instrument untuk penggalian data yaitu dengan menggunakan open endeed quastionaire, diharapkan dengan angket terbuka ini para jamaah MPAQ dapat leluasa menyatakan pendapatnya tentang kriteria kepemimpinan nasional. Hasil penelitian diperoleh sebanyak 50%menjawab “Tegas, amanah, mampu meyakinkan rakyat, dan yang 45% menjawab “adil jujur dan berintegritas, ini menunjukkan persepsi dari jamaah MPAQ sudah menasionalis dan memahami  dengan keadaan negara Indonesia yang tidak hanya beragama Islam namun ada agama-agama yang selain Islam, sehingga bahasanya lebih global atau menyeluruh agar bisa diterima semua kalangan.

Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology and communication has become an important concern for educational institutions. Education that seeks to produce the nation's next generation who are progressive and become agents of change needs to equip students with the cultivation of noble character. Islam, which exists as a teaching that prioritizes morals, will be maximized with effective and efficient management of Islamic character education. The aim of this research is to find out the strategies carried out by school principals as leaders in Islamic educational institutions in developing students' Islamic character, and how to overcome problems that occur in its implementation. The principal's strategy at SDIT Mufidatul Ilmi is to carry out his function as a manager by creating formulas and guidelines for character education and directing all stakeholders in implementing the program, as an innovator by making breakthroughs in character education that are able to integrate curricula and programs that have been prepared with the independent learning curriculum so that values Islam is maintained, as an educator, this is done by guiding teachers and students and providing role models whenever and wherever they are. The school principal establishes good communication and collaborates with parents and local government to establish cooperation and harmonious relationships to support the success of Islamic character education

Abstract

Pelatihan pembuatan kerajinan tangan dengan kain flanel di TPA bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan keterampilan santri. Kegiatan ini meliputi pengenalan bahan, teknik dasar, pembuatan proyek, dan penilaian karya. Santri diajarkan membuat berbagai kerajinan sederhana, seperti gantungan kunci berbentuk hewan, bunga, dan karakter lainnya. Hasilnya menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dari para peserta, dengan karya yang bervariasi dan kreatif. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kreativitas dan keterampilan santri, tetapi juga membangun rasa percaya diri dan memberikan wawasan tentang peluang usaha dari kerajinan tangan.
