Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem dan hasil pengelolaan proses pendidikan kecakapan hidup yang dilakukan pengelola pendidikan dalam mewujudkan kemandirian warga binaan eks psikotik yang dilaksanakan di Lembaga Sosial Hafara Kasihan, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi nonpartisipatif (nonparticipant observation), wawancara mendalam (in depth interview) dan dokumentasi. Teknik penentuan validitas dan keabsahan data dengan cara triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Temuan penelitian ini meliputi; pertama, sistem pelaksanaan pendidikan ditempuh melalui empat tahapan: a. Perencanaan (planing) dengan menetapkan tujuan, menentukan pendamping, pengelompokan warga binaan, perumusan strategi, menentukan jenis keterampilan, dan menentukan metode. b. Pengorganisasian (organizing) meliputi: membentuk struktur organisasi atau kepengurusan, merumuskan serta menetapkan pembagian tugas dan wewenang pada tiap kesatuan atau unit. c. Penggerakkan (actuacting) dilakukan dengan cara memberikan motivasi, dan menjalin hubungan komunikasi. d. Pengawasan (controlling) ditempuh melalui; penetapan standar, evaluasi, mengadakan tidakan-tindakan perbaikan. Kedua, hasil pengelolaan pendidikan kecakapan hidup dalam mewujudkan kemandirian bagi warga binaan meliputi: a. kemandirian mengurus diri sendiri. b. kemandirian dalam bersosialisasi

Abstract

Abstract Leadership can be carried out by male or female figures based on the suitability of their competencies with the needs of the organization. The benchmark for leadership success is if in the process it directs and moves all members to achieve organizational goals. Through this research, we will discuss the types of women principals' leadership in the development of adiwiyata schools. This research is a qualitative research conducted at SDN Bhayangkara Yogayakarta. The findings of this study are: 1) The leadership type of female principals at SD N Bhayangkara Yogyakarta is feminine-transformational, 2) As an effort to develop adiwiyata schools at SDN Bhayangkara Yogyakarta by the principal, namely the application of four indicators, then exemplary, and involving the active participation of parents in developing adiwiyata schools, 3) The supporting factors are sourced from the leadership, namely the principal competence , school management team, and other human resources such as the community, parents and government, as well as the availability of resources such as adequate land . However, there are inhibiting factors originating from the lack of personal initiative from school residents and also the high level of idealism in the administration of adiwiyata Keywords: feminine-transformational , leadership, women, adiwiyata school Abstrak Kepemimpinan dapat dilakukan oleh tokoh laki-laki atau perempuan berdasarkan kesesuaian kompetensinya dengan kebutuhan organisasi. Tolok ukur keberhasilan kepemimpinan adalah jika dalam prosesnya mengarahkan dan menggerakkan seluruh anggota untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Melalui penelitian ini akan dibahas tipe-tipe kepemimpinan kepala sekolah perempuan dalam pengembangan sekolah adiwiyata. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan di SDN Bhayangkara Yogayakarta. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Tipe kepemimpinan kepala sekolah perempuan di SD N Bhayangkara Yogyakarta adalah feminin-transformasional, 2) Sebagai upaya pengembangan sekolah adiwiyata di SDN Bhayangkara Yogyakarta oleh kepala sekolah yaitu penerapan empat indikator, maka keteladanan, dan melibatkan peran aktif orang tua dalam mengembangkan sekolah adiwiyata, 3) Faktor pendukung bersumber dari kepemimpinan yaitu kompetensi kepala sekolah, tim pengelola sekolah, dan sumber daya manusia lainnya seperti masyarakat, orang tua dan pemerintah, serta ketersediaan sumber daya seperti lahan yang memadai. Namun terdapat faktor penghambat yang berasal dari kurangnya inisiatif pribadi dari warga sekolah dan juga tingginya idealisme dalam penyelenggaraan adiwiyata. Abstract

The development of religious character is not only within the scope of formal education but must target non-formal education, such as in the hijrah community. The phenomenon of the hijrah community now dominates the da'wah movement in various cities, including Manado as a Muslim minority city. This study aims to determine religious character education in the hijrah community and its activities in Manado. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and qualitative content analysis techniques. This study indicates that religious character education in the hijrah community is carried out by learning activities about basic knowledge of Islam and social activities. The findings of this study also show that the hijrah community in Manado carries out social activities by collaborating religious values with the values of local wisdom.

Abstract

The transition of the learning system from offline to online raises new problems at the teacher, the learning process is not optimal, and the process of understanding teachers who do not understand IT. The principal as the school manager must be wise and decisive in analysing issues of education management strategies in school management practices. This study aims to analyse the role of madrasa principal in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic risk management perspective in MTs N 1 Yogyakarta City. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collected through in-depth interviews and observation. The results showed that the principal of MTs N 1 Yogyakarta City as the Risk Manager had carried out three stages of risk management, first (1) risk assessment to identify online learning problems during the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) risk mitigation, to ease the burden on teachers and students in the learning process through the policy of providing internet quota subsidies for teachers and students who are unable and do not assign too many assignments to students, and (3) risk evaluation, to see the problems of the online learning process through reports or complaints from both teachers and students. The role of the madrasa head as a Risk Manager must be to minimize, even eliminate the risk or adverse effects of the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. Online learning policies, giving quota subsidies, and reducing school work as a form of action to reduce the risk of being stricken with Covid-19 and alleviate psychological burdens, especially for students.

Abstract

Abstract: In the study of Islamic Education Management (MPI), it is necessary to develop a theory or concept of leadership based on Islamic values, one of which is the concept of prophetic leadership. This study aims to analyze how the prophetic leadership concept of the Prophet Muhammad SAW can be applied in organizations. This research was conducted qualitatively with a literature review. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, which consisted of three activities: data analysis, data reduction, and verification. The study results explain that the concept of prophetic leadership is leadership based on prophetic (apostolic) values. The prophetic leadership character of the Prophet Muhammad is known by four characters, namely Fatanah, Amanah, Sidiq, and Tabligh. Apart from these four characters, The Prophet Muhammad SAW is also known as a prophet whom Allah SWT sent to be a mercy for the universe. The implication of the Prophet Muhammad's Prophetic Leadership is that each of his followers is encouraged to imitate these characters and apply them in their daily lives. Abstrak: Dalam kajian Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) perlu mengembangkan teori atau konsep kepemimpinan yang berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai Islam, salah satunya adalah konsep kepemimpinan profetik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana konsep kepemimpinan profetik Nabi Muhammad saw yang dapat diterapkan dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan kajian literatur. Analisis data menggunakan model miles dan huberman yang terdiri dari tiga kegiatan, yaitu analisis data, reduksi data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa konsep kepemimpinan profetik adalah kepemimpinan yang didasarkan pada nilai-nilai kenabian (kerasulan). Karakter kepemimpinan profetik Nabi Muhammad saw, dikenal dengan empat karakter, yaitu Fatanah, Amanah, Shidiq, dan Tabligh. Selain empat karakter ini, Nabi Muhammad saw, juga dikenal sebagai nabi yang diutus oleh Allah swt untuk menjadi rahmat bagi semesta alam. Implikasi dari Kepemimpinan Profetik Nabi Muhammad saw adalah setiap umatnya didorong untuk meneladani karakter tersebut dan menerapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Abstract

There are some problems in Islamic education either theoretically or practically. Based on its theoretical problem, it have not been definite the ontological Islamic education source and there was a dichotomy in Islamic education epistemology which is caused the separation of religion science and general science. Based on its practical problem, there was some moral degradation of the students in some Islamic institutions. This article describes the Islamic education analysis based on philosophical science perspective (ontology, epistemology, and axiology) and describes the solutions from those problems.There were some conclusions taken from the description above; 1) based on Islamic education ontological theory, there are two kinds of science as they are material substance science and non-material substance science. 2) based on Islamic education epistemological theory, there are two kinds of science as they are kasbi science and ladunni science. 3) based on Islamic education axiological theory, there are two functions of science as they are beneficial for human being in real life and after life.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to know deeper about the concept of Madrasah tahfidz based Pesantren with 30 chapters of tahfidz al-Qur’an system and to know how the implementation of curriculum development of madrasah tahfidz based Pesantren (school boarding) in MITQ TBS Kudus, Central Java. The research was a descriptive-qualitative with phenomenological approach with data collection techniques: in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. The analysis of the data was by reduction, display, and provided conclusions. The results showed (1) the concept of madrasah tahfidz based pesantren in MITQ TB Kudus, Central Java emphasized on the time allocation of tahfidz al-Qur’an with more portion such as 48 hours per week to reach tahfidz al-Qur'an 30 chapters, and (2) curriculum development of madrasah tahfidz  based Pesantren (school boarding) in TBS MITQ Kudus, Central Java included: diagnosis of needs, development of education purposes, curriculum of KTSP, curriculumof  Religion Ministry and the local curriculum (pesantren), learning experiences, and the development of curriculum evaluation.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih mendalam mengenai konsep madrasah  tahfidz berbasis pesantren dengan sistem tahfidz al-Qur’an 30 juz serta mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pengembangan kurikulum madrasah tahfidz berbasis pesantren di MITQ TBS Kudus Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan teknik pengumpulan data: wawancara mendalam, observasi non partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui reduksi, display, dan memberikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) konsep madrasah tahfidz berbasis pesantren di MITQ TBS Kudus Jawa Tengah menekankan pada alokasi waktu tahfidz al-Qur’an dengan porsi lebih yaitu 48 jam perminggu untuk mencapai tahfidz al-Qur’an 30 juz, dan (2) pengembangan kurikulum madrasah tahfidz berbasis pesantren di MITQ TBS Kudus Jawa Tengah meliputi: diagnosis kebutuhan, pengembangan tujuan pendidikan, kurikulum KTSP, kurikulum Kementerian Agama dan kurikulum muatan lokal (pesantren), pengalaman belajar, dan pengembangan evaluasi kurikulum.

Abstract

The research mainly focuses on the comparative analysis towards the ideology and epistemology applied in Al Munawir Krapyak, Yogyakarta, Indonesia and Pasir Tumboh, Kelantan, Malaysia; both are pesantrens or traditional education institution-also called islamic boarding school. The study denotes that the curriculum utilized in al munawir pesantren is integrated Islam and science. While Pasir Tumboh employs the classical curriculum called kitab Jawi (Melayu). The epistemological base of curriculum of Al Munawir is Burhani-Irfani (demonstrative-gnostic) which in turn leads to transcendental contextual mindsets. It is rational religious ideology that modifies the methodology of Ahlussunnah Waljamaah emphasizing moderate and open-minded islamic teaching. On the other hand, the epistemological base of curriculum of Pasir Tumboh is Bayani-Irfani (explanative-gnostic) producing religious conservative ideology which is textual-trancendental, pseudo-exclusive and normative in observing the methods of ahlussunnah waljamaah.

Abstract

The understanding of radical Islam is the root for movement of terrorism or religious radicalism. The movement articulation has the shape of violence or terror action, both in physical and non- physical forms of terror; threats, act of considering someone an infidel, polytheists accusation, act of blaming religious practices, and others. This study successfully makes radical Islam into category according to Mlangi santri based on thinking, behavior (action), and physical-symbolic. The strategy of Mlangi santri in preventing infiltration of radical Islam understanding is through a scientific approach (Aswaja ideological reinforcement), cultural tradition (religious traditions such as tahlilan, chant recounting Muhammad’life (zanji), abdul qadiran,) and builds structural-cultural network between santri, Muslim scholars, and government. Mlangi santris’ hope for government is government’s firmness in enforcing law against perpetrators of radical Islamic movements that do violence in action. For perpetrators of terrorism, government can sentence to death, brainwash, or cast into prison but isolate them.
