Abstract

Munculnya rumusan CLD-KHI dengan sejumlah pasal krusial sebagai pembaruan hukum keluarga Islam menjadi menarik untuk diperbicangkan. Banyaknya pertentangan dan perlawanan terhadap rumusan ini menjadikannya selalu dikaji dan ditelaah oleh sejumlah kalangan, walaupun masih menimbulkan kontroversi dan perdebatan. Di dalam prakteknya hakim PA menjadikan KHI sebagai hukum materil dalam setiap putusannya, walaupun tidak semua bersumber dari KHI. Hal inilah yang oleh sebagian kalangan menilai bahwa KHI sejatinya memilki kelemahan, sehingga tidak relevan diterapkan masa kini. Maka muncullah tandingannya yaitu CLD-KHI. Pandangan hakim PA terhadap CLD-KHI menjadi menarik untuk diperbincangkan. Hal tidak lepas dari beberapa alasan di antaranya adalah: Pertama, Pasal-pasal CLD-KHI berkaitan erat dengan pasal-pasal KHI, kedua CLD KHI memiliki tujuan dan visi yang sema dengan KHI walaupun melahirkan kotroversi, ketiga untuk kalangan tertentu CLD-KHI telah diyakini sesuai dengan Maqashid asy-syari?ah.  Kata Kunci: Counter legal Draft (CLD), Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI), Pengadilan Agama dan Hakim

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa program studi ekonomi syariah institut agama islam yasni bungo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif Inferensial dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden untuk mengumpulkan data. Populasi pada penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling dan didapat jumlah sampel sebesar 75 responden yang ditemui saat penelitian. Perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciene). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel, atau nilai Fhitung sebesar 36,077 lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel sebesar 3.124 yang berarti secara simultan atau bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada variabel Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan (X1) dan Efikasi Diri (X2) terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa program studi ekonomi syariah Institut Agama Islam Yasni Bungo. Secara parsial terlihat bahwa semua variabel bebas (pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri) berpengaruh terhadap Minat berwirausaha, yaitu Variabel Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan (X1) sebesar 2.269 lebih besar dari Ttabel 1,993 dan variabel Efikasi Diri (X2) sebesar 6,016 lebih besar dari Ttabel 1,993. Berdasarkan hasil yang dilihat dari koefesien beta, variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Minat berwirausaha mahasiswa program studi ekonomi syariah Institut Agama Islam Yasni Bungo ialah variabel efikasi diri yang memiliki koefesien beta sebesar 0,794. Besarnya pengaruh variabel pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri secara bersama-sama ditunjukkan dari hasil determinasi (Uji R) dimana diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,501 atau 50,1 %.

Abstract

Positivisme adalah suatu aliran filsafat yang menyatakan ilmu alam sebagai satu-satunya sumber pengetahuan yang benar dan menolak aktifitas yang berkenaan dengan metafisik. Tidak mengenal adanya spekulasi, semua didasarkan pada data empiris, di mana semua data-data tersebut berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang nyata dan hasilnyapun memiliki kegunaan dan kemanfaatan yang pasti. Permasalahan poligami apabila ditinjau dari positivisme sangat tidak relevan pada konteks saat ini, hal ini sesuai yang dikemukakan muhammad abduh, Menurut Abduh poligami yang di lakukan dengan tujuan hanya untuk kesenangan hukumnya haram. Apabila alasannya di maksudkan hanya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan biologis semata menjadi tidak boleh, tetapi jika alasannya karena darurat maka kemungkinan dibolehkannya untuk melakukan tetap ada. Dalam pembahasan ini positivisme lebih condong kepada mengharamkan poligami dari pada membolehkan, hal ini berkaitan dengan hasil yang didapat dari epistemologi tersebut, bahwa semua sumber ilmu pengetahuan hanya berdasarkan rasio dan fakta-fakta empiris yang nyata dan memiliki kegunaan yang pasti. Apabila dikaitkan pada konteks saat ini poligami yang dilakukan banyak pria lebih merugikan wanita dari pada membawa keuntungan dan kemanfaatan bagi pria, maka poligamipun diharamkan karena lebih banyak merugikan banyak pihak dari pada menguntungkan satu pihak.

Abstract

Indonesian Marriage Law (UU No. 1/1974) has any problems in its implementing. This regulation conducted by government as a tool of unification of marriage law in order to anticipate legal uncertainty. There are three sistems of law in Indonesia; Adat/Customary law, Islamic law, and Western Law. UU No. 1/1974 is expected to be a solution of plurality of legal in Indonesia. However, this regulation had not able to protect that plurality, especially Adat law. Many of Indonesia's indigenous peoples remain insist running their customary marriage law and override the provisions in the legislation that has been legislated. This happens in the Suku Anak Dalam/Orang Rimba Jambi until now. Many of their marriage practices were inconsistent with the provisions of Law No. 1 of 1974. Most of them still adhere to animism- dynamism beliefs, had a way to measure maturity bride, and no concept of the guardian, witness, and also the recording of the marriage. This fact requires the government to review the provisions of Law No. 1 of 1974 in order to accommodate customary law currently applied until now.

Abstract

This activity aims to foster an understanding of the urgency of education in the future and foster a spirit of motivation to go to college and not give up on the situation. The low understanding of adolescents about the importance of learning for future success is the main factor in this service. This service is in addition to many community members who experience economic difficulties, especially for their children's educational needs. This service activity took respondents from 45 young men/women from Sungai Alai village. This service is carried out with a descriptive method consisting of planning stages, implementation, and evaluation. The method in this service is through counseling for all male/female adolescents, which begins with distributing questionnaires to all village adolescents and closes with the delivery of material and discussion. This service activity produces and can increase the motivation of college-interest adolescents; this is indicated by the number of participants who are very enthusiastic about following it so that they get enlightenment from the obstacles they have experienced. The results of the service that we have done obtained results of 28, 40% answering strongly agree, 31.17% answering agree, 28.59% answering less agree, and 11.85% answering strongly disagree % with details of 36 statements and 4 answers, namely strongly agree, agree, less agree, and strongly disagree.

Abstract

This research aims to describe PAI teachers' efforts to overcome difficulties in reading the Qur’an and knowing the factors behind students’ finding it difficult to read the Qur'an. This research focuses on SMA Negeri 2 Sape, Bima Regency. This research is field research; the type used is a case study with a qualitative approach. The data obtained in this research were from 52 participants. The data follows: PAI teachers' efforts have used the habituation method. For example, the teacher reads first, then the students follow, providing tutors (coaches) and giving motivation, and the method used to teach students to read the Qur’an is the Iqro' method. Second, internal factors are a lack of motivation from parents, a lack of awareness of oneself, and the influence of technological developments. Then, external factors include a lack of interest, talent, and passion, a lack of practice in learning to read the Qur’an, and wrong social interactions in the environment.

Abstract

General background: Mathematics is a fundamental discipline crucial for students’ cognitive development, yet many elementary school students in Indonesia continue to struggle with low achievement due to teacher-centered and monotonous instruction. Specific background: At SD Negeri 205/II Bangun Harjo, most fifth-grade students failed to reach the minimum mastery criteria in mathematics, indicating an urgent need for innovative learning models. Knowledge gap: Although cooperative models like Make A Match have been studied in various contexts, empirical evidence on their effectiveness in mathematics learning at the elementary level, particularly in rural settings, remains limited. Aims: This study aimed to analyze the application of the Make A Match model in improving students’ mathematics learning outcomes. Results: Using a pre-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design with 11 participants, results revealed an increase in average scores from 56.36 (pretest) to 72.12 (posttest), while learning completeness rose from 27.27% to 63.63%. A paired samples t-test confirmed a statistically significant improvement (p = 0.012 < 0.05). Novelty: The study provides contextual evidence of Make A Match effectiveness in an underrepresented elementary school setting, complemented by rigorous instrument validation. Implications: These findings highlight the model’s potential as an engaging and practical strategy to foster active participation, collaboration, and better mathematics learning outcomes in primary education. Highlight: • Significant improvement in average scores and mastery level after applying Make A Match. • Novel contribution by providing empirical evidence in rural elementary school context. • Practical implications for teachers to adopt interactive and enjoyable strategies. Abstract

The main problem in this study is the low understanding of the concept of the material by students, students do not participate actively in the learning process, students do not understand the concept of the material being taught and low learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of the process and learning outcomes of students. The Time Token Model is a solution to the problems that occurred in class V as many as 11 students of SDN 025/II Muara Bungo, Bungo Dani District, Bungo Regency. The method used in this study is PTK. The results of the study showed that in cycle I the results of the assessment of the educator process obtained 59% while the results of the assessment of the student learning process in cycle I obtained 45% and the learning outcomes of students in cycle I were 55%. in cycle II the results of the assessment of the educator process obtained 83% while the results of the assessment of the student learning process in cycle II obtained 82% and the learning outcomes of students in cycle II were 82%. Abstract

The problem in this study is that students have not been able to pass down correctly, the accuracy of the arms in passing down the students is still lacking, both knees of the students are not bent so that the passing is not calm. This study aims to determine the effect of lower passing training with the school wall on the ability of lower passing volleyball extracurricular SMP Negeri 3 Pelepat. This research is a quantitative experimental study, the method used in this study is an experiment in the form of a one group pre-test post-test design. The population in this study was 55 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 15 students. Data collection techniques using tests. The instrument used was the lower passing test and the data analysis technique used the paired sample t-test with the help of the SPSS version 26 application. The results showed that there was an effect of lower passing training through the use of school walls on the lower passing of volleyball extracurricular SMP Negeri 3 Pelepat. Evidenced by data analysis using the t test, the results of this study show the value of tcount (11.611) > ttable (2.144), and the p value (0.000) < from 0.05, then Ha: accepted and Ho: rejected. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of lower passing training through the use of school walls on the lower passing of volleyball extracurricular SMP Negeri 3 Pelepat.
