ABSTRAKPesatnya kemajuan teknologi mempengaruhi semua sector, termasuk sector pendidikan. Peran dosen sebagai fasilitator seharusnya dapat memfasilitasi mahasiswa untuk menemukan cara belajarnya masing masing. Dosen diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi mahasiswa supaya dapat belajar tanpa terbatas ruang dan waktu (dimana saja dan kapan saja). Diharapkan dengan metode pembelajaran e-learning maka mahasiswa menjadi lebih aktif dan semakin kreatif dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah e-learning memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausal untuk menjelaskan hubungan sebab dan akibat dan menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Study ini menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) untuk melihat faktor mana yang paling berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa. Responden pada penelitian ini sejumlah 338 mahasiswa dengan alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner baku e-learning (Watkins) yang telah ditranslasi dalam bahasa Indonesia. Mahasiswa yang menjadi responden sudah pernah melakukan elearning pada beberapa mata kuliah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan internet pada mahasiswa secara signifikan dapat mempengaruhi motivasi mahasiswa dalam menggunakan elearning ditunjukkan dengan tingkat significancy 8.31 ( dari 2) dengan tingkat keyakinan 95% dan nilai R2 0.49 (error varians 0.75). Untuk itu, kompetensi mahasiswa yang ingin dicapai dapat didukung dengan pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang didukung dengan teknologi. ABSTRACTTechnology is continue to progress more rapidly and it affect all sector in the world, including education. The lecturer’s role as a facilitator should be able to facilitate the students to find their own way of learning. Lecturer need to facilitate students discovering their own way to learn without limited time and space (anytime and anywhere). E-learning will encourage students to learn more active and creative. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of internet usaage with student’s motivation and also factors that influence e-learning implementation. This study used  descriptive method with causal design. Respondents in this study were 338 students with questionnaire from Watkins about e-learning which has been translated into Bahasa.Through Structural Equation Model (SEM) analyse that the internet usage on student can significantly influence student’s motivation in using elearning shown with significancy level 8.31(2) with 95% confidence level and value R2 0.49 (error vaeiance 0.75). The development of the pedagogical content by lecturer should be more creative in accordance with the technology used.

Identification and socialization about importance of nursing students’ learning style should be performed by nursing educator to achieve learning goals.  The purpose of this study is to explore nursing students’ perception of their learning style. Method of this study was qualitative with descritive interpretative design involving 10 nursing students, using purposive sampling. Students were divided into two groups, there were academic and profesion group continued by focus group discussion (FGD). The analysis data used thematik analysis content with Collaizi method.  The results of this study consists of five themes, namely : (1) easy and comfort ways to learn (2) variation of learning strategy at classroom and clinic  (3)  think, analyse about theory and use it at practice (4) influence of passing the nurse national competency test  (5) more profesional and contribute to nurses development. It was recommended to nurses educator at nursing school to identify sthrengthness of nursing student toward milenial learning style. In order to improve learning outcome, nurse educator must combine variation teaching strategy with nursing students’ learning style Keywords : learning, learning styles, nursing students, perception of nursing students.

AbstrakTerapi infus adalah tindakan yang dilakukan pada klien yang menjalani rawat inap sebagai jalur terapi intravena (IV) dengan pemberian obat, cairan dan pemberian produk darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan perawat dalam pemantauan cairan infus sesuai dengan Standar prosedur operasional di Ruang Medikal Bedah. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan design deskriptif korelasi, dan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian adalah 66 perawat di Ruang Medikal Bedah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tehnik observasi dan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian. Data dianalisa menggunakan metode Kendals Tau B dan Kendals Tau C. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa 1; Ada hubungan antara Usia dengan nilai p Value= 0.000, 2; pendidikan dengan nilai p Value= 0.007, 3; level jenjang karier dengan nilai p Value= 0.014, 4; pengetahuan dengan p Value= 0.011, 5; tidak ada hubungan antara lama kerja dengan nilai p Value= 0.259 dengan kepatuhan perawat dalam pemantauan cairan infus sesuai dengan SOP di Rumah Sakit swasta ini. Diharapkan perawat dapat meningkatkan kualitas asuhan yang diberikan dan memberikan pelatihan tentang pemantauan cairan infus yang diberikan oleh tim Nursing Education di RS, sehingga dapat menurunkan terjadinya komplain terhadap cairan infus yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasien.Kata kunci: Pemantauan, terapi infus, kepatuhan perawat, Standar prosedur operasionalÂ

Keselamatan pasien merupakan bagian penting dari sistem layanan kesehatan. Rumah sakit perlu mengembangkan intervensi yang ditargetkan, termasuk program pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan, untuk meningkatkan budaya dan praktik keselamatan pasien. Untuk mencapai dan mempertahankan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit, diperlukan tindakan yang komprehensif dan responsif agar kejadian serupa tidak terulang kembali. Tidak diinginkan dapat diminimalisir bahkan dicegah dengan memperhatikan keselamatan pasien. Pelaporan data insiden keselamatan pasien menjadi penting karena insiden keselamatan pasien yang valid dan akurat akan menentukan evaluasi program dan pelayanan kesehatan berbasis keselamatan di masa depan serta mendasari perbaikan sistem pelayanan dan pencegahan terulangnya insiden keselamatan pasien. Banyak penelitian telah dilakukan mengenai budaya dan pendampingan. Selain itu, banyak penelitian yang fokus pada pengaruh program pendampingan terhadap keselamatan pasien melalui pelaporan insiden. Penelitian kepustakaan diperlukan untuk membahas permasalahan secara lebih spesifik. Dengan tinjauan pustaka ini diharapkan dapat diketahui dampak program bantuan terhadap keselamatan pasien melalui pelaporan insiden. Penelitian ini menggunakan tinjauan sistematis terhadap temuan-temuan yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil scoping review, ditemukan total 20 artikel bahwa pendampingan merupakan suatu proses pembelajaran yang melibatkan pembentukan karakter dan kepribadian seseorang sebagai mentee atau peserta. Bisa juga dikatakan sebagai proses pembelajaran dimana mentor membantu anak didiknya menjadi mandiri melalui kegiatan belajar. Kurangnya sistem pelaporan insiden di rumah sakit dapat menghalangi staf untuk belajar dari kesalahan dan meningkatkan keselamatan pasien. Keselamatan pasien sangat penting di rumah sakit untuk akreditasi dan reputasi rumah sakit.

Indonesia ranks scond among countries with a high burden of Tuberculosis after India, and there were an increasing burden if youth did not acknowledge about how to prevent the transmission of TBC, especially in the family. The education program was delivered to 25 high school students at SMKN 14, Center of Jakarta. The result of this program that there were an increasing knowldege of 67.5 % students. The student’s knowldege that increased could be forwarded into the family; therefore will increase the family health behavior.

Anxiety is an ambiguous fear or concern, characterized by an emotional state devoid of a definite target, accompanied by sensations of uncertainty, powerlessness, isolation, and insecurity. This study is to examine the reduction in anxiety levels following progressive muscle relaxation therapy among drug-resistant tuberculosis patients in Ambon City in 2024. The research design utilized a pre-experimental one-group pre-test post-test methodology. The sample size consisted of 34 individuals who were selected through a comprehensive sampling methodology. We collected data using the HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) questionnaire. The findings indicated that the highest proportion of TBC-RO patients had moderate anxiety (55.9%), which subsequently diminished to mild anxiety (61.8%) following progressive muscle relaxation therapy. Patients with tuberculosis in Romania can considerably reduce their anxiety level by 34.2% following progressive muscle relaxation therapy (p value = 0.001). We observed a substantial reduction in anxiety levels before and after the progressive muscle relaxation therapy intervention, with a p-value of 0.001. Recommendation: Undertake additional research incorporating many factors that may influence the reduction of patient anxiety.

Mental health for adolescents is important to recognize and improve adolescents' psychological well-being and resilience. Adolescents with good mental health have adaptive abilities to manage feelings and deal with the challenges of daily life. The results of the initial study in student-managed families found that the majority of families expressed adolescents' vulnerability to mental health problems due to the impact of technological advances. Providing health education is expected to increase adolescents' self-recognition and increase knowledge to improve mental health. The community service method begins with the problem collection stage in the fostered area and continues with providing health education on the characteristics of adolescents/Gen Z and the importance of maintaining mental health at a young age. The results of filling out the questionnaire showed that the majority of adolescents, 73.68%, were in the moderate Psycho-logical Well-Being category and 52.63% were in the moderate Psychological Distress category. It is expected that adolescents can increase self-awareness and improve mental health in overcoming problems in everyday life.Keywords: adolescents; gen Z; mental health Abstrak: Kesehatan mental untuk remaja penting untuk mengenali dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis dan ketahanan remaja. Remaja dengan kesehatan mental yang baik memiliki kemampuan adaptif untuk mengelola perasaan dan menghadapi tantangan kehidupan sehari-hari. Hasil studi awal pada keluarga kelolaan mahasiswa, ditemukan mayoritas keluarga mengutarakan kerentanan remaja pada masalah kesehatan mental akibat dampak kemajuan teknologi. Pemberian edukasi kesehatan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengenalan diri remaja dan meningkatkan pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan mental. Metode pengabdian masyarakat dimulai dengan tahap pengumpulan masalah pada wilayah binaan dan dilanjutkan dengan pemberian edukasi kesehatan mengenai karakteristik remaja/Gen Z dan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental pada usia muda. Hasil pengisian kuesioner diketahui bahwa mayoritas remaja, sebesar 73.68% berada pada kategori Psychological Well-Being tingkat sedang dan 52.63% berada pada tingkat Psychological Distress kategori sedang. Diharapkan remaja dapat meningkatkan kesadaran diri dan meningkatkan kesehatan mental dalam mengatasi masalah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.Kata kunci: remaja; gen Z; kesehatan mental

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by persistent hyperglycemia and increased risk of complications such as peripheral neuropathy and vascular disorders. One of the effective and accessible non-pharmacological approaches in nursing practice is diabetic foot exercise. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of diabetic foot exercise in reducing blood glucose levels and blood pressure in type 2 DM patients with various comorbidities. This research employed a descriptive observational case study approach involving four patients diagnosed with type 2 DM and diverse comorbidities (pulmonary TB, COPD, neurological disorders, and diabetic foot wounds). The intervention consisted of a diabetic foot exercise program performed for three consecutive days, 10–15 minutes per session, using nine specific movements. Results: All patients demonstrated a significant reduction in blood glucose levels (80–200 mg/dL) and blood pressure stabilization within normal limits. Patients also reported improved sleep quality, reduced fatigue, and increased motivation and physical comfort. Diabetic foot exercise is proven to be an effective complementary nursing intervention for lowering blood glucose and blood pressure while improving the physiological and psychological status of type 2 DM patients, including those with limited mobility.
