Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi literasi guru di SMP - SMA Plus Cendikia Cikeas melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan strategi literasi dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan evaluasi dari 17 responden, mayoritas peserta menilai bahwa materi yang disampaikan mudah dipahami (52,9% sangat setuju) dan memberikan wawasan baru tentang literasi dan numerasi (58,8% sangat setuju). Pelatihan ini juga berhasil meningkatkan minat guru dalam menerapkan strategi literasi dan numerasi dalam pembelajaran, dengan 70,6% peserta sangat setuju untuk mengimplementasikannya. Namun, sebagian besar peserta (88,2%) mengindikasikan perlunya pelatihan lanjutan dan pendampingan guna memastikan implementasi yang lebih efektif di dalam kelas. Selain itu, 64,7% peserta merasa bahwa pelatihan ini mendorong mereka untuk lebih inovatif dalam pengajaran, menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap kreativitas dalam menyusun pembelajaran berbasis literasi. Dari segi penyampaian materi, narasumber mendapatkan penilaian positif, dengan mayoritas peserta menilai efektivitasnya pada skala tinggi (52,9% sangat efektif). Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan literasi memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan guru dalam menerapkan strategi literasi yang lebih inovatif. Sebagai tindak lanjut, diperlukan program pendampingan dan pelatihan tambahan guna memastikan keberlanjutan implementasi strategi literasi yang telah diperkenalkan. This community service aims to improve the literacy competence of teachers at SMP - SMA Plus Cendikia Cikeas through training and mentoring on literacy strategies in learning. Based on evaluations from 17 respondents, the majority of participants considered that the material presented was easy to understand (52.9% strongly agreed) and provided new insight into literacy and numeracy (58.8% strongly agreed). This training also succeeded in increasing teachers' interest in implementing literacy and numeracy strategies in learning, with 70.6% of participants strongly agreeing to implement them. However, the majority of participants (88.2%) indicated the need for further training and mentoring to ensure more effective implementation in the classroom. In addition, 64.7% of participants felt that this training encouraged them to be more innovative in teaching, showing a positive impact on creativity in designing literacy-based learning. In terms of material delivery, the resource person received a positive assessment, with the majority of participants assessing its effectiveness on a high scale (52.9% very effective). The conclusion of this activity confirms that literacy training has a significant impact in increasing teachers' understanding and readiness in implementing more innovative literacy strategies. As a follow-up, additional mentoring and training programs are needed to ensure the continued implementation of the literacy strategies that have been introduced.

Abstract

Background - The implementation of the Independent Curriculum at the elementary school level has become a crucial issue in promoting adaptive, student-centered education. Research Urgency - Despite its nationwide rollout, the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in faith-based elementary schools remains underexplored, particularly in balancing national standards with religious and contextual values. This study is crucial to uncover how such schools adapt the curriculum in practice, providing insights for more inclusive and responsive education policies. Research Objectives - This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes of the Independent Curriculum at SDIT Insan Mandiri, South Jakarta, while identifying its effectiveness and the challenges encountered. Research Method - Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. Research Findings - The findings reveal that learning plans are tailored to students' potential and needs through the development of contextual teaching modules, including outdoor learning and the use of various media. Curriculum implementation involves innovative activities such as market days and infak collection, which contribute to students' character development and social competence. Evaluation is conducted through Learning Communities and student self-reflection using color-coded cards as indicators of engagement and understanding. Research Conclusion - The study concludes that curriculum implementation aligns with differential, constructivist, and competency-based educational principles, despite technical constraints such as inconsistencies between textbooks and learning objectives and limited time for additional mentoring. Research Novelty/ Contibution - The novelty of this study lies in its participatory evaluation practices based on student self-reflection and collaborative learning communities, which remain underexplored in other elementary-level applications of the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approachin strengthening literacy skills while reducing the gap in academic achievement of class X.6 students at SMANegeri 106 Jakarta. The method used is classroom action research (PTK) by integrating initial diagnosticassessments and observations of student characteristics to develop adaptive learning strategies. The researchresults show a significant increase, especially in groups of students who had not previously developed, withan average increase in achievement of 20%. In addition, group-based learning provides higher results thanindividual learning, with an average increase in grades of 18%. The role of teachers as facilitators anddiagnosers of students' literacy needs has proven to be a determining factor in the success of TaRLimplementation. However, challenges such as the integration of psychosocial support and consistency offormative assessments still need to be considered so that the impact of TaRL can be more optimal.Keywords: Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL), literacy, academic gaps, differentiated learning, seniorhigh school

Abstract

Rendahnya motivasi kerja dapat terjadi yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor baik internal maupun eksternal. Pada penelitian ini, variabel yang diuji pengarunhnya terhadap motivasi kerja guru adalah komunikasi interpersonal dan budaya sekolah. Motivasi kerja guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta yang berada di Kecamatan Curug, Kabupaten Tangerang mengindikasikan belum maksimal. Dibutuhkan adanya trigger yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugas. Komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah ditengarai menjadi variabel yang dapat memengaruhi motivasi kerja. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 205 guru dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 136. Penetapan jumlah sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode proportional random sampling dengan rumus slovin dan sampel uji coba 30 guru. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner yang disebar melalui google form. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial (pengujian hipotesis). Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan metode analisis jalur yang dihitung menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap motivasi kerja guru (Y). Kedua, terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan budaya sekolah (X2) terhadap motivasi kerja guru (Y). Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap budaya sekolah (X2).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel supervisi kepala sekolah dan  disiplin kerja terhadap etos kerja guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey kausal dengan teknik analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 142 guru dan sebagai sampelnya ditetapkan sebanyak 105 responden. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diketahui: pertama, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap etos kerja guru. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan disiplin guru terhadap etos kerja guru. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kesesuaian kegiatan sekolah tentang penanaman sikap cinta tanah air melalui kegiatan kebudayaan antara proposal pengajuan dan keputusan rapat dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil kegiatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi yang menggunakan model responsif Stake dan dilakukan di sekolah Intercultural dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa, guru, dan koordinator nasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi yang terdiri dari wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Keseluruhan data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan pada saat pengumpulan data dan setelah pengumpulan data pada periode waktu tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan memperkenalkan kebudayaan Indonesia melalui kegiatan sekolah yang terdiri dari kegiatan perlombaan, talk show, dan upacara bendera dapat menanamkan sikap cinta tanah air pada siswa, khususnya pada siswa sekolah Intercultural.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the science learning process by using the evaluation of the CIPP Contexts, Input, Process, Product) model at SMP Negeri 21 Jakarta. Determination of the effectiveness of a learning process is seen from the level of achievement of the learning objectives that have been determined at the beginning of learning. This research was qualitative research that uses the CIPP model by evaluating each component of the context, input, process and product to achieve an effective learning process. Sources of research data were science teachers, curriculum representatives, and school principals at SMP Negeri 21 Jakarta. Primary data collection using observation instruments while secondary data obtained through documentation and interviews. The data obtained from observations, documentation and interviews were then analysed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of learning which includes the requirements for implementing learning and learning activities is quite effective.

Abstract

Al-Hamid Putri Islamic Boarding School also carries out Basic Leadership Training activities to train students to organize, how to manage time, socialize, and express opinions. On the other hand, the formation of OSIS also plays a very important role in shaping the spirit of leadership. This study aims to evaluate the OSIS Leadership Training Program for the Al-Hamid Putri Islamic Boarding School. The research was conducted at the Al-Hamid Putri Islamic Boarding School, Cibubur. East Jakarta. The population and sample in this study were the participants of the OSIS Leadership Training Basic Al-Hamid Putri Islamic Boarding School. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method with KirkPatrick Evaluation Method. KirkPatrick's Evaluation Method focuses on 4 Levels of Evaluation Stages; Level 1 Reaction, Level 2 Learning Phase, Level 3 Behavior Phase, and Level 4 Outcome Phase. Level 1 Reactions provide positive satisfaction according to the participants' responses based on indicators of material, consumption, facilities and infrastructure and, presenters. Level 2 Learning Phase provides 80% response about understanding related to the material. Level 3 Behavioral Stage provides an 85% response related to significant changes related to the application of materials in daily life. Level 4 Stage Results obtained a response of 70% related to the increase in information and performance obtained after participating in the training. This training had a positive impact on changing the behavior of the participants at the Al-Hamid Putri Islamic Boarding School, Cibubur, East Jakarta.
