Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the cohesion aspect anaphora and katafora the Kompas newspaper editorials. The method used in this study is qualitative content analysis with technical analysis is a method used to examine in greater depth discourse. The results showed that of the 12 editorial discourse data showed as many as 164 pairs of sentences. Research data of 164 couples found 67 sentences have cohesion anaphora or as much as 40,48% and only 14 pairs sentence with katafora cohesion or 8,54%. Aspects of cohesion anaphora is used predominantly in building cohesion sentence. From the use of markers, can be show that demonstrative pronouns as much as 54,32% more often appear in a sentence with cohesion. It indicates that the demonstrative pronoun marker has an important role in forming the sentence cohesion.

Abstract

ABSTRAKAkreditasi sekolah adalah proses penilaian secara komperhensif terhadap kelayakan dan kinerja suatu program Pendidikan, tetapi jarang ditemukan penelitian tentang akrdeitasi. Maka dari itu, peneliti mengambil peneltian ini dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang hasil akreditasi BAN Sekolah Dasar dan Madrasah Ibtidayah DKI Jakarta dari mulai sasaran sampai dengan permasalahan implementasi akreditasi. Dalam melaksanakan akreditasi sekolah/madrasah BAN-S/M dibantu oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Sekolah/Madrasah Provinsi (BAN-S/M Provinsi). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CSE-UCLA (Center for the Study of Evaluation- University of California in Los Angeles). Subjek penelitian meliputi Sekretaris terpilih BAN S/M 2019, asesor, dan sekretariat BAN S/M yang merupakan bagian dari Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata ketercapaian akreditasi berhasil dari sisi kinerja mencapai sebanyak 99,59%. Sehingga termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Dari hasil tersebut sebanyak dari total 650 SD yang diakreditasi menunjukkan 572 SD atau setara 88.00 % mendapatkan peringkat A, sebanyak 71 SD atau setara 10.92 % mendapatkan peringkat B, sebanyak 6 SD atau setara 0.92 % mendapatkan peringkat C, serta masih ada 1 SD atau setara 0.16 % yang masih mendapatkan peringkat Tidak Terakreditasi (TT). Maka dari perhitungan tersebut akreditasi Sekolah Dasar dan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah masuk dalam kategori memuaskan.Kata kunci: Evaluasi Program, Hasil Akreditasi, Sekolah Dasar dan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

Abstract

This research aimed to measure the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the principal's organizational citizen behaviour (OCB). The kind of research was quantitative with a method of survey. The research population was 116 people. With the Proportional Random Sampling technique, the sample used was 90 people. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. The techniques of data analysis were descriptive analysis and inferential statistics. The results indicated an effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). The positive effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behaviour and job satisfaction also positively influenced organizational commitment. This research has implications for principals' organizational citizenship behaviour was able to be increased to improve organizational justice, improvement and enhancement of job satisfaction and organizational commitment will affect the improvement of organizational citizenship behaviour of principals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was (1) to describe the type of speech acts of Posyandu cadres Mawar VII and Posyandu Mawar IX Pademangan Barat North Jakarta in the information service process. (2) describe the principle of courtesy in Posyandu Mawar VII and Posyandu Mawar IX Pademangan Barat North Jakarta when the information service process takes place. The data used in this study are oral and written. Oral and written data is obtained by recording and recording the utterances of the cadres when carrying out information services. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by referring to proficient free technique, recording techniques, and note taking techniques. The results of this study are that cadres do more polite speech acts using directive, representative, commissive, expressive, and declaration speeches. Second, cadres use four maxims, namely (1) wisdom maxim, (2) generosity maxim, (3) praise maxim, and (4) consensus maxim.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis android sebagai sarana pembelajaran jarak jauh di SMA Islam Terpadu Ar-Ridwan di wilayah Jati Asih, Bekasi.Mengingat pembelajaran saat ini masih melalui daring Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ). Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu metode ceramah, dikombinasikan dengan metode ceramah plus, tanya jawab, dan tugas. Metode ceramah plus diskusi dan praktik pengunduhan software.Khalayak sasaran dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah guru mitra abdimas.Implikasi dari kegiatan ini adalah (1) Dapat membuat media pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan, tanpa mengharuskan para guru mempunyai skill atau keterampilan koding; (2) Memungkinkan para guru untuk membuat media pembelajaran yang bersifat interaktif.Hasil kegiatan yakni guru merasa puas karena mempunyai solusi untuk memudahkan mereka dalam mengajar jarak jauh seperti sekarang dan memberikan gambaran pembuatan media untuk pembelajaran mobile atau mobile learning yaitu dengan aplikasi SAC (Smart Apps Creator 3.0). Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran berbasis android, Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh, aplikasi SAC (Smart Apps Creator 3.0). ABSTRACT This community service is to provide training in the creation of android-based learning media as a means of distance learning at SMA Islam Terpadu Ar-Ridwan in Jati Asih area, Bekasi. Considering the current learning is still through online Distance Learning (PJJ). The method used is the lecture method, combined with the plus lecture method, q&A, and tasks. Lecture methods plus discussion and software downloading practices. The target audience in the implementation of this activity is the teacher partner abdimas. The implication of this activity is (1) Can make learning media according to needs, without requiring teachers to have coding skills or skills; (2) Enable teachers to create interactive learning media. The result of the activity is that teachers are satisfied because they have a solution to facilitate them in teaching remotely as they are now and provide an overview of the creation of media for mobile learning that is with sac application (Smart Apps Creator 3.0). Abstract

Kegiatan Abdimas yang akan dilakukan oleh tim, didapatkan beberapa persoalan akan kebutuhan pembuatan website untuk laporan pengolahan data dasa wisma agar informasi tersebut bisa disajikan kepada orang lain dengan cepat dan terintegerasi kepada Pemprov DKI. Para Pengurus RW dan dasa wisma yang menjadi prioritas utama dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di kawasan Jakarta Utara. Kami mengadakan abdimas ini karena kebutuhan RW di kawasan Jakarta Utara khusunya di RW 07 dan RW 09 Pademangan yang memang tempat kami mengadakan abdimas sebelumnya. Adapun kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini ditekankan pada pemberian pelatihan pembuatan website bagi pengurus RW dan dasa wisma di kawasan Kelurahan Pademangan Barat, Jakarta Utara. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini pengolahan data warga di RW07 dan RW 09 menjadi lebih baik dan dapat berguna bagi kesejahteraan warganya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis afiks yang banyak digunakan dalam menulis cerpen pada tabloid paling banyak kesalahan penulisannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menganalisis cerpen tabloid adalah metode deskriptif isi. Sample yang digunakan oleh penulis sebanyak 13 cerpen yang mengambil cerpen pada tabloid Gaul. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis menarik kesimpulan bahwa pembentukan kata melalui afiks dan penulisannya yang terdapat dalam cerpen pada tabloid Gaul masih banyak kesalahan. Kesalahan yang paling besar ialah penulisan prefiks yang mencapai 101 atau 47,64%, konfiks sebanyak 69 atau 32,54, dan sufiks sebanyak 41 atau 19,82%. Dengan demikian pembentukan kata melalui prefiksasi haruslah mendapat perhatian yang lebih besar dan lebih banyak, agar keterampilan menulis siswa menjadi lebih baik.Kata kunci : afiks meliputi prefiks, sufik, dan konfiks, cerpen, tabloid gaul.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the inconsistency of the principle of writing style that occurs in the WhatsApp instant messaging application. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using descriptive analysis techniques. The object in this study is the text of the conversation on the WhatsApp instant messaging application which is taken randomly and then documented in the form of images so that the chat can be recorded visually. The results of the study show that, there is an inconsistency in the principle of writing style in the WhatsApp instant messaging application which causes this form of variety to not be fully said to be a type of writing. This inconsistency is seen at the time of opening the chat, as much as 100% of the existing data, the sender of the message uses a written variety with intact principles. However, when a reply is received and a conversation occurs, 55,7% of the data shows that the principle of writing style is no longer fully applied. It was found that the sender of the message answered by using a sentence structure that was incomplete and there was an omission of elements, both subject, predicate, object, and description. In addition, it was also found 36% data showing that in the delivery, the sender of the message sometimes uses certain emoticons as an effort to build context, which in the spoken variety is usually accommodated by gestures and facial expressions. In this regard, the researcher concludes that the variety that appears in the WhatsApp instant messaging application can no longer be said to be a written variety. Due to the inconsistency of applying the principles of written and spoken variety, the authors suggest that the variety that appears in this instant messaging application is called the inlis variety.

Abstract

Kemahiran berbahasa tidak terlepas dari penguasaan kosa kata. Penguasaan kosakata dapat memengaruhi kemampuan berekspresi, mengungkapkan ide, dan berpikir kritis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kosa kata anak usia dini di RA At-Taqwa, Jakarta Pusat menggunakan aplikasi java. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat peningkatan kosa kata anak pada setiap siklusnya. Hal tersebut terbukti pada siklus I, penguasaan kosa kata BB 11%, MB 52%, BSH 28%, BSB 21%. Hasil siklus II naik seperti apa yang sudah diharapkan yaitu kenaikan kosa kata anak sebanyak lebih dari 50%, BB 0% MB 5%, BSH 26%, BSB 74%. Program java layak untuk digunakan sebagai media belajar, media belajar ini mampu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kosa kata anak. Kata kunci: Penguasaan Kosa Kata, Aplikasi Java
