Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs the company is faced with the problem of employees how to make employees, to be able to work by showing good performance. One of the factors that affect employee performance is work discipline, besides that, another factor that can affect employee performance is organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the respondents' responses and the effect of discipline, organizational commitment on employee performance at Azo Florist Cianjur either simultaneously or partially. This research method is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples is 50 employees and using a saturated sample. The results showed that employees' responses to discipline were not good, organizational commitment was not good and responses to performance were not good, then simultaneously discipline and organizational commitment contributed or influenced employee performance by 65.5% and the remaining 34.5% was contributions from other variables not included in the model proposed in this study. While the influence of the coefficient of determination partially, it is known that the effect of discipline on employee performance is 12.0%. Meanwhile, organizational commitment has a more dominant influence on employee performance by 53.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze thin capitalization which is used as a way of tax avoidance. This study uses independent variables, namely multinational, managerial ownership, audit committee, while the control variables are effective tax rates, profit growth, return on assets, firm size, current ratio, capital intensity, and inventory intensity. The population of this study consisted of all non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2019. The sample of this research is multinational non-financial companies which means having subsidiaries outside Indonesia. The statistical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that multinationality, managerial ownership, and audit committee have no significant effect on thin capitalization. As for the control variables, return on assets and firm size have a significant effect on thin capitalization.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is an individual contribution that exceeds the demands of roles in the workplace. This study was conducted to determine the effect of organizational commitment and organizational culture on OCB on employees of PT Taspen (Persero) KCU Bandung. This study used saturated samples were 41 respondents. Method used were descriptive and verificative, using multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results showed that simultaneously organizational commitment and organizational culture influence on OCB of 81.3%. Partially, it is known that the influence of organizational commitment on OCB is 67.3%, while organizational culture has an influence of 14.0%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis, kepemimpinan transformasional, disiplin kerja, kinerja pegawai, besaran pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasioanl dan disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial di Biro Humas dan Protokoler Provinsi Jawa Barat. Populasi sebanyak 91 orang dengan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh kepemimpinan transformasional dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the very tight competitive conditions in the manufacturing   industry,   where   management   is required to use a good management system and can be used as a tool to improve employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of TQM, TQM constraints, and employee performance in CV Idola Indonesia and to determine the effect of TQM implementation in improving employee performance at CV Idola Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. This research was conducted at CV Idola Indonesia Bandung. The research informants were the main director, general manager, and employees. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results of the study can be concluded as follows: (1) The application of TQM in CV Idola Indonesia Bandung consists of five TQM elements which include: focus on customers, obsession with quality, long-term commitment, teamwork, and employee involvement and empowerment. (2) Constraints in the application of TQM at CV Idola Indonesia are differences in attitudes and thoughts between employees. (3) Employee performance at CV Idola Indonesia is seen from the indicators of quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, independence, and work commitment. (4) Employee performance at CV Idola Indonesia increased thanks to the implementation of TQM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation either partially or simultaneously on Job Satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia Bandung. This research is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Bandung, totaling 102 employees. The data were collected using questionnaires and interviews, the sampling technique was purposive sampling, while the data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the motivation variable was more dominant, because the partial effect on organizational commitment was 29.4% while motivation was 41.4%. Based on the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination explaining the relationship between motivation and job satisfaction, the result is 41.4% and this shows that partially motivation has a direct effect on job satisfaction and motivation has a greater influence, meaning that PT.Pos employee morale is high.

Abstract

Currently, the business world demands companies to control social and environmental problems caused by their activities and no longer want to be obsessed with purely economic interests. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the company's commitments to reduce these problems and is carried out by conserving natural resources and the environment in a sustainable manner. At the same time, a country's culture is seen as contributing to the differences in business behavior encountered in making this commitment. Therefore, this study uses CSR documentation studies with a cultural context that aims to stimulate thinking by providing insight into practices that develop in Western and Asian societies and countries. Based on the literature review, the research results show that the implementation of CSR in a cultural context is understood as a company's situational activity associated with the perceptions, values or habits of Western society and other Asian countries. In addition, practices in these societies have different orientations, resulting in different perceptions, personalities, strategies and guidelines.

Abstract

Fenomena yang terjadi pada karyawan Bydiel Hotel di Kabupaten Cianjur adalah kinerja karyawan menurun, sehingga tidak mencapai target kerjanya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis, karateristik pekerjaan, emotional quotient, kinerja karyawan, juga besaran pengaruh karateristik pekerjaan dan emotional quotient  pada kinerja karyawan secara pengaruh bersama maupun secara pengaruh mandiri. , populasi penelitian  ini sebanyak 45 orang, serta sampel jenuh. Teknik penghimpunan informasi yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan angket. Metode yang dilakukan dengan uji yang bersifat valid sahih dan keandalan, juga regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis,secara simultan pengaruh karateristik pekerjaan dan emotional quotient akan kinerja karyawan yaitu tidak negatif dan searah. Selanjutnya hasil analisis secara parsial, variabel  emotional quotient mempunyai nilai pengaruh yang paling dominan dibandingkan variabel karateristik pekerjaan

Abstract

Salah satu UMKM di Kab. Garut Provisi Jawa Barat yang memiliki produk unggulan ada di Desa Mandalasari Kec. Kadungora,yaitu UMKM tahu. Tetapi UMKM pengrajin tahu ini memiliki permasalahan dalam kegiatan usahanya yaitu belum optimalnya pada bidang pemasaran dan manajemen SDM, karena masih kurangnya pengetahuan pelaku usaha. Metode pengabdian berupa pelatihan program pengembangan yang dilaksanakan baik secara daring atau synchronous (waktu yang bersamaan) maupun luring asyincronous (waktu yang tidak bersamaan). Pelatihan diadakan selama 4 kali pertemuan dengan variasi 1 kali materi dan 3 kali praktik terbimbing, sehingga peserta mampu memperbaiki pengelolaan usahanya. Berdasarkan jumlah peserta, terdapat 60% yang berhasil memenuhi target. Evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian dinilai dari tiga aspek yaitu, penyelenggaraan pelatihan, kualitas narasumber dan kualitas tutor sesi praktik. Evaluasi peserta terhadap pelatihan, sehingga pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif bagi peserta pelatihan

Abstract

Lingkungan Internal dan eksternal pada pola Pendidikan bagi peserta didik khususnya Pada Keahlian Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran merupakan salah satu factor keberhasilan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran dan mencapai kompetensi lulusan yang diharapkan. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 3 Linggabuana merupakan SMK yang sangat mengedepankan dan mengusung kearifan lokal, agar nantinya anak – anak tidak melupakan purwadaksi (smkn3linggabuana.sch.id, 2023). Peran uji kompetensi pada Sekolah menengah Kejuruan merupakah salah satu yang memenuhi Implementasi Program Dunia Usaha, Dunia Industri dan Dunia Kerja (DUDIKA). Adapun kompetensi keahlian yang menjadi program Pendidikan di sekolah menengah kejuruan ini terdapat 10 kompetensi diantaranya adalah kompetensi keahlian Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran. Berdasarkan hasil Uji Kompetensi yang diselenggarakan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 3 Linggabuana Kabupaten Purwakarta , disimpulkan bahwa hasil kompetensi Peserta Didik Tahun Ajaran 2022-2023 rata-rata termasuk dalam Kategori Sangat Kompeten. Kata Kunci: uji kompetensi, peserta didik, sekolah menengah kejuruan.
