Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan  di Desa Singapadu Kaler Gianyar Bali ini merupakan kolaborasi antara Universitas PGRI Madiun dan Universitas  PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia Bali. Kegiatan pengabdian ini  bertujuan  1) Memberikan informasi mengenai pentingnya mengelola SDM Masyarakat berbasis Nilai budaya dan kearifan masyarakat ; 2) Membantu  BUMDes  membuat laporan keuangan;    3) Mempererat kerjasama antara Universitas PGRI Madiun dengan Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia Bali bidang pengabdian masyarakat; 4) Menjalin kerjasama dengan Masyarakat Desa Singapadu Kaler Gianyar Bali.  Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan Tahap persiapan, Tahapan assesment  dan agreement, Tahap rencana aksi  dan implementasi kegiatan, Tahap evaluasi, Tahap  terminasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah 1) pengetahuan masyarakat meningkat untuk mengelola BUMDes sehingga memiliki unit usaha baru sesuai dengan kearifan lokal  masyarakat sekitar. 2) meningkatnya kemampuan pengeloa BUMDes dalam  pengelolaan  keuangan dengan microsof excel sehingga laporan keuangan lebih terlihat jelas alurnya sesuai standar akuntansi.  3) terjalinnya kerjasama pengabdian antara Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi UNIPMA dan UPMI Bali. Saran untuk kegiatan pengabdian selanjutnya diperkuat   bagian  pengelolaan manajemen  BUMDes sehingga  tidak hanya berfokus ke laporan keuangan saja melainkan juga manajemen pengelolaan  yang lainnya.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the limited ability of teachers to integrate Augmented Reality (AR) technology with local spiritual values, which results in low student participation and the suboptimal internalization of character values through culturally based visual learning. Existing learning media tend to be monotonous and one-directional, failing to stimulate students’ learning interest and appreciation for local culture. This research aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of the Chaksu Bunga AR-based learning media, which is grounded in the philosophy of Chaksu Indriya. The media not only presents three-dimensional visualizations of flowers but also incorporates Hindu local values in an interactive and visual format. The study employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model and involves 46 students as trial subjects. Data were collected through observations, validation questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. Instruments included expert validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and achievement tests. The data were analyzed using both descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods. The findings indicate that the Chaksu Bunga AR media is valid, practical, and effective in enhancing students’ understanding of science concepts and fostering the internalization of character values through a spiritually and aesthetically grounded cultural approach. The study implies the importance of developing contextual learning media that integrates technology and local wisdom as part of 21st-century educational transformation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial learning outcomes of students at SMK Rekayasa Denpasar. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a significant effect of self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial learning outcomes of students at SMK Rekayasa Denpasar. Based on the results of the analysis of the second hypothesis test, the t-count value was 3.459> t table = 2.14 and had a significance of 0.004 <0.05. It can be concluded that the Self Efficacy variable has a significant effect on the Student Learning Outcomes variable in the Entrepreneurship Subject of Class XI SMK Rekayasa Denpasar in the 2024/2025 Academic Year.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi ditemukan bahwa peserta didik memiliki gaya belajar yang beragam. Pada penelitian ini pokok masalah yang ditemukan adalah hasil belajar siswa pada materi kebijakan moneter dan fiskal belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Penerapan Model Station Rotation dengan Pendekatan Berdiferensiasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terlaksana dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian yakni kelas XI F9 di SMA Negeri 6 Denpasar. Hasil penelitian pada pra siklus menunjukkan nilai rata-rata siswa 74,6 artinya nilai siswa pada prasiklus dibawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) 75. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 77,8. Prasiklus ke siklus I peningkatan terjadi sebesar 4%. Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa 82,9. Peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 7%. Kesimpulannya model station rotation dengan pendekatan berdiferensiasi sesuai diterapkan pada kelas ini yang dibuktikan dengan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada materi kebijakan moneter dan fiskal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi melalui penerapan pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) berbantuan media Kahoot. Subyek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI D1 SMA negeri 2 Denpasar sebanyak 48 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan dalam rata-rata nilai dan persentase ketuntasan belajar. Rata- rata nilai peserta didik meningkat dari 78 pada siklus I menjadi 89 pada siklus II. Jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas meningkat dari 30 orang (63%) pada siklus I menjadi 44 orang (92%) pada siklus II. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) berbantuan media Kahoot efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the extent to which the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the level of digital literacy influence students’ critical thinking skills. The research subjects were students of the Economic Education Study Program at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The findings revealed that individually, AI and digital literacy did not have a significant influence on critical thinking skills. However, when considered together, both variables showed a significant effect. The coefficient of determination value of 0.748 indicates that 74.8% of the variability in critical thinking skills is explained by these two variables. Therefore, the study concludes that the combined utilization of technology and digital literacy skills plays an important role in enhancing students’ critical thinking abilities. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence on student learning outcomes at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Ulum Denpasar Bali in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The effect of teacher performance on student learning outcomes at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Ulum Denpasar Bali in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The effect of teacher competence and performance together on student learning outcomes at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Ulum Denpasar Bali in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires which took 100 respondents/students. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is a significant effect of competence on student learning outcomes at MTs. Miftahul Ulum Denpasar. This is proven by the t-value of 3.818 which means it is greater than the t-table of 1.984 (3.818 > 1.984) meaning H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means teacher competence (X1) has a significant partial influence on student learning outcomes (Y) at MTs. Miftahul Ulum Denpasar. (2) There is a significant influence of teacher performance on student learning outcomes at MTs. Miftahul Ulum Denpasar. This is proven by the t-value of 16.250 which means it is greater than the t-table of 1.984 (16.250 > 1.984) which is in the H0 rejection area, meaning H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means teacher performance (X2) has a significant partial influence on student learning outcomes (Y) at MTs. Miftahul Ulum Denpasar. (3) There is a significant influence of teacher competence and performance together on student learning outcomes at MTs. Miftahul Ulum Denpasar. This is proven by the value obtained by the F count value of 95.210 > from F table, 95.210 > 3.09 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the determination coefficient show that the Adjusted R Square is 0.766, which means that 76.6% of the variation in learning outcomes (Y) is influenced by teacher competence (X1) and teacher performance (X2) while the remaining 24.4% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the research model.

Abstract

This research aims to develop Augmented Reality (AR) media based on Tri Hita Karana to increasing the creativity of elementary school students and fostering a love for local culture. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). In the Analysis stage, students’ needs in understanding spatial concepts through culturally based media were identified. The Design stage involved designing the AR Klakat Bali concept, including interactive content and cultural value integration. Next, the Development stage encompassed the creation and expert validation of the media by teachers and professionals using Aiken’s V to ensure content validity. In the Implementation stage, the media was applied in learning at SD Negeri 6 Denpasar, with 46 first-grade students as research subjects. The final stage, Evaluation, assessed practicality and effectiveness using questionnaires and observations. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistical analysis and qualitative data triangulation to ensure accuracy. The validation results showed that this media had a very high level of validity with an average Aiken's V value of 0.995, indicating that the content, presentation, and characteristics of the application are very suitable for use in learning. In addition, the questionnaire results showed that students had a high interest in using AR Klakat Bali, with an average score of 3.137 on the aspects of interest, loyalty, care, and appreciation of local culture. The use of AR Klakat Bali not only helps students understand the concept of building space in mathematics learning, but also introduces them to the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana, which emphasizes the balance of human relationships with God, others, and the environment.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of the Pancasila Profile in the school curriculum through the perspective of a review of educational philosophy. Pancasila, as the foundation of the Indonesian state, has a central role in shaping the character and morality of the younger generation. The focus of this research is on a critical analysis of how the values of Pancasila are reflected and integrated in the structure of the formal education curriculum. The research method uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through literature analysis, interviews with teachers, and observation of educational practices in selected schools. The context of the implementation of the Pancasila Profile involves an understanding of the way Pancasila values are articulated in curriculum objectives, education policies, and implementation strategies at the national and local levels. The results showed that the implementation of the Pancasila Profile had a significant impact on the formation of student character and the integration of Pancasila values in learning. However, challenges such as resistance to change and inconsistent understanding of Pancasila values were also identified as aspects that needed attention. This research contributes to an in-depth understanding of how educational philosophy plays a key role in shaping the implementation of the Pancasila Profile. These findings provide a basis for recommendations for improvement and development of education policies that are more effective in making Pancasila values a key pillar in formal education. The implications of this research can help direct steps towards a more sustainable education system and in accordance with the spirit of Pancasila as a moral guide for Indonesia's young generation.

Abstract

 Koperasi merupakan suatu organisasi yang dibentuk atas dasarkepentingan bersama. Koperasi yang sehat maupun tidak sehat bisa kita dilihatdari kinerja para pengurus dan karyawannya. Dalam peningkatan kompetensikaryawan koperasi dibutuhan Pelatihan-pelatihan yang dapat meingkatkankompetensi. Sehingga para pengurus dan karyawan dalam koperasi tersebutmenjadi kompeten pada bidangnya. Selain itu komunikasi antar pimpinan,karyawan dan nasabah merupakan hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Untukmemperoleh produktivitas kerja yang baik tentunya komunikasi harus terjalindengan baik, sehingga suasana kerja pun menjadi nyaman.Penelitian denganProduktivitas Kerja Kar(1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan Pelatihan Terhadap Produktivitassignifikan Komunikasi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja KaryaKomunikasi secara bersamaprediktor. Untuk mengetahui nyata tidaknya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadapvariabel terikat maka dilakukan pengujian dengan melakukan analisis regresi,yaitu analisis variansi garis regresi untuk menemukan harga F garis regresi, yangkemudian dapat diuji signifikan atau tidaknya harga F tersebut, kemudian mencariSumbangan Relatif (SR) masing masing prediktor X1 dan X2 terhadapkriterium Y dari analisis regresi dua Prediktor, dan mencari sumbangan Relatif(SR) masing masing prediktor X1 (pelatihan) dan X2 (komunikasi) terhadapkriterium Y (produktivitas kerja) dari analisis regresi dua Prediktor. Subjeksebanyak 10 orang.Berdasarkan hasil analisis prediksi dua prediktor yaitu, X1 (pelatihan) dan X2(komunikasi) terhadap kriterium Y (produktivitas kerja), diperoleh harga Fregsebesar 5,26. Dengan (N-m-1) dalam kasus ini db = 7/2 dengan taraf signifikasi5% nilai Ftabel sebesar 4,74. Ini berarti bahwa, garis regresi yang di analisissignifikan untuk dijadikan landasan prediksi karena terdapat kontribusi yangsignifikan antara kriterium (Y) dan prediktor-prediktor (X1, X2). Sumbangan  Relatif (SR) dalam % tiap prediktor adalah : Prediktor X1 = 45,26%, danPrediktor X2 = 54,74% terhadap kriterium Y pada KSP Pondok Sari. Berdasarkanhasil tersebut garis regresinya sebesar 28,06% yang terdiri dari sumbangan efektifprediktor X1 (pelatihan) = 12,70%. Dan sumbangan efektif prediktor X2(komunikasi) = 15,36. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 71,94% dipengaruhi olehfaktor-faktor lain.Berdasarkan hasil analisis diatas diharapkan karyawan dapat meningkatkanproduktivitas kerjanya dengan cara mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan serta belajarberkomunikasi yang baik. Baik itu komunikasi dengan nasabah/ konsumen, rekankerja bahkan dengan pimpinan.
