Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program on the aspects of the goals and impacts of Lubuk Sahung Village, Sukaraja District, Seluma Regency. The subject of this research is the Beneficiary Family in Lubuk Sahung Village which consists of 9 informants. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation with data analysis techniques. The results showed that the Family Hope Program in Lubuk Sahung Village, Sukaraja District, Seluma Regency had been effective in the fields of education, health, and the community's economy. The results of the research on education indicators have been effective, the answers given by the informants did not find the ineffectiveness of the Family Hope Program in Lubuk Sahung Village. While the health sector output indicators in the category can be said to be quite effective from some information that received assistance in the health sector of the Family Hope Program that the health indicators have been implemented and utilized properly. Then the impact indicator on is good with changes in the economy of the beneficiary familiesof the Family Hope Program. In general, the Family Hope Program seen from the dimensions of its effectiveness, Lubuk Sahung Village has been running effectively.

Abstract

The implementation of the Youth and Sports Service's policy regarding the development of achievement sports human resources is the basis for every sports actor to improve his performance. Improvement of sports achievements which have the duties and functions contained in the Bengkulu Governor Regulation Number 43 of 2016 concerning the Position, Organizational Structure of Duties and Functions as well as the work procedures of the Youth and Sports Office. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of policies and to understand the obstacles faced in implementing the policies of the Department of Youth and Sports in an effort to improve the achievements of Bengkulu Province athletes. The method used is descriptive qualitative with research subjects Analysis of Youth and Sports Service Policy Implementation about improving athlete achievement. The population in this study found 9 people. The sources of data in this study are documents on sports policy, observations, and interviews with the Head of the Youth and Sports Office, Head of Youth Development, Head of Sports Achievement Improvement, Head of UPTD Management and Development of Youth and Sports Facilities and Infrastructure (P2SPKK), Chairperson General KONI Bengkulu, and athletes. The results showed that the implementation of the Youth and Sports Office policy was good with training programs and giving rewards but running optimally. The obstacles to efforts to improve athlete achievement were seen by the lack of budget provided, lack of support from the sports industry in improving athlete achievement and facilities and infrastructure. insufficient exercise.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the implementation of Village Regulation Number 05 of 2020 concerning APBDes 2020. This study used a qualitative method. Collecting data in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Informants in this study amounted to 4 people who meet the criteria of informants. Sample selection using purposive sampling. Based on the results of research on the Implementation of Village Regulation No. 05 of 2020 concerning the 2020 Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Tanjung Seluai Village, South Seluma District, Seluma Regency, it can be concluded that: 1. Communication has shown optimal results based on the research conducted has been optimal in terms of transmission , clarity, and consistency when conveying information to policy implementers. 2. Resources also show optimal results where aspects of staff, information, authority are categorized as maximum, but for the aspect of facilities it is not maximized because there are still many facilities that are needed or updated. 3. The disposition shows that the results are less than optimal, it can be seen that the lack of facilities that support the implementation of the program. but the implementers have a high commitment to realizing the village regulations. 4. The bureaucratic structure is categorized as optimal based on research conducted with several informants saying that it is optimal in terms of work guidelines based on SOPs that are easily understood by policy implementers and carry out well. Suggestions for the Village Government to conduct an evaluation through the Camat, especially regarding the accountability for the implementation of the APBDes in Tanjung Seluai Village, where the accountability report has not been carried out properly.
