Abstract

Lansia sering mengalami gangguan tidur biasanya pada malam hari, terbangun di waktu dini hari dan susah tidur kembali, sehingga perlu  tindakan mengatasi insmonia pada lansia salah satunya dengan terapi musik suara air mengalir dengan brainwave .Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh terapi musik suara air mengalir dengan brainwave terhadap penurunan insomnia pada lansia di  wilayah posyandu Sedap Malam Pare Kediri pada tahun 2016. Desain penelitian Pra eksperimen  dengan pendekatan one-group time-series design. Populasi semua lansia di posyandu lansia sedap malam jumlah 20 lansia dengan sampel 6 responden, menggunakan teknik  purposive sampling . Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi serta dianalisa menggunakan uji statistic Wilcoxon Signet Ranks. Hasil penelitian  sebagian besar responden sebelum dilakukan terapi musik air mengalir dengan brainwave mengalami insomnia berat. Setengah dari responden  lansia setelah dilakukan terapi musik air mengalir dengan brainwave mengalami insomnia ringan. Hasil uji statistik Wilcoxon Signet Ranks didapatkan p value 0,046 berarti Ho ditolak artinya ada pengaruh terapi musik suara air mengalir dengan brainwave terhadap penurunan insomnia pada lansia di  wilayah posyandu Sedap Malam Pare Kediri pada tahun 2016. Terapi musik suara air mengalir dengan brainwave dapat menurunkan insomnia dengan cara mengirimkan sinyal penegas ke pikiran bawah sadar sehingga menjadikannya lebih positif. Terapi musik suara air mengalir dengan brainwave dapat dilakukan untuk semua lansia dengan dibantu oleh kader posyandu dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Kata Kunci : Terapi Musik, Brainwave,Insomnia.

Abstract

Manifestasi klinis pada pasien CKD (Chronic Kidney Diseases) dan dampak terapi hemodialisis dapat menimbulkan masalah psikologis pada pasien karena proses adaptasi terhadap penyakit akibat perubahan yang dialami pasien memerlukan waktu. Pasien tersebut akan kehilangan fungsi tubuhnya dan juga harus mendapatkan tindakan invasive yang dialami berulang ulang. Semakin lama pasien di diagnosis menderita CKD juga akan semakin lama mengalami tindakan hemodialisis. Keadaan ini akan memepengaruhi psikologis pasien, salah satunya pasien dapat mengalami berduka kronis. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara lama terapi hemodialisis dengan berduka kronis.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian adalah pasien hemodialisis di RSUD Kabupaten Kediri dengan teknik total sampling sebanyak 72 responden. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Lama terapi hemodialisis dan duka cita kronis. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yaitu Kendalls Chronic Sorrow Instrument.Hasil identifikasi lama terapi hemodialisis, Sebagian besar responden (64%) termasuk kategori lama. Hasil identifikasi dukacita kronis, sebagian besar  responden (61%) mengalami dukacita kronis. Hasil uji korelasi antar variabel yaitu 0,003 < 0,05  artinya ada hubungan antara lama terapi hemodialisis dengan berduka kronis pada pasien CKD dengan tingkat koefisien korelasi lemah. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kondisi berduka kronis dapat dinormalkan apabila metode penanganan internal dan eksternal berjalan dengan efektif.Keluarga diharapkan memberikan dukungan kepada pasien CKD yang menjalani terapi hemodialisis supaya pasien tidak terus mengalami kondisi berduka dalam waktu yang lama dan mampu menerima keadaanya saat ini.Kata Kunci: CKD, Dukacita Kronis, Lama HemodialisisDOI: 10.5281/zenodo.4738396

Abstract

People with asthma may have initial or repeated attacks. The occurrence of re-attack or the occurrence of relapse can be experienced when in the school environment. Health care in schools involves the Red Cross.The knowledge and understanding of adolescents in schools is still very lacking, so education is needed. Education carried out in community service activities is carried out using the lecture method, interactive question and answer and role play.Community service activities are carried out in two stages, including the first stage, the speaker conveys to the selected Red Cross members for regeneration. Then the second stage of the selected Red Cross members educates other Red Cross members who are represented by two students or students in each class. This education aims to increase the knowledge of Red Cross members about the concept of asthma, simple handling and buteyko breathing in asthma. The target of the activity is Red Cross members totaling 40 people in MAN 2 Kediri.The evaluation of the success of the activities was carried out pre-test and post-test using questionnaires and observations, then analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed ranks statistical test. Based on the wilcoxon statistical test, the value of asymp sig 0.01 <0.05 H0 is rejected. Ha is accepted, it means that there is a difference in the average knowledge between pre and post education given the role play method. These results indicate a positive increase in 40 people experiencing an increase in knowledge. It is hoped that based on Red Cross members, they are able to provide simple treatment if there is a recurrence of asthma sufferers in the school environment.

Abstract

Gobak Sodor game is an interactive game that can overcome gadget addiction behavior in children. The duration and intensity of excessive use of gadgets can have a negative impact on children, so a substitute game is needed that can distract children from using gadgets, namely the game of gobak sodor. The purpose of this study was to analyze the game gobak sodor on the use of gadgets in children aged 7-12 years. The research design used a pre-experimental design with 31 samples using random sampling technique, data were collected by interview and analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study before being given the intervention showed that most of the respondents (51.6%) were in the high category, after the intervention, almost half of the respondents (48.4%) were in the medium category. Statistical test results with Wilcoxon signed p-value = 0.00 <0.05, it means that there is an effect of the Gobak Sodor game on the use of gadgets. The gobak sodor game can involve physical activity, with physical activity distracting children from gadgets. So that if children play gobak sodor more often, the use of gadgets will be lower. For children, it is expected to make gobak sodor as an alternative game as a substitute for gadget games.

Abstract

Sports activities have a risk of injury and are the most common cases. An ankle sprain is one of the acute injuries to the musculoskeletal system that is often experienced by teenagers when they play or during sports activities. Inappropriate early management of ankle sprain injuries disrupts ankle function and can delay recovery time. First aid for ankle sprains uses the Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation (RICE) method. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the video animation demonstration educational method on first-aid ankle sprains in the soccer community in Mekikis Village. This study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test-post-test design approach. The population of 70 respondents used purposive sampling with a sample size of 23 respondents. Performed for 30 minutes and two times the intervention. The results showed that the pre-test results of all respondents were in the less category. Most of the post-test results were in a good category. The results of data analysis used the Wilcoxon signed rank test P value 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is an influence of educational video animation demonstration on the ability of first aid ankle sprains in the soccer community in Mekiki Village. The researcher believes that giving material using the EDEVIA method is effective in improving the psychomotor abilities of first-aid ankle sprains in members of the soccer community because it uses animated video demonstration media that uses two senses at once, namely hearing and sight, so it is easy to understand and more interesting. Factors that affect the increase in ability scores are age, education, experience, and information. It is better if members of the soccer community can apply independently if they encounter a case of an ankle sprain.

Abstract

The problem that children often face is about controlling their emotions. Controlling children's emotions is not an easy thing to do, including adults. For this reason, special tricks are needed on how to teach children to manage their emotions in the best way so that children's emotions can be channeled correctly and healthily. The purpose of this community service is to educate parents on how to control emotions in pre-school children. The method used in community service is education using lecture, question and answer and role play methods. The implementation time is December 22 and 24 2022 at the Pembina Pare State Kindergarten, Kediri with 65 parents participating. After we provided education to the teachers and parents of students at Pembina Pare Public Kindergarten, Kediri Regency, the knowledge and abilities of 20 parents (30%) were good, 35 parents (55%) had enough and 10 parents (15%) were still lack of emotional control in preschool children. Some ways that can be used to control emotions are teaching children how to calm down, how to express feelings, teach them not to harbor anger, empathize with children, set a good example, set boundaries, teach them to stay away from emotional causes, avoid punishing children, talk about emotions and feelings, teach how to recognize other people's feelings, how to solve problems, learn to listen, hug when children are angry, don't fight in front of children and talk when emotions subside. Controlling emotions is very important so that emotions can be controlled properly as well as teaching children how to identify signs of anger and find the best way to think calmly while being productive in action. If these emotions can be controlled properly, then these bad habits will also be very helpful so that children can avoid angry outbursts that not only hurt the people around them but also hurt the children themselves.

Abstract

Anak prasekolah tidak selalu dapat beradaptasi dengan baik, anak dapat mengalami hambatan pada saat proses penyesuian diri dengan lingkungan. Adaptasi dengan lingkungan sekolah membutuhkan lingkungan yang nyaman untuk anak. Salah satu metode yang bermanfaat untuk menolong proses adaptasi adalah dengan sebuah permainan. Kinetic play sand merupakan permainan yang bermanfaat menstimulasi anakbermain bersama dan bersosialisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinetic play sand terhadap kemampuan adaptasi lingkungan sekolah pada anak usia pra sekolah di PAUD Al-Ihsan Kids Pelem Pare. Desain penelitian ini “One group pre-post test design”, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive sampling didapatkan sampel sebanyak 20 responden. Hasil penelitian, sebagian besar responden (60%) sebanyak 12 responden memiliki kemampuan adaptasi kriteria kurang sebelum intervensi kinetic play sand dan sesudah intervensi kinetic play sand terdapat sebagian besar responden (75%) sebanyak 15 responden memiliki kemampuan adaptasi kriteria baik. Analisis dengan uji Wilcoxon didapatkan p-value 0,000 < α 0.05 ada pengaruh kinetic play sand terhadap kemampuan adaptasi lingkungan sekolah pada anak usia pra sekolah. Kinetic play sand dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk adaptasi lingkungan baru pada masa prasekolah karena permainan ini memerlukan kerjasama sehingga terbentuk interaksi yang baik dan menyenangkan bagi anak pada saat berada pada lingkungan baru.

Abstract

Hypertension is still an important problem for elderly. Most of those who suffer from hypertension are elderly, the aging process which has an impact on weakening brain function can cause mild memory problems or dementia so that most elderly people are disobedient to drinking, because they forget. The family as a companion to the elderly plays a role in reminding them through communication and function as a support system. The aim of this study was to determine adherence to taking hypertension medication based on the Imogene King model theory. The research design used is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study was 45 respondents, while the sample used was 40 respondents, using a purposive sampling technique in the UPTD Work Area of the Bendo Health Center, Pare District, Kediri Regency. Research variables on medication adherence based on Imogene King's model theory in hypertensive patients. This research instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis uses percentages and is interpreted quantitatively. The results of the research from 40 respondents, the majority of respondents, namely 28 (70%) were obedient to taking hypertension medication and a small portion of respondents, 12 (30%) were quite obedient in taking hypertension medication. The research results showed that the majority of respondents adhered to taking hypertension medication. It is hoped that the Imogene King model's theoretical interaction system can become a model for increasing medication adherence for families who have elderly family members who suffer from hypertension so that blood pressure is well controlled.

Abstract

Tanda bahaya kehamilan adalah tanda yang mengindikasikan adanya bahaya yang terjadi selama kehamilan atau periode antenatal, yang apabila tidak terdeteksi bisa menyebabkan kematian ibu. Dalam upaya menurunkan angka kematian ibu maupun janin dilakukan dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan. Tujuan Penelitian: mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tanda bahaya kehamilan terhadap sikap ibu hamil tentang tanda bahaya kehamilan. Metode: Desain penelitian Pre Eksperimen menggunakan one group pre-post test design. Pendidikan kesehatan dilakukan dengan media leaflet dan powerpoint. Populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 90 responden dan sampel 30 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil: Uji Wilcoxon didapatkan value=(0,0001) <=0,05, bahwa H1 diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tanda bahaya kehamilan terhadap sikap ibu hamil tentang tanda bahaya kehamilan di BPM Ny. Fy Desa Penataran, Nglegok, Blitar. Diskusi: Keberhasilan pendidikan kesehatan dari faktor usia, tingkat pendidikan. Semakin bertambah usia seseorang semakin mengarahkan pada perwujudan sikap yang baik dan semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan seseorang maka didapatkan respon yang baik terhadap stimulus dari luar. Kesimpulan: Pendidikan kesehatan efektif dalam meningkatkan sikap ibu hamil.
